Cons

I can only repeat myself about the point Hubspot and the price structure. is free but if you want to use the real power of Hubspot you will need a 800+ package per month....it s to expensive for little Entrepreneurs who want to grow their business.

Me ha tocado la implementación de HubSpot en dos empresas startups y la implementación a sido muy amigable para llevar principalmente la atención en el área de ventas.

Pros

Un CRM que se adapta fácilmente a las necesidades de tu empresa, rapidez, entendimiento a cualquier tipo de ámbito empresarial; para ventas me parece de los más adecuados, desde la organización y diseño de como llega la información de leads, compartir la información con el equipo, seguimiento (detalles) y cierre de ventas.

Cons

Lo que detecté menos gusto, es que las recomendaciones para explotar la herramienta son muy ambiguas, es un CRM que se puede adaptar a cualquier ámbito y considero que pudieran segmentarlo mejor , como un grupo para el tipo de empresas.

Our agency began using the during the early stages when it offered a handful of functionalities at a fraction of the cost of a robust CRM such as SalesForce. Since then, the product has continued to add useful and user-friendly features, out-bidding its competitors both for our internal teams as well as for the sales enablement contracts we take on.

User friendly, lots of features, simple, continuous improvements

Pros

It's super capable and has multiple modules that you just add on to it (marketing, support etc)

Cons

It gets expensive really fast and it doesn't allow me to configure different deal pipelines with different configurations. It's one size fits all...

Pros

A co-worker of mine has told me about shortly after they launched. I was using several different CRMs back then, but wanted to start from a scratch for the new position I took. Almost immediately I was hooked due to product's simplicity and clean UI. And the best thing - it's free for a basic account.

Cons

Initially only had gmail integration which was a bummer, since there was no clean way to log incoming responses into CRM, unless you were on gmail. They now support office 365 integration which solves that problem for me.

I love the intuitive user interface and the automation in creating new contacts and new accounts. (e.g. for accounts, entering the company website auto-populates the majority of information I need to capture - saving 5-10 minutes of data entry time per account created)

A few more out-of the box reports would be nice

Overall, I've found HubSpot to be a great system to use. It's easy to add new property fields and record any information you need on a client/prospect. You can carry out most of your online marketing from within the platform. If anything, I feel that we don't use HubSpot enough. We use it within the Sales and Marketing teams, but I feel it would be more effective if deployed across the whole organisation.

Pros

Packed full with useful features that mean you don't need to use many other systems. You can do your email, social, live chat, analytics, even your website all within HubSpot and everything is tracked so you can see which leads have engaged with your content. They are always adding new features and integrations so it just keeps getting better.

Cons

Due to the cookie tracking, client data is often overwritten if they complete a form in somebody else's name (e.g. to sign them up for a webinar). HubSpot have given the option for the user to clear the form, but this is entirely dependent on the user clicking the button.

My experience has been great! Going from using Sales Force to hubspot has been an easy transition.

Pros

Sequences and tasks have increased my productivity by not allowing me to let any of my prospects fall through the cracks!

Cons

When calling through the hubspot dialer I have to answer my phone with every individual call to connect. I have used dialers in the past that only required one call to connect and I would be able to make as many calls in a row as I liked until I hung up.

Pros

Being apart of a growing company, Hubspot is great for a small team as well as one that may be experiencing growing pains. It's extremely user-friendly & intuitive.

Cons

There are a couple issues that could be fine-tuned (additional filters or a way to add customized filters would be amazing). My biggest gripe is that there isn't an option to auto-enroll contacts into a sequence & you are required to click through each client.

Salesforce is not recommended for smaller companies or teams of less than 100 (in my opinion) since it is quite bulky and not very user friendly. Enrolling clients in marketing sequences is also terrible in Salesforce, overall Salesforce I'd only recommend Salesforce if you're a large company selling physical products. Salesforce is not ideal for companies who sell or schedule clients for services.

Pros

The workflow functionality is simply the best there is. It's many native integrations and reporting options are huge pluses too.

Cons

Certain "no-brainer" features just not available, but nothing big enough to change my overall opinion of the software.

Having the whole slate of customer interaction available in one place is a huge time saver and allows for incredible insight. The customer service team and account reps are the most responsive in the industry, I have never gone more than 1 business day without getting a resolution to any question or issue I have had. If you don't love your current MA or CRM then switch now.

