Hubspot is great it has helped us aton on engaging with our customers and making sure that no one slips through the crack no matter how many leads we get.

Pros

I'm honestly surprised how much you can track with this software, and how much information you can get on your customer's patterns in Hubspot it has really helped us narrow down our sales funnel.

Cons

I wish the integrations were a little more fleshed out they have a lot but they always seem to be the simplest integrations and not deeply integrated so you only end up getting surface-level info.

Perfect for the entrepreneur and small business, and can grow into premium version, which I might soon.

Pros

It makes me very grateful that a business can provide an entire software service for free because they have premium versions for bigger companies. This software is some of the easiest to use. They do the heavy lifting. Automatic form capture and chat integration, automatic company info and logos brought in, easy to setup email templates, I don't know where to stop on the good feature list

Cons

Honestly, it's hard to pick this apart, especially after using Salesforce which is notoriously complicated and hard to set up. One thing might be a lack of calendar and integrating in your own

\- The opportunity to create lists to classify and filter potential customers in the database. - Creation of templates and workflows to send automatic emails at specific times. - Synchronization with the email of the potential client, so all interactions that have been made with the client by any company worker are recorded on his card. This is very good when a worker goes on vacation, as his colleagues can have visibility into the client's history. - Schedule tasks for the user, with deadlines.

Cons

The only problem that I have had that it’s difficult to report on data that wasn’t collected in HubSpot, because it is not very clear or really well organized.

Pros

It's so clean and intuitive, the learning curve is very fast. If Steve Jobs had created a CRM this would be very near to it.

Cons

It's expensive. Although you're paying for the best, really, so if you can afford it, go for it.

Great experience. We have migrated off of Keap/Infusionsoft and within 2 weeks we have seen great improvement in our CRM.

Pros

Overall lead/contact management, transparency into how your prospects engage with your emails/content, customizable features, and reporting.

Cons

Our company requires some custom reporting that we continue to work through with your HubSpot onboarding specialist. Hopefully this can be solved for so we can accurately measure our pipeline value.

it has truly helped our sales team become more streamlined and as it is Free, there is no reason not to give it a try!

Pros

it is easy to use with a nice user interface. staff have had no issues learning to use it either. i also love that it tracks emails, keeping the whole team in touch with who contacted which customer last.

Cons

can be a little tricky to connect at first, but the customer service team are super easy to get hold of to assist you. i would not recommend using it with chromebook as the support is still at a limited stage.

Peace of mind

Pros

The UI/UX and ease of use with integrations and the support. There have been days when I've called HS Support 2-3 times and they've always been patient, helpful, and friendly. It makes such a difference!!

Cons

It's power! There are so many pieces that I'm not sure how to use or how they are connected to each other. Especially with integrations.

Pros

I love the workflows and list features that come with Hubspot. It is easy to organize thousands of contacts in a succinct way as to maximize your effectiveness and productivity.

Cons

Occasionally Hubspot will glitch and certain contacts won't be caught in workflows or lists. This is very rare though. Also lists do take a few minutes to process at times.

We used Hubspot CRM for the past year and it's by far the easiest CRM to use. Took less than a day of training for my employees to use.

Pros

Fast onboarding and it links with Hubspot Simple to use

Cons

Wish there was more integrations, but otherwise it's amazing Marketing - had to also use Outreach to send email templates to multiple people at a time

Overall the experience is excellent.

Pros

The number one benefit for me and my team is Hubspot's ability to integrate with many different software platforms, including popular middleware platforms, as well. Not having to worry about manual data flow processes is critical to our work and Hubspot helps us avoid that.

Cons

Hubspot's UI isn't always intuitive so UX suffers, as a result. I think it's an acceptable deficiency, however, because you can learn the dashboards and then you're good to go, but it can be a bit confusing when you're trying to learn.

It was a very easy CRM to use. I have used Salesforce and Hubspot is by far superior in terms of ease of use, lots of useful functions, very intuitive, quick to look up and collect information. It's free to use, what more could you ask for!

Pros

\- Easy and intuitive : Has all the categories needed when filling out new lead information. Also include customisable headings. - Love the email tracking function: timing in sales is important so being able to track when a client opens email and giving them a call right there and then, is great so we can discuss any questions they have in real time - Can call straight from the CRM: When you are trying to contact many leads, clicking through to call them straight away instead of picking up your phone to dial saves you so much time. When calling straight from the CRM you can also easily record everything discussed during that call in their profile.

Cons

Sales pipeline and logging information after the sales deal has been made is abit tedious. Usually my clients accept the deal via email so it would be nice if we could record these details via the gmail integration that would be great.

Love it!

Pros

We tried several different systems for contact management, HubSpot CRM wins by a long shot. To finally have everything in one place and have the ability to connect any other program/platform to the CRM was a huge game changer for us.

Cons

The learning curve for new employees is pretty steep for us, but our staff have had very little to no experience with contact management/CRM/anything before jumping into HubSpot CRM. It requires some experienced people on the team to set up the system and keep things functioning at a high level.

HubSpot is a powerful software when used correctly. We have run into situations in which a client has launched a HubSpot setup but are not using it correctly. They then blame the software when in reality it is the setup. If you setup your CRM correctly, build out the workflows appropriately, you can build a reliable stack that helps your business grow.

Pros

HubSpot is easy to setup and reliable. If you used as a stack and not a standalone CRM, it becomes quite powerful.

Cons

The support does offer chat but chat is sometimes not available during working hours. This can be bad for our clients. However, it's gotten better. This isn't a software issue but more of a personnel issue.

Its easy to use and reliable. There is constant innovation being made and the team supporting the product is great.

I didn't enjoy using this software. It didn't flow very well. It was very monotone. Connecting my email account to it gave me more problems than it solved.

Pros

Easy to search for contacts and set up notifications for reminders. It was free. If you just need it for contact storage, then this is a good option for that.

Cons

It was so grey and monotone. Connecting my email account caused a lot of junk to be auto created that I had to weed out. You had to go through each contact individually to discover what they were.

The trial was a no brainer. In less than an hour I was using the system and getting business results. As a Sales Starter User, Hubspot solves my need for efficiently managing my pipeline, funneling activities and post sale relationship neutering.

Pros

Ease-of-use through a very intuitive UI combined with all the core features you'll need to manage a sales pipeline describes what I like most about the software. A genuinely engaged, onshore technical support team and a library of 1st class instructional videos describes what I like most about the company.

Cons

I have no legitimate complaints. There are no "perfect" CRM systems. That said, Hubspot perfectly provides the feature set I need at a cost I can afford.

It's really easy to use including installing the app on your phone so that all the information is at your fingertips.

It doesn't integrate to my Outlook calendar, at least not the way our administrator has it set up.
