### "Tracks everything we need about our customers"

Pros

It allows you to store an unlimited amount of custom fields on your contacts. And when you have the CRM connected to your website and email platforms, you can easily track engagement.

Cons

Contact and Deal information doesn't connect well. i.e. When I export a list of all our customers, I can't see which deal names they are a part of - I can only see how many deals they are a part of.

### "Great software. Awful billing system and bad customer support"

I have a great experience using the software but terrible experience with their billing system and customer support. I will move to software who has simpler billing options because when you run a business you don't have time to deal with unnecessary complexity. Also, customer experience has been bad because they haven't responded and they are hard to reach. When you are running a business, you need good answers fast.

Pros

The software is easy to use and has great features.

Cons

The billing system for marketing is a nightmare. You don't pay for emails, you pay for contacts and are limited to send a number of emails to your contacts each month. The billing system has many downsides. The renewal of your subscription doesn't match the renewal of your capacity to send emails, making everything just a nightmare. Most of the time, customer support is nice and helps you, however, regarding this issue they have not provided an adequate response. They won't be able to help you and it will be very difficult to contact them.

### "HubSpot Overview"

Pros

Overall HubSpot makes my job so much easier. It saves me loads of time doe to the features it offers like sequences and templates - I can prepare emails and choose the day and time I would like them to go out, to however many contacts. Also it helps me stay organized - rather than using numerous google docs to store my contact information / drafted emails, HubSpot allows me to keep all my contacts organized and easy to navigate, along with a template feature that allows me to store as many email drafts as I want.

Cons

I haven't run into a situation yet where I wish HubSpot had an additional feature or did something differently. Overall it's be easy to use and helps make my job easier.

### "Great Free Software with Lots of Extra Features at Additional Cost"

Completely happy and will definitely recommend. All you need in a CRM software with a free plan. Extras come at somewhat high cost... but that is very subjective. Depending on what you are doing, it may be well worth paying for. PS: Right after I signed up, they reported down time. Took them a day to fix it, no data loss at the end; everything handled properly.

Pros

Free version pretty much allows for all your basic needs. The cool one is integration with your Outlook. Also, when you enter your leads/companies, it will pull up some info (not sure where from...) and pre-populate some fields. Phone app is simple and easy to use. If you do want some crazy advanced feature, look into a paid version which is not cheap but may be well worth it.

Cons

I did have a small technical problem when I made a typo in my domain during the set up process... Unfortunately, there was no way of changing it. I mean, I changed it here and there, BUT some features still were getting it wrong, so I had to remove my account and start from scratch :-) Luckily, I noticed the problem right during the set up, so there was no problem with tons of data entered or anything like that.

Cons

The pricing can be quite steep, and if you don't sell high tickets items, it might be more affordable to switch to another CRM.

The benefit is that you have control of the users and thus effectively attack potential buyers for the product being marketed.

Pros

I like it since it is quite intuitive when using it, it takes a really detailed control of the potential buyers and the business opportunities, in turn it has an extension that allows to synchronize the emails with the software and in this way work easily, has reminders that are very useful when you have many contacts, in general terms it is very good and practical.

Cons

The free version is quite limited compared to the pro version, I think it should be a bit more flexible or have more plans.

Cons

I think the adding contacts option could be improved since you have to type in firstname and surname separately. It will save time if you can just copy and paste full names and they are split into firstname and surname automatically

We are a SaaS platform heavily focusing on inbound marketing. HubSpot is an amazing all in one solution to fit vast majority of our needs. Although it is slightly pricey.

Pros

I love the overall ease of use of the system. Even without the incredible HubSpot academy, I am able to easily figure out features by myself. The support via chat and phone is very helpful as well.

Cons

There is no possibility to filter between the three databases (Contacts, Companies, Deals). So I am unable to choose all contacts associated to deals in trial stage. That makes my life a hell sometimes.

This is a great value-added service for the Hubspot website hosting and CMS. I am not sure of how useful it would be as a stand-alone product. The add-ons for Microsoft Outlook and Google Chrome browsers are work being installed and loaded every time you start these applications. You do get some great insights into the activity of leads, prospects, and customers. Emails sent have reports that beat most CRM and Email delivery systems in that you can see within the record how contacts are interacting with your emails and content. The made it easy for me to suggest moving our marketing automation needs to HubSpot as it adds another level of information for my salespeople in that we are all using the same contact records and can easily share information.

