is a great CRM platform for SMBs! And their support team is excellent!

Pros

is really intuitive. The interface is really easy for users and adminstrators! You have so many capabilities within the platform to manage contacts, generate leads, track sales, etc. It's a great platform for any SMB

Cons

I wish our sales team used the platform more

Pros

is free to use tool to manage your database and contacts. It helps you to store your contacts and leads in centralized platform where all your team members can see the progress and plan future tasks.

Cons

HubSpot paid tools are bit too expensive for startups and small organization. Feature-wise there is nothing to hate about HubSpot as title of the review says best of the lot.

By establishing a system for entering new names in CRM right away, it is helping with contacts not falling through the cracks. More is getting accomplished.

Pros

This is a great program to get yourself organized with your contacts. It is free and a solid technical platform. You can start adding names you have and keep on top of new contacts, with notes, comments, etc. They also have excellent free training modules. Can't go wrong using this platform.

Cons

Best to have one account and get that setup and running. Tried with multiple and not as happy with logging in and tracking.

I am incredibly thankful for Hubspot. It makes my life easier and my employees more effective.

Pros

I stumbled across Hubspot when my company was moving away from Zurmo (since the product was being discontinued). We needed a low cost tool for managing partner relationships. A first, Hubspot seemed too good to be true- a super slick, cloud hosted CRM with email integration, marketing functions, and dashboarding for FREE? Turns out it's true. Since Hubspot generates their revenue from its advanced marketing features, they're kind enough to offer their best in class CRM for free. My team loves it. I love it. The free marketing tools are worth a fortune themselves- Gmail and Office 365 integration allow you to add and append notes to records with your correspondence, a feature that every other CRM charges an arm and a leg for. The support, tutorials, and documentation are top quality. Even my IT guys like it, and they don't like anything.

Cons

If you forced me to complain about Hubspot (which I don't want to do), I guess I wish it would allow me to customize the tool for my team. I don't want everyone to see the sales and marketing tools, and it'd be great if I could determine where they'd land upon login.

The fact that you can customize so much of the software to fit your needs. Also, the online community has figured out ways to get around missing features and or possibilities. This leads to having short term solutions to some issues while giving Hubspot time to develop them.

Cons

The onboarding is pretty expensive when you use a new paid feature.

Pros

We have tried many CRMs before. Even though the price is really high it fits our company process so well that it is worth it.

Cons

The price is really expensive. I understand their business model. However, they could charge half of what they charge and would still not be cheap.

Helpful, useful and time saving, it really does make your life easier

Pros

This is such a good CRM, it does everything you want and more and is totally scale-able to your business size and will grow with you

Cons

The intro version is a little restrictive although still good and they have improved this over time, it could also do with a little more in the way or help tips within the actual software rather than in the help site

I love having all activity related to each client in one spot. I feel comfortable using this CRM in a way I haven't felt with other tools.

Pros

The more I explore Hubspot the more impressed I am. Any CRM I've tried before, the ones that integrate with gmail, have either confused me, disappointed me, or annoyed me with the constant requests to upgrade. Hubspot seems to be all I need to manage contacts, send and track e-mails, monitor ongoing deals, and basically get a grip on things in a way I haven't been able to do with tools. I love having an activity feed for each client so that everything related to that client is available for me to review either using the app or directly in gmail, which is convenient. It's exactly what I've been looking for. The onboarding process was mostly smooth and the learning center easy to use and helpful. The whole suite of tools includes a free chat app to add to a website. It's also possible track Facebook ad campaigns.

Cons

Too many times a click opened in a new window and often in the new window I wasn't logged in. This resulted in several Hubspot tabs open with duplicates. At one point, the app was trying to draw itself over another website! I've never seen that before.

Their ability to experiment a lot recently with the user interface. Feels like some color have changed or a button moved every time I enter now a days.

We landed on Hubspot initially because it was free, and still provided enough functionality where you could genuinely run a small business on it. The free offering is unmatched by other vendors, and the amazing thing about Hubspot is that you can also grow into it, regardless of how big you get. Hubspot also has many supporting products that are well-matched and integrated into their CRM.

Cons

We found it challenging that you couldn't fully sync your emails with Hubspot, so that it truly could be a point of truth where you could go to see any email throughout the company that had been sent to a contact.

I use daily across my personal, work and support email boxes to track multiple client contacts. It has become a valuable resource to our organization.

Pros

has to be one of, if not the best, free CRM's on the market. The integration directly into Gmail makes this CRM a snap to set up. Tracked emails are amazing, it is so nice to see who is reading your emails right when it happens. The email history is also a great feature that lets you really dig into how many times you have touched a customer.

Cons

It can be a bit confusing at times to navigate from Gmail directly into , also while the free version is great updating to the paid product can get a bit pricey if you have a lot of contacts.

It was a bit overwhelming in the beginning to move over from our previous CRM. The video tutorials helped, but learned the most from the one on one interactions with our onboarding team.

We were looking for a more unified solution, rather than jamming different products together to achieve our goals, and HubSpot has moved us much further along in that. The integrations we do use are quite elegant and don't feel awkward to use. So much so that one of the criteria I'll asses when looking at products is if it has a HubSpot integration.

Pros

is great! There's lots of options for customising contact and company properties, including the forms that appear when a user of the CRM creates or views the users. The ability to filter by company properties to view contacts who belong to companies matching those filters is really useful for us and other systems we've tried struggled to do this. So many products integrate with HubSpot, and the tools for managing communications really help keep the whole team up to date with what's going on with each of our clients.

Cons

As with all standard software each user invariably wants to use it differently. Especially when the users of the software are spread across different sectors, and HubSpot seems to be used across them all. The biggest challenge we face is the way HubSpot handles contacts who are at multiple organisations. There's a partial workaround that they have developed since the problem was raised which is good, but it can cause a bit of a headache sometimes.

Simple to use and set up. Much more approachable a CRM than other options like Salesforce, especially if you need email marketing

Cons

It’s designed to support primarily email marketing. If you need other functionality from a CRM it’s not as functional. Managing projects and tracking notes on contacts across teams, for example, isn’t as easy as it is with competitors.
