### "Easy, seamless tool for the HubSpot user"

My team and I invested in Salesforce quite some time ago. We found the tool to be a bit too complicated to use and just generally more than what we needed. It became a very expensive place to store our sales data. Since becoming a HubSpot customer, we migrated over to the and have loved it. In the tool we can track the progress we are making on the marketing side along with the sales actions taken. It is beyond helpful having all that information in one place.

Pros

Anyone can log in and have the tool figured out in minutes (especially if you are already used to how the HubSpot tools work). It is very visual, fun even, to use and track deals. It integrates with google docs, which is what we use to send out estimates to clients and prospects. Again, all that information then collects in one place. Anyone on my team can log in and see exactly where we are at in the sales cycle.

Cons

I work on a sales team of 4 people, of which, I am the only full-time sales/marketer. I cannot vouch for the tool on an enterprise level. If you are needing a super robust tool, this may not be the best fit. Although, I can't forsee there being anything that I would need to do that I couldn't use this tool for.

### "Nice but slows my computer"

It's generally easy to learn and pick up for sales. This makes it easy to onboard new people. But I'm sick of it slowing down my computer.

Pros

I love the filters on contacts. It's easy to manage my clients because I can group them based on where they are in the sales process.

Cons

I find everything about the marketing side confusing and annoying to use. Also, the templates for email could use a major design improvement. I make them in photoshop and indesign and pop them in. But I would love some good templates so I didn't have to do this. Also, hubspot has been slowing down my computer. Every time I reach out to customer service about this, they act like I'm crazy but my computer is only slow when hubspot is open. You need a large RAM to be able to use it, and that's not okay.

It is a nice (good!) place to store information on people I/we will contact on a semi-regular basis and be able to store information about discussions. The fact that I can also access this data from any of my devices makes it very useful and I do not have lookup some other document or email to find the number to call.

Pros

\- visually stunning - ability to collection information from the Internet (without asking) and useful information - very easy to setup contacts and companies - easy to integrate with google and gmail - ability to store tickets is an extra I was not expecting and is very useful.

Cons

\- it would be nice if the free version had option to store product information. - gets expensive with the non-free versions - there are much cheaper alternatives that deliver more

We love that Hubspot allows us to build customized processes that would normally require a software engineer to implement.

Cons

What I like the least is also what I like the most. Hubspot is a growing company that is constantly rolling out new features, however sometimes the functionality is limited with those features.

UI on mobile phone can be improved. Sometimes I go through some formatting issues.

I’ve tried a ton of CRMs over the years and love . Making it super easy to manage and organize leads.

Pros

The fact that the CRM is ‘free for life’ makes it super easy to get started and you don’t have to worry about the ROI. Love the customized fields and how you can arrange these on the contact form. Also integration with GMail is awesome.

Cons

The contact merge feature is a little inflexible as it doesn’t let you choose which fields to keep. No other major cons, but you may find yourself wanting some of HubSpot’s paid features once you start using the CRM. Also no integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator at time of writing. Would also be nice if there was sync with Google Contacts.

### "Good CRM for Overall Value"

It's okay. The platform tries to be pretty versatile, but the limitations are super disappointing. There are also moments when "call end" stalls and the hangup button won't go away until you refresh the screen, (making it hard for agents to continue their sales que). It's not a perfect system, but it's adequate for what we're doing right now, and it's familiar.

Pros

I appreciate the ability to interface 3rd party apps like Zapier when I need to dump info into a format for Metabase, I also appreciate the task list that allows me to put calls into a que. The round robin style workflow for multiple sales reps is super helpful for lead assignment is great and the reports area also provides great insight into things that are going on with the department.

Cons

There's a lot of limitations to the email marketing (only 150 sequences a day unless you pay more). The limitation of sales deals erasing needed information like a spend total is really annoying so you can't track revenue as you should be able to. Also note that if you do move a lead to a deal you can never undo the process so you have to create a duplicate entry to track spend.

Pros

The sales pipeline management and communication automation are key to Hubspot and key to my team's day to day. I've been able to build custom pipelines for different teams, get data on results on a easy to read dashboard, and ensure our customers are looked after properly.

Cons

There is a learning curve when it comes to the software & the training (though very good) does take awhile to get through. When we add a new member to the team there's a couple of days needed for them to go through the training on Hubspot.

Pros

I like the user friendly interface, everything was easy to use. Customer service was on their game, every time I reached out they got back to me quickly. I like the email workflow and how easy that was to set up, it was confusing at first but once you figure it out, it is really helpful. I worked on the sales side, so have the sales emails set up ready to go was awesome. The task list everyday was helpful, helped me stay organized.

Cons

It was overwhelming at first, it is really dense. It takes time to understand how capable hubspot really is. I wish with the sales side of it that they were able to organize contacts within time zone so it was easier to make calls.

