HubSpot's CRM is an excellent addition to our tool. As the only external digital oriented employee in the organization, this tool helps provide metrics and ROI that simply didn't exist before.

Great for lead management, perfect for a sales team.

Pros

Makes it very easy for the sales team to track leads based on what stage they’re at with them. Keeps all communication and progress in one central place for multiple people to have visibility over.

Cons

Some of the more affordable packages only allow a certain amount of users, which isn’t many for most businesses.

I love it.

Pros

I like being able to go right to the prospect in my CRM as soon as I get a Hubspot alert that a prospect is actively looking into us and what exactly that prospect was doing so I can angle the call correctly.

Cons

Sometimes I get a Hubspot alert from a prospect outside of my territory, but that's more because of our CRM, not so much Hubspot.

Excellent platform that has helped us grow our marketing efforts.

Pros

The level of control and flexibility for our website, contact database and marketing automation platform is excellent. The platform is always developing and fulfills all our core requirements.

Cons

The Hubspot-Salesforce sync is very good, but limited in some respects. Syncing to custom objects in Salesforce would be very very useful.

Hubspot is great for managing leads amongst a team and following up with potential clients, but it creates poor statistical output and it is easy to feel uninformed.

Pros

Hubspot is very effective for lead management and follow up. Our team is grateful for the cohesive tools it provides.

Cons

Hubspot could be much more clear about how leads get generated, and how to spend our money effectively in order to get more leads for our money. Their logistics are the weakest part of their software.

I find HubSpot overall a good tool. However compared to Marketing Cloud, it has a lot to improve.

Pros

HubSpot is fairly easy to use and pick up from scratch, the support line is responsive.

Cons

\- Not a big fan of the new update on the platform, I find myself consistently want to switch to the older version - The lead scoring tool needs more work, it is not very powerful - Phone support line is responsive and professional, however some of the agents need knowledge training, a lot of the time I find myself providing guidance to the agents - Certification expires too soon - The design tool for email and landing page needs to be much easier to use, compared to Marketing cloud for example - The GDPR feature is very disconnected from time to time, for example, importing a new list doesn't require subscription type anymore and therefore cause a trouble later for sending emails

Overall I feel our company has been able to seamlessly transition to Hubspot and the representative helped teach our team how to implement all of the CRM components.

Pros

I really love the ease of use with Hubspot. It allows me to easily pull up our client information and all touch points that have happened with the client. Great way to store client information.

Cons

There are many features you can only access through paid subscription. Hard to know what else I may would utilize without paying for add ons.

The setup and importing the contacts was a piece of cake, the UI is intuitive and easy to use, my team had no problems suing it for the first time. Has a lot of great features with a free version, incredible!

The beauty of is the ability to use it for FREE at first and then to continue using it as your grow your business. A lot of companies will default to using a "more powerful" CRM but not many think to use both. If you use HubSpot CRM as a layover for the other CRM you're using (Salesforce), you can improve the information your reps get and augment their experience.

Pros

makes managing contacts and their associated deals / companies much easier than any CRM I've used in the past. HubSpot CRM contact management is awesome. You can really easily change lots of contact data or ownership, something SFDC is sorely missing.

Cons

has room for improvement on custom views. The ability for reps to update or view different fields is a little too open.. the recent BETA release is really making great strides to help fix that though!!

I love that I can see how many times an email has been opened. My prospects try to lie and say they haven’t received an email, or haven’t opened it. I’m able to let them know that my CRM shows the email was opened x amount of times, etc. funny how all of a sudden, “their assistant must’ve opened it without their knowledge”.

Pros

Managing appointments, follow up calls, delegating leads, and tracking emails are all very important to anyone in sales. I can do this from my laptop or phone which makes it great on the go. Very simple to navigate, easy to learn, and very efficient. I’d highly recommend.

Cons

The only con is that I didn’t start using it sooner.

Pros

Hubspot is a (relatively) easy to implement CRM, that allows you to streamline the sales process and automate a large swathe of repetitive sales & marketing tasks. Great for tracking progress in your sales funnel. Hubspot features a great 'academy' that allows the team to align their know-how of inbound marketing, sales automation, etc.

Cons

Hubspot is very complex software that touches a large part of your process, and can therefore be daunting to implement. More on-boarding support and a more iterative roll-out would be great. Also, the Customer Success Management module has been too pricey for us to implement.

Seamless integration with the marketing platform, Sales software, and other integrations. Allows ease of lead management and visibility of analytics that both support the sales, business and wider team. Customisation is unlimited and customer behaviour is fully tracked. And it's free!

Cons

Can be lightweight for some of our clients but suits us perfectly. Suppose its still relatively new compared to it's competitors but that just shouts potential.

It was easy to set up. I was able to integrate it easily with sopro.io so that leads can automatically pass on to tour CRM.

Pros

It's easy to setup and use. It has extensive functionality and covers most aspects of CRM and lead generation activities.

Cons

Being the market standard, it is quite expensive especially if you do not qualify for a discount like the ones for startups.

Very good from management (mine) perspective but not the best from the sales person perspective in my opinion.

Pros

The overview of clients and deals is done in a form of Kanban board thus it is very clear from a management perspective to see what's going on. Hubspot also provides very useful tools for mailing such as delayed mails and e-mail tracking for free.

Cons

It is not very easy to track what is going on with every deal and client and from time to time you just have to check how everything is going. Even if this Kanban board is customized very well it won't show that eg. a deal didn't move from one column to another for a long time.

There's fine aspects to this service but the issue I have is unacceptable

Cons

I had recently integrated my hubspot to my Google Ads. Since then my paid leads have been coming in as organic. I only know this because of certain keywords being tracked in my third party attribution trackign software but even in there it shows up as organic traffic. I had even disconnected it and it is still happening. This is losing my company money as we get paid by attribution. I contact customer service and let them know the gravity of the situation to which they pretty much said they couldn't help me because I am a free user. Obviously it's understandable to not offer expert services on a free plan however this is unacceptable when they are losing my company money like this.

Hubspot is really great as a CRM for users with limited technological skills, it is so easy to implement and to use, it is great!!!!

Cons

Dashboards are a bit more challenging to design, but once they are in place, it is very helpful information displayed in a very nice looking way!
