It's easy to use, helpful and I recommend it to clients and they feel the same.

Pros

They offer so much in their free CRM, and it's so helpful. As a boutique marketing and media business, it give me everything I truly need under their free tier and I love that.

Cons

There are some automations that I wish were included in the free tier, but I understand why they're not.

We have saved literally hours and hours of time using Hubspot. We are a personal, high-touch company. But Hubspot has allowed us to automate on the backend things that can (and should) be automated, leaving us more time for the personal touches that can only be done 'one-on-one'.

Pros

Hubspot allows us the ability to fully automate much of our workflows and communications. The ability to fully integrate with our current workflow, and outside software platforms has helped make our customer experience infinitely better.

Cons

Hubspot is a huge platform with many different components. The learning curve can be significant at the onset. The good news is that Hubspot support and online help and assistance helped us find answers to almost every scenario.

Great overall experience! Impementing Hubspot in your organization is a life-chaning experience of how you do business and how your teams work with each other, as well as, how teams interact with customers. If you decide to use it, schedule time for training and adoption.

Pros

I saw first-hand how powerful is at a Digital Markekting agency I worked at focused around providing search marketing services to SMBs. It not only provided effective sales workflow management, it also allows optimal task automation and you can literally create a customer repository.

Cons

What did you like least about this software Well, it's definitely strong, and robust, which makes it mandatory for people with no prior experience using Hubspot to go through training to understand how to use the tool, so expect a learning curve. Once you get a grasp of all the commands and features, it drives on rails.

Pros

Great price. Easy to set up. Great feature set. Outstanding (!!!) support. These folks are head and shoulders above salesforce while being a much smaller, (much,much,much) less expensive option. Month to month billing. (again SalesForce, get over yourself.) Great Start HubSpot! Thank you for being a Human Being about supporting your paid products (I am talking to you Google, SalesForce, Zoho, etc! Yeah I said it...The age of "I am sure one our customers will support you in the forum." is over.)

Cons

Lack key features for location specific sales. For example, you can't search for a company by its address i the Global Search Bar. They seem to focus on Sales through a Marketing perspective. Feels like they lack Sales People's input in the design. They miss some obvious items.

it does what is it built for, worthy of name. easy to use and easy to learn and a lot of education around it on the internet.

Cons

pricing was almost very expensive in comparison with software's, and sometimes it is complicated to do simple things in hubspot

I use it all the time to manage emails sent out. I also had a brief call the other day with a sales rep and they were super helpful! So I love the support.

Pros

Love that you can track email opens and clicks. This way I can know if leads or clients are ghosting me or just haven't had the time.

Cons

The lead management system if a bit confusing so we don't really use it. It requires a streamlined setup, but we (my team and I) aren't there yet. I'm sure the HubSpot support team will help is get it going in the future tho.

Stressful, depressing, and EXPENSIVE.

Pros

It is feature heavy, and somewhat easy to use.

Cons

The customer service is terrible. They will try to milk you for every dollar that you have. There are platforms like Zoho and Active Campaign that have ALL of the same features and support for 10% of the price. You don't have a specific rep for your account. You will be endlessly referred to other departments to fix your issues until you are too tired to continue to try fixing it. They will try to DOUBLE your subscription price halfway through your contract. They won't tell you when you sign up, but they are constantly assessing your account and looking for ways to increase your cost during your contract. The fine print in the contract makes it so that they can basically raise the price on you at any time... and trust me... they will.

The ability to run a coordinated sales and marketing effort for a small company is priceless, think they have beat all the competitors in this regard.

Pros

Visually appealing and minimalistic solution, after many years of using Salesforce and SAP solutions with their clunky overdone '100 fields on a page' type interfaces. The integration of marketing and CRM alone is a key reason to use HubSpot - everything flows together as it should and is so important for small and large companies alike. We enjoy the drag and drop abilities, template features, and ability for anyone to create workflows and sequences that add value and pull prospects through the funnel.

Cons

The 'visual upsell' aspect of the solution seeking more money for certain items (reporting, Sales Pro, etc.) although I do respect that fact that for a free product you must convert them somehow, it just seems a little too 'in your face'.

Easy to integrate with 3rd party tools and marketing platforms (such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn). Easy to create and edit dashboards and reports

Cons

Limited visual options for reporting, graphs are not the best looking. Other than that it's a pretty complete tool.

This is an amazing platform with loads of tools within it. I use pretty much all the tools on a daily basis and they make simple processes so easy, or can even automate them!!

Cons

Some of the best features are sat behind the largest platform paywall, but it’s expected as you have to have the best tier for top tier features

Everything is very intuitive, doesn’t need additional programming

Pros

CRM is free which can be very helpful for small companies and start-ups. Of course it has restricted functionality but all basic functions are there

Cons

All additional functions are available only in paid plans. There are 3 Hubs: sales, marketing, service. Each hub has several Tarifs which I find too complex and not transparent in terms of pricing

Pros

It's free with unlimited contacts in the basic suscription. That's enough for my needs. We use it at our company. It's a reliable, simple, nice, fast and intuitive solution. We wil go for premium when our company grow.

Some good features are just available at premium membership.

Pros

We can use Hubspot's knowledge base, customer portal, ticket surveys, and feedback to improve the customer journey and open multi-faceted communication channels with our customers using the Service Hub, as well as build end logic and automation for the various self-service options we offer our customers. , while using HubSpot as a CRM. The virtual service's analytics are also excellent. We can't wait to get everything we need in one place. We're now porting our help articles to HubSpot, and we absolutely love the simple design and callouts that effectively highlight important information. The data is then delivered to our CRM for a completely seamless experience!

Cons

We use the Service Center for a variety of purposes and therefore I have no complaints. It is so adaptable that we may use it outside of our service area and in other parts of our business. But the only significant problem I have with HubSpot is that it doesn't automatically send me an email reminder when I create a task. This is different from when we first started using it.

Pros

As we are a small team with limited resources, it is difficult for us to have a person dedicated to only Social Media posting. solved this problem by enabling us to automate our social media posts months in advance. Apart from this the regular features like setting us customer callback reminders, keeping email logs and call logs are present. The team behind this software seems to be quite proactive as they frequently push new updates to the software.

Cons

Apart from being a little expensive, which will not be a issue if your company is a little bigger, say about 50 employees, there is another issue I would like to highlight. Only a simple email Id can be added to a customer profile which is sometimes a bother as they might switch between personal and work emails.

Easy to use CRM, basic for technologically challenged clients, helps connect sales & marketing

Pros

integrates easily with Hubspot's marketing software (obviously) and allows your sales team to have an easy to use CRM. All of the basic tools are in the free version so it's easy to get clients who have never used a CRM into Hubspot to try it out. They also have the best call-in support I've ever dealt with.

Cons

While the free is a great basic tool, if you want advanced functionality like multiple pipelines, live chat, calendar integration, sales automation, etc. that costs extra. Like most freemium tools, I found I started with the Hubspot CRM and found out I needed all these extra tools that cost more money. By then, you're either too deep into using the Hubspot CRM to switch to a less costly one or you pay extra.

We really value the email tracking service, so we can see when our emails are opened.

Cons

We only wish that the email tracking worked on a larger percentage of tracked emails. We find that roughly 75% of them are accurately tracked when opened.
