### "Wish I'd Found It Sooner"

We were looking for a more unified solution, rather than jamming different products together to achieve our goals, and HubSpot has moved us much further along in that. The integrations we do use are quite elegant and don't feel awkward to use. So much so that one of the criteria I'll asses when looking at products is if it has a HubSpot integration.

Pros

HubSpot CRM is great! There's lots of options for customising contact and company properties, including the forms that appear when a user of the CRM creates or views the users. The ability to filter by company properties to view contacts who belong to companies matching those filters is really useful for us and other systems we've tried struggled to do this. So many products integrate with HubSpot, and the tools for managing communications really help keep the whole team up to date with what's going on with each of our clients.

Cons

As with all standard software each user invariably wants to use it differently. Especially when the users of the software are spread across different sectors, and HubSpot seems to be used across them all. The biggest challenge we face is the way HubSpot handles contacts who are at multiple organisations. There's a partial workaround that they have developed since the problem was raised which is good, but it can cause a bit of a headache sometimes.

Pros

Simple to use and set up. Much more approachable a CRM than other options like Salesforce, especially if you need email marketing

Cons

It’s designed to support primarily email marketing. If you need other functionality from a CRM it’s not as functional. Managing projects and tracking notes on contacts across teams, for example, isn’t as easy as it is with competitors.

Overall, I've had an incredible experience with HubSpot CRM - it's easy to use and onboard team members too, and has a lot of functionality that meets our business needs.

Pros

I cannot recommend this product enough. Hubspot helps keep our business functioning and enables us to add features based on changes in our business needs (without bogging us down with features we don't need).

Cons

There are some customization limitations in terms of security settings that can be a bit restrictive in what we choose to include in the CRM (lacks some degrees of tiered security)

Excellent product, would recommend to any startup entrepreneur or company looking to scale.

Pros

Super simple and easy to use, clean and fast user interface, felt way more productive. Seamless integration between marketing and CRM--an area that I think salesforce users struggle with needlessly.

Cons

It's a little pricey, but not nearly as bad as SFDC. I also found that it could be a little cumbersome for some functions. For example, In my implementation, I found now way to bulk add leads to sequences manually. But it was a relatively rare need.

HubSpot offers an all-inclusive platform that's easy to get started with. Although there is a big time investment to experience all the features, HubSpot continues to pay dividends through marketing efficiency, reliability, and functionality.

Pros

What's not to like about HubSpot? HubSpot is clean, extremely powerful, and wonderful to use. From building email blasts to list management, HubSpot offer a remarkable user experience that makes my job so much better. The reporting, efficiency, and functionality are incredible. However, HubSpot really shines when it comes to customer service and support—their team is the best out there and will always help you when you get stuck.

Cons

The amount of features can be overwhelming and I still have tons to learn with the platform. You will invest a lot of time learning HubSpot, but it will only continue serve you as a marketing professional.

I've been using HubSpot for over 2 years just as a basic CRM. I've started a new company and HubSpot is allowing me to scale up easily and add additional people while still keeping my monthly outlay down until I can afford to upgrade in a few months.

Pros

It's free! Actually there is much more to like. It's customizable, but simple. It has a great reminder feature and has an app that is really easy to use. I'm looking forward to upgrading to the paid version to expand the features I have access to.

Cons

If you try to scan in a business card it doesn't capture everything correctly.

I have used hubspot in various organization since the company's inception and I love how they have expanded

Pros

The integration with social media, the audience segmentation and the analytics report. I use the marketing hub a lot for inbound marketing and the solution is great for that. The free certification and learning tool kit is a great bonus

Cons

the cost is a bit high and I think there are more features that hubspot can explore especially with Salesforce integration. Perhaps there is a solution that I am not aware of but am willing to learn.

Pros

Hubspot has been the go-to solution for us, providing us one of the best user experiences out there. The ease of use and user tracking features has made this a truly unbeatable product that we cannot imagine our business running without. The in-depth reports we're able to run with Hubspot has been amazing and we're thrilled with our choice.

Cons

Simple while-labeling like on the meetings portal would be a great add-on, however, using embedding we were able to overcome the issue.

The agency I work for uses HubSpot for our full package inbound clients. Having also used, and still use, various (admittedly free versions) other tools for sending emails, managing contacts, scheduling social, blogging etc; HubSpot is more or less as good if not better than anything else I've used. What sets it apart is that all of the features are there in the same package. The other things which put it streets ahead (not that I use the data that much in my own role) is the profile/user tracking and history which is a God send for sales teams. It's also great for analyzing marketing material performance and tweaking things from one campaign to the next.

Pros

Data tracking and presentation is excellent. The Workflow building tool is simple yet allows great depth. The customer support team are great.