There are too many benefits to list in the 2500 word count, as a social media director, I love being able to create, schedule, and measure my social media posts all in one place. Knowing that a client converted from a certain Instagram post is a great insight and has made our social media marketing not only easier but more successful as well. I love the education side as well. I've taken advantage of a ton of the certificates which have been a great learning experience but they are an even better talking piece when at a networking event. Also, they have built up my certificate resume tremendously. I even participated in the FB messenger social media quiz and thought that was a great idea to get users involved!

Pros

I love having different portals for each client so no confusion happens. My other favorite thing about HubSpot is the education it provides. I've gotten multiple certifications through the HubSpot Academy and plan to continue. I would suggest it to any upcoming Marketing/Advertising employee. I love being able to create, schedule, and measure my company/client social media posts all in one place. Landing pages are easy to make and the metrics are even better.

Cons

The only thing I can complain about when it comes to HubSpot is the design. As a designer, when working with things like blog posts or landing pages it can be very frustrating. Its almost like they made the simple things harder.

The Social tool under the Marketing hub has been a great help in our social media initiatives. The reporting function allows you to easily see clicks, engagements and sessions across all of our social channels.

Cons

More in depth reporting would be great, as well as better functionality with Facebook - it says when Hubspot has sent the post as opposed to the user.

Earlier, we used this for all kinds of sales and marketing activities. It is our one-stop solution for all kinds of needs. We still use this product for sales calls and taking feedback from customers. Overall the product is good, and it has all features which we need for running the business.

Pros

We use this product on a daily basis. It makes the sales so easy that we don't need to worry about follow-up and conversion within the company. It reminds me of the follow-ups, tasks, and payment reminders with the client. It is a one-stop solution for all our needs. The mobile app is also good, and the ticketing system is also good. The custom built-in forms help us integrate the product with the website. Data is secured and easily syncs with the other devices.

Cons

For email marketing, this gives limited access, and the dashboard has its limitations. The customization of the template of the email is limited to free use. And not as affordable for small-scale businesses.

It is a very good and solid product for small agencies like mine.

Pros

I have used a number of CRMs in the past (Siebel, Salesforce.com etc) and i find it very intuitive and it has already set up many functionalities by default. Also, in the past it did not support exports for greek language, now it is working.

Cons

It could be a bit complex when you want to do some stuff or when you want to check how the users will see what you design (as an administrator). I need to have multiple accounts and login from them. It would be nice to be able to change roles easily.

Pros

The best factor among the many is that the tool can be easily organized according to your needs. This includes creating pipelines, tracking contacts, taking notes, and scheduling follow-ups for each contact, making it an ideal platform for lead generation and account closing processes.

Cons

When it comes to collaboration, the software falls short. Moreover, because it includes complex functionalities, the system has a steep learning curve for first-time users. Also, the provider should offer WhatsApp integration because it will automate the messages in the same way that we connect Gmail and Hubspot.

I haven't had any issues so far. I just think they need to add data cleanup features to remove duplicates because it is extremely tedious cleaning up databases.

Pros

Easy to use import tools and well integrated to work with HubSpot's marketing tools. Segmenting is also very convenient and easy to do with HubSpot's list(s) tool. A good idea to use if you are using HubSpot already.

Cons

Too many categorical dimensions that aren't use or don't make sense. Some are duplicates or just confuse the user so they should be removed. No data quality check features...

When I started my freelance editing business, I looked around for CRM options. I needed something that would help me track clients and remember to follow up. Hubspot was clearly at the top of the list, so I signed up. I was lost right from the get-go. If I were a bigger company or had more time, I could have learned it and I'm sure it would have been helpful. But I'm a solo editor, and I don't have a lot of spare time. So when I could figure it out in an afternoon, I decided it wasn't the CRM for me. Instead I landed on Capsule CRM, which lauds itself as a "simple CRM". Just what I needed :)

Pros

They do a lot of education, which is helpful. It's also a powerful program that can grow as you grow.

Cons

Because I'm a solo freelancer, my needs are basic: log client, remember to follow up. I know Hubspot has that function, but it was buried in a flood of other tools. It took too much time to get caught up to speed, time I didn't have.

The reason we stopped using Hubspot, is that it made more sense for all our CRM and payment processing to be under one roof with our current provider. Just makes it easier for us to manage everything with one software and one login.

Pros

Helped us organize our sales funnel, and track where our different potential fleet clients stood in the funnel. Easy to attach notes to specific clients as they progressed along the funnel. Acted as a database for us for all client reach outs we would do. You can also create your own sales funnel specific to your company, as you are able to title and create as many steps as you want. Very good at what it does, and it also provides a free trial which has enough functionality to be useful for a small-medium sized business.

Cons

Nothing, if we weren't already paying for our internal Enterprise software already, we would be using Hubspot.

Pros

I first started using it on the free version. They still have an always free plan which is amazing. CRM UX is pretty slick and intuitive. Everything from you contact, company and deals is easily blended into one screen.

Cons

As your company grows you need much more customization on CRM to make 100% use of it. I think this is where it does not work out well.