Pros

The built-in intelligence of the Hubspot Database is amazing. When prospects are added to your list of contacts the demographics are automatically populated for a wide variety of verticals.

Cons

The reporting is currently clunky and needs the most improvement.

Super easy onboarding process, easy training. Significant difference in account management ease.

Pros

Ease of use is definitely what I like most about this software. Onboarding new users is very quick.

Cons

Email integration is spotty. I do not receive bounce back notifications this way and there are some emails that simply dont come through. I still have to check my outlook multiple times a day to make sure I havent missed any important emails that didn't come through on the CRM.

Hubspot has helped me see primarily what lead gen tactics are working and what is not. Because content marketing and the inbound marketing methodology are so paramount to everything Hubspot does, the platform makes it easy to apply those techniques.

Pros

HubSpot is incredibly easy to use, and adapts to the user's skill level. HubSpot also has an incredible resource library that helps answer any question you can imagine, and if there is no solution, HubSpot is receptive to new ideas and listens to the customers for product improvements.

Cons

The reporting isn't as advanced as other CRM platforms like salesforce. It's still great, but I have to do much more work in excel to build reports and charts to tell the story I want, then I do when using Salesforce.

Pros

Hubspot's integration with gmail is excellent, and I love the kanban option for keeping track of our sales pipeline

Cons

Hubspot is designed for much bigger companies that mine, so we couldn't possible use all the features. The pricing is substantial for the whole banana but luckily very reasonable at the CRM level. If I need to expand I will stay with Hubspot.

Reason for choosing HubSpot CRM

I chose Hubspot based on the recommendation of someone in my Goldman-Sachs 10KSB cohort.

Automatizing some processes, database of client information, filtering that client information to your needs, meeting links that create a contact in the CRM when meeting is set up, automated email sequences, nice e-mail templates that integrate to gmail.

Pros

The number of different functions that you're given: templates, sequencing, custom attributes, filtering, etc. If you're smart about using them they can really help you.

Cons

Despite the great number of functionalities, they sometimes don't deliver what they promise - for example threading when sending out an automated mail sequence. There's no bulk sequencing in as well. I understand that we want to keep it personal but if you have a lot of emails to send, bulking sometimes helps a lot.

I was a paying user but was not using all the features of the service to justify the cost. This is not to take away anything from this software but had quite a bit of duplication with other CRM software. Mainly using the e-mail open and activity feature. Was completely unaware this was possible prior to finding Hubspot a few years back.

Pros

I like that I can track the e-mail opens and other activity within the software. When an e-mail is showing as opened I can research the customer and past interactions to determine how to spend my time. The Google Chrome plugin is an excellent feature.

Cons

The software is a bit bulky in areas where it looks a little cluttered. This is the CRM section of the software. Of course it takes time to learn the software but believe the interface could have a more streamlined look. A bit difficult to reach an actual person in customer service with the phone tree they are using. Do not provide customer service to free trial members in which I believe they should. Completely understand time needs to be spent with already customers and potential large prospects. On the flip side providing customer service to free trial members could really expand the business to a whole new market. Allowing for additional product offerings in other smaller market categories.

Reason for choosing HubSpot CRM

The alternative products were not nearly as robust and many were not updated recently and some frankly just did not work correctly. Very limited in their functionality.

Being able to manage your all marketing and sales operations from a single platform is great. You can see the ways in which leads or existing customers visit you, what they are interested in, and all of them. In particular, the detailed reports we obtained in e-mail marketing are very useful. You don't need to be an oracle to get to know your customers better, Hubspot analyzes and reports everything for you. Also, reporting screens and graphics are very useful.

Pros

Hubspot allows you to get to know your customers better and measure your effort. You can easily measure your work and make improvements by discovering the deficiencies. Hubspot also has a great academy. In addition to the product, the trainings in the academy will increase your knowledge in the sector.

Cons

It's a bit complicated for newbies, because it actually offers so many features and discover to how to use them is a bit hard. But it really makes your life easier as you get used to it.

Overall HubSpot is an excellent system, especially if your ultimate aim is to add additional functionality as & when reqired.

Pros

The basic features of are free, however, to get the most out of it you need to add the Sales Pack, then the marketing pack. The system is easy to use, with a clean interface & logically presented.

Cons

It would be great if it auto-downloaded your emails & allowed you to 'join' them with contacts, deals etc from within HubSpot. The Deals area is definitely improving, but still lacks soem obvious functionality around costs & margins.