Pros

I love that my interactions with a client easily can be shared with the sales team The permission levels make sense on the sales side for access to Marketing modules as well The emails send reliably with great tracking features

Cons

It is expensive if you are looking at it as strictly a CRM- it does take on a lot of other parts of your business development and outreach- so consider that You do need to have at least one committed user in the software, keeping up to date on the new features and how to use it

Pros

I can create modules/templates that non developer/designers can easily update without being needing any HTML/CSS experience at all. I can also make these modules/templates in such a way that the end user can't "mess up" my designs if I so choose.

Cons

I find it very difficult to integrate JS with Hubl. I would like to be able to call Hubl variables directly in JS functions.

Hubspot helps us organize our interactions with prospects and customers.

Pros

definitely helped us to see clearly on our contact list, manage our prospects and follow up with our hot leads. It's was really easy to set up in the company. Now we use some more advanced features and it's pretty awesome.

Cons

The manual update of some offline interactions with prospects can be daunting, at least at first. But it's a must-do to have an oversight on the customer base.

I loved using Hubspot - hands down my favorite platform. It is so easy to use and they provide constant training and support. Another benefit is their annual conference. It was so informative and an exciting experience all around. I'd highly recommend the software and conference to everyone.

Pros

This marketing software was so easy to navigate. From monitoring leads in the CRM portion to creating email campaigns or analyzing the results of those campaigns, the software is seamless.

Cons

I think the email builder could be enhanced to feature more 'drag and drop' options when creating HTML emails.

Pros

Hubspot is a really huge CRM with a really great potential when you use all of its functionalities. What i like the most about Hubspot, is that they have the free plan which allow everybody to take advantage of a lot of tools. First of all, i really like that the number of contacts is unlimited in the free base and the number of user too! It makes it really easy for a business to see where are their leads/prospects/sql/mql/customer in their buyers journey and to adapt content for them. A lot of things can be done in the free version to maximise its potential : a custom sales process, the synchronisation the emails, pop-up forms & forms, live chat, chatflows, templates for emails and a lot more! I think everybody who has a website should at least use the free version of Hubspot. The Hubspot Academy is such a great resource to help you with the product!

Cons

The first time you are in contact with the , many forget to set up a lot of things. In fact, the free version offers too many possibilities! It can be hard to really maximise it.

We like how we have HubSpot marketing and the CRM altogether. This way, we can understand our customers better and also keep in touch with them the way they prefer.

Cons

Some reports we would like to see are not available and we have to build by ourselves. They are constantly changing though so it may be better in the future.

HubSpot allows us to track the overall customer experience as a team and allows us to cross functions with ease. The Marketing team manages it but the sales team dip in and out of it to get the information they require.

Pros

Hubspot always seems to have more functionality than what you require. It's super simple to use and the training guides make it easy to learn about areas you're not sure about.

Cons

It can be quite buggy, particularly in the marketing hub. When building emails, spacing can often be annoying to get right but otherwise the available of templates etc is great.

User experience is strong, dashboard is convenient, intuitive and powerful. Customer Service is outstanding and built-in templates offer robust capabilities. Video's and tutorials offer ways to learn the product.

Cons

More templates added on a regular basis. Email tracking capabilities could be upgraded. Linking to google analytics requires a little technical knowledge.

Pros

I like that Hubspot gives me the ability to track the movements of my customers when they visit my website. There are many facets of the software to allow you to post blogs, update your website, manage your contacts, and even post on social media. Customer service is good and responses are very quick.

Cons

There are many improvements to be made to several aspects of Hubspot that could help with data capture. For example, they allow A/B testing of emails but have some restrictions when it comes to managing a smaller send.

Pros

Hubspot (compared with other CRMs and MA tools) is a bit like a swiss army knife in its versatility. I do like the ability to connect the full sales cycle and connect both sales and marketing in one place while offering great tools for daily sales users.

Cons

it can be a bit admin intensive to set up- ( workflows, info, customisation), especially at the beginning. in addition, it's not as robust for more advanced reporting / data manipulation like other CRM tools (MS, SFDC) so it's more for startups or small orgs.