Cons

Social management isn't perfect and neither are some of the design features (such as for designing CTAs for example) but they're good enough and are sure to improve.

Pros

I like that it has comprehensive functionality for enterprise level customer relationship management and deal tracking. Data for each entity logged is comprehensive and detailed, down to key contacts within the organisations. Dashboards provide tracking of staff on productivity and engagement with leads.

Cons

Few things but if I had to nit pick, revenue of business customers that is pulled when the customer's URL is keyed in is not 100% accurate. Also, email tracking too often doesn't show the exact person opening the emails, which deminishes the purpose of tracking email opens somewhat as you aren't 100% sure that the target has opened the email (if other people are copied in the email to be tracked).

This tool bridged the gap between marketing and sales better than any other tool we have ever tried to implement.

Pros

So much easier to train new employees on this than Salesforce and Sugar and other CRM's I have used. I really loved the seamless flow of lead management into sales relationship management and followup task management.

Cons

Hate that a lot of the vendors out there still don't integrate with Hubspot, but I am confident that with enough time Hubspot will catch up and hopefully become the new sales tool "staple."

Hubspot has been a good CRM solution for us. I do feel like the support has gone downhill. It seems like there is a new consultant on our account every time I turn around, and they don't really provide much value.

Pros

I find it fairly user friendly and there are lots of integrations available. It is easy to segment lists for nurturing.

Cons

For us, it has been difficult to measure the ROI. Additionally, they have had a couple of price increases.

I have opportunities to use HubSpot CRM for a few months. I have used some other CRM software before. But I was fascinated by the features, usefulness, and user-friendliness of HubSpot CRM. All the features seem handcrafted for specific needs in mind and HubSpot CRM is free to use . Very easy to organize leads, contact etc. I must say it is One of the best CRM and marketing tool available in the Market.

Cons

Its great for smal and medium business but its not advanced enough for large enterprise.

Pros

The system provides all possibilities of development, custom work which is very important, and everything is designed easily, in accuracy and flexibility. Although site has many functions, its structure allows new user to want to use system of HubSpot CRM.

Cons

Okay, this is not actually Cons, their system will never lie to user. They offer all possibilities for custom writing work and sales, as well as possibilities to track sales, but they charge a bit much after free trial. While possibility to pay monthly should be available, and would make its use friendly for all users, it charges annually, and thus it's enough money to spend first time, till user also, ensures their success.

Pros

There are a couple of things that I like about HubSpot. Firstly, I really like that you're able to see the transcript after a call this helps me if I've missed something. I also like that you can do everything from HubSpot without using another system. Also, HubSpot makes it very easy to keep track of your conversions.

Cons

I really wish that HubSpot had a lead generation feature built-in as well like a few other CRMs that I've encountered. Also, another issue that I had was duplications of leads. They do not have a system (they have something but it doesn't work well) to prevent lead duplication and as a salesperson, this can potentially make a deal go bad.

Cons

HUbSpot has numbers of features for inbound marketing but also has some drawbacks which are not quite good and create some kind of difficulties for user. When we use emails of other clients it create some problem like it is difficult to track it. Some of it features are quite difficult for new user so they need little bit focus to work with this tool. Hubspot is more expensive rather than other CRM tools.

After working for a company that used a premium version of HubSpot, I wanted to make my transition to become independent as easy as possible. Still, I looked at over half a dozen CRMs before deciding on HubSpot. After completing my evaluation, it was clear to me that irrespective of whether or not I had experience using HubSpot, it was the best full-featured free CRM available. While there are certain advantages and features in the premium version that I don't get for free, the software doesn't do things like limit the number of contacts. If I were to recommend a CRM platform to a company, free or fee, I would recommend HubSpot.

Pros

Easy to use as well as import and export data. The help is excellent. Also attactive and intutive. Many advanced features are included in the free version, such as adding customized fields.

Cons

Free version limits # of saved reports to 5. Customizing and saving views (inquiries) are not as easy as they could be.

Reason for choosing HubSpot CRM

Simply a better, full-featured, high-end, function-rich CRM platform, for free.

HubSpot is my daily tool for outbound prospecting, inbound lead generation, task management, reporting, and marketing automation. I don't know what I would do without it.

Pros

Combining CRM functionalities with Marketing Automation and leveraging their dynamic reporting and sales tools, I am able to gain greater visibility and strategic intelligence into my accounts and prospects and make data-driven decisions to maximize my efforts in the most relevant ways.

Cons

It's a constantly developing platform - this means there are certain features that are missing that seem obvious or just make sense - for instance, bulk creating/assigning tasks could be more efficient, and filtering those tasks is awkward (compared to their contact filters, which are many and intuitive). However, HubSpot does a pretty good job of listening to it's users and I am hopeful to see these changes made eventually.
