I used it a lot within my cousin's hotel, since its internal CRM allows you to manage everything.I also had it installed for one of my clients because he manages a large e-commerce site with many products.

Pros

I recommend Hubspot to all my friends and clients who want to make a leap in quality and want to expand, given that it is a very professional tool, with great ability to connect with the APIs of many tools.For those who have an e-commerce it is a necessary product because it allows you to order everything in an absolutely professional way.simplifies the management of information, relationships with customers and potential customers, saving you time and money

Cons

I haven't encountered any particular problems, I've always felt good

is part of my day-to-day tasks. I think part of the reason why I love my job is that HubSpot made it simple and smooth for me to work on it. I like that it's pretty straightforward and whatever confusion or challenges that occur is manageable through HubSpot support and community.

Pros

made my workload fast and easy. Not only did I discovered Inbound Marketing using their software but I have learned so much from HubSpot Academy as well. Customer Support is top-notch and excellent, they are always available to answer your questions and solve tech issues - promptly, which I really appreciate.

Cons

There are some instances, like integrations with other software (like an online learning/membership site) for instance, that I would prefer for them to be integrated without having to use Zapier. Overall, I'm pleased about the features it can do that I don't mind the lack of integrations.

Overall we love it but it's getting expensive and the more detailed we get the less helpful it can be sometimes

Pros

The interphase is great and we are able to customize it to our business needs to an extent

Cons

Some basic funtionalities are missing; for example: you can't see the task timestamp of when someone originally set up the task. Also, it's very expensive when you start to accumulate more contacts.

Pros

I love that this software is easy to use --- all the different aspects of it. I use a lot of the email and social part to it and the templates are simple and pretty intuitive.

Cons

The data management is not the easiest and hard to integrate with other programs.

I needed a CRM that integrates and records all the means of communication with the customers due to our regulation and Hubspot was still the best what I've found in terms of value for money.

Pros

Hubspot can do all what I need for my business. Newsletter subscription, scheduling sales online appointments by customer (integrated with Zoom), email marketing and sales pipeline managements. Also important for me is that Hubspot can integrate all communication channels - live chat, web contact form, emails, even record phone calls, which are required by regulator in our industry. Free version can do a lot and that is great too.

Cons

When you want a lot of features it can become a bit more costly, but on the other hand still good vs. competition. The deployment and integration with my web page was not so easy as I expected, but with the help of youtube and a bit of googling it was still ok.

Reason for choosing HubSpot CRM

Value for money was simply the best (for the features I need)

It's easy to understand and to configure, which makes it easy to introduce to new employees. This makes it cat effective on that area.

Cons

Several limitations in terms of integrations. Sometimes, having so many options to build workflows makes it more complicated to set and adjust according to the business case.

It keeps my sales team organized and accountable!

Pros

For my sales team, I like the task list and reminders you can create so that leads don't get lost. I like that I can see any contact that has happened, and I can see how a lead came to us, what pages they have been on, etc. It just gives me the visibility I need to hold my sales team accountable and also to really hone in our marketing efforts.

Cons

We don't pay for reporting from Hubspot, so I don't know if that would make some of the reporting easier, but I find it difficult to calculate things like close rates, and other KPIs with out doing a lot of manual work.

Pros

I think it's a super useful tool in our company, we are able to connect with leads and prospects who have questions about our services, it's easy to use and efficient.

Cons

The only thing I don't like is I get logged out every now and then and have to use an authenticator to log back in.

It's been great! It's really easy to use and learn.

Pros

I love using Hubspot! I am a fan of creating email sequences. It's made my outreach way more effective and easy. I also love having all my contacts all in one spot where I can track the contact data on them easily. You are able to easily create tasks/follow-ups. The reporting is accurate and easy to access as well.

Cons

I don't have anything that I don't like about Hubspot.

Actually the has a lot of positive and few cons. All the equipment that is behind the technology is amazing and the tool is even more so. I have used the Hubspot CRM for many things. As a freelancer you have to take control of each client, schedule calls, schedule appointments among many other functions. Since CRM is completely free for life, I recommend you try it. You've got nothing to lose.

Pros

Information about lead in one place Automated registration of sales activity A beautiful dashboard in one place Supports up to 1 million contacts and unlimited users Integrations with email providers such as Gmail, G Suite and Outlook.

Cons

If you are starting, the prices could be very high

Pros

HubSpot is easy to use and understand. They have excellent customer service and plenty of tutorials that allows you to learn to use it quite fast. We use the free version of the CRM which is more than enough to meet our needs. However, we are seriously thinking about upgrading, as sometimes it's a little frustrating to not have all the marketing tools the app offers.

Cons

It is easy to start using it but very frustrating to get adequate reports. You need to really figure it out. The free version is limited but that would be the idea. I will re-review once we take the plunge into the paid version.

Pleasant. The user experience has been refined to a very high standard. It is not a magical tool by any means, but enough to set the basic business processes in place.

Pros

When you need to get stuff done fast in a collaborative environment where people have different skill-sets then an all-in-one solution like Hubspot helps to bridge the skill gap in your team.

Cons

A few advanced editing functionalities are missing when it comes to the drag and drop functionality that some of my team members miss. However, if you have the time, custom templating can remedy that.

Each contact and company houses all the information (contacts, deals, notes, attachments, etc.) that your team will ever need to know about. Makes it very easy to reignite conversations with stale prospects long after the last touch point by sharing relevant content.

Cons

Some of the reporting features need to be optimized so that you can get a better idea of the last time a lifecycle stage or similar field were changed and not just "modified".

Pros

HubSpot has allowed us to transform our web presence in all aspects of the game. We have grown so much over the years and one of the biggest things we have done is tied actual sales to different actions on HubSpot. Our brand recognition has increased, our new contacts to market has significantly increased and our web is sooo much better

Cons

Things change a lot and not all features are available in HS that are available through the original platform. Such as different features when you post on Facebook directly are not available in HS. The customer service has gone down a tad. I used to have regular calls with my account manager who would help with campaigns we would run. She would reach out to me proactively. They switched to a team feel January 1st and I have only heard from the team once and that was an issue we had.

Pros

is incredibly easy to use and seamlessly connects with third party apps, though I'd also recommend the HubSport marketing platform. My team is able to track and link everything they need throughout the sales process.

Cons

lacks some helpful customization options such as a merge tool and search filters to limit information displayed to relevant fields.

We use HubSpot for customer communications, internal communications, sales efforts, and customer interaction tracking

Pros

I know that when I run into an issue or I am stumped about how to complete my goal, the hubspot team will be ready and able to help me! We have called them countless times and they hit it out of the park every time! Whether it is building out automation trees or fixing email formatting, their team knows their stuff and they are very good about following up!

Cons

This is a great product and you also pay for that quality. HubSpot is a very pricy subscription for us. We have tried to scale down our bill and it's nearly impossible. Once you are spending a certain amount, do not expect to be able to downsize/rightsize.

A great CRM solution for any sized business needing to implement structure their customers. The CRM is free with the upgrade to bustier plans that include everything from marketing to services desk, marketing and sales.

Cons

The price for upgraded plans are expensive however, very worth it.
