Hubspot has helped me automate my business.

Pros

I love the CRM and the endless amounts of integration and automations you can do. With Hubspot workflows anything is possible, particularly with the native integrations and webhooks.

Cons

The price point because expensive for small businesses, and a lot of the new features have been for the enterprise level plans.

I didn't enjoy using this software. It didn't flow very well. It was very monotone. Connecting my email account to it gave me more problems than it solved.

Pros

Easy to search for contacts and set up notifications for reminders. It was free. If you just need it for contact storage, then this is a good option for that.

Cons

It was so grey and monotone. Connecting my email account caused a lot of junk to be auto created that I had to weed out. You had to go through each contact individually to discover what they were.

I believe pricing was why the switch was made. I have since switched from Hubspot to Monday.

The trial was a no brainer. In less than an hour I was using the system and getting business results. As a Sales Starter User, Hubspot solves my need for efficiently managing my pipeline, funneling activities and post sale relationship neutering.

Pros

Ease-of-use through a very intuitive UI combined with all the core features you'll need to manage a sales pipeline describes what I like most about the software. A genuinely engaged, onshore technical support team and a library of 1st class instructional videos describes what I like most about the company.

Cons

I have no legitimate complaints. There are no "perfect" CRM systems. That said, Hubspot perfectly provides the feature set I need at a cost I can afford.

Pros

It's really easy to use including installing the app on your phone so that all the information is at your fingertips.

Cons

It doesn't integrate to my Outlook calendar, at least not the way our administrator has it set up.

I love this CRM for basic customer management. It also tracks who views your emails and how often. The competitors do not have this.

Pros

Of the 3 small business CRM platforms out there, this one is by far the most customer-centric and easy to use.

Cons

The free version will only get you so far until you can suddenly be spending alot monthly. You have to pay for any live support

Pros

We switched to from Salesforce. Now we have most of our clients on Hubspot CRM. It is very simple to use. It has a very clean interface. Also, with Zapier you can integrate with a ton of other systems.

Cons

It might lack some of the features of Salesforce. So if you are a huge enterprise client, you might need a more robust system.

10x better than Salesforce. Salesforce is big, clunky, expensive, and hard to implement. HubSpot is wonderful and the complete opposite.

Pros

HubSpot is intuitive, easy to use, has a ton of features, and really helps your sales/marketing. Best feature is the email tracker so you can see when/where people open your emails.

Cons

Not applicable, I love this product and would recommend it any day of the week.

Pros

Really very easy to set up and implement and the platform is easily customisable. Also really good in terms of collaborating and obtaining feedback.

Cons

I have encountered a few issues in terms of crashing outlook, but nothing major! Very few issues encountered when using this software.

We've been using Hubspot for many years now and it suited us well as a smaller company, as we grow it is very expensive to maintain the quantity of leads that we want to have.

Pros

Overall, the Hubspot interface is very easy to navigate and learn your way around. The email builder is simple, as is the workflow builder. Customer support is not as responsive as they once were, but still fairly strong.

Cons

It costs alot and the sync with Salesforce is very frustrating.

Pros

It integrates many essential features/most marketing needs a business will have today: contact database and management, email list and scheduling, website forms, etcetera.

Cons

Feels a bit clunky to use, with many screens to navigate, but it does the job

Great system, does take some time to get set up but once done it makes things go very smoothly.

Pros

Great way to keep your leads and contacts in one place to easily set up marketing campaigns, and keep your emails and notes about contacts in one place. It integrates with Gmail to automatically log emails sent to that lead. You can set up workflows to nurture leads as well.

Cons

Did take me a little bit to figure out some of the more complex uses such as setting up workflows and templates

\- I love the user experience and UI because as a user, I can easily understand where a feature I need is located. - It's forever FREE! - It ties seamlessly with the HubSpot Marketing and HubSpot Sales, making it all work as a well-oiled machine. - Easily customizable for each of the team member's needs (for example, some might need some data and others don't)

Cons

To be honest, so far, I haven't found any disadvantages. I love . For our audience of 9K+, it is a perfect tool.

This software is excellent to obtain many more sales opportunities, and of course, to be able to retain customers for a much longer time. If you want to know how a sales process works properly, hubspot is the one indicated.

Pros

Hubspot is very good in order to achieve a broader level of organization of sales opportunities. It has many monitoring and organization tools, and it is managed based on a system of tasks, with which you can do better job tracking.

Cons

Hubspot is a bit difficult to handle individually. That is, if it is not used in conjunction with the other tools that your suite brings. It does not work directly with integral inbound campaigns, and chat has few configuration options.

Pros

This tool is amazing. We can now get full visibility over our contacts and leads from the moment they enter their buyer's journey, to when they eventually turn into a sale. Hubspot support has done a phenomenal job at helping us from web design tips, to bug fixes and even feature requests. I highly recommend it!

Cons

The Hubspot COS could be a bit more user friendly for those without coding and CSS experience. I also hope they expand their marketplace for new templates and modules as well.

HubSpot has been around for a long time and they know their stuff. It addresses the key areas for inbound and it is quick to setup and monitor campaigns. A great solution for many businesses.

Pros

For businesses looking to get their online marketing sorted, Hubspot is a great option - lots of training, great content and pretty user friendly. It also scales, so you can start small and graduate to larger lists and more features as the business develops. The Hubspot Academy will help keep your marketing people up to date.

Cons

Usual caveats with SaaS - data security, options for moving to other platforms, etc. There are lots of features available and there is a danger that feature bloat makes the learning a bit steeper than it could be. However, you can't ignore the fact that there is a level of complexity to online marketing and Hubspot is much easier to use than other platforms.

Love the complete and seamless integration with HubSpot Marketing. It's also super easy to use. It does not require extensive training.

Cons

It does not yet offer some of the complex applications of the big CRMs. But for MANY companies it can suffice.

Inane 2FA that requires a code from within a logged-in device, the whole purpose of 2FA is for logging in, what point is a code from a logged in device if you are logged out trying to log in? Customer support were beyond useless with suggestions that would require a time machine such as entering a code from an authenticator app that is not setup.

Pros

Being able to access it. It used to be so simple to login and use

Cons

Being locked out. It is overpriced for what it provides and support is an absolute zero. Turning on 2FA that I can't actually authenticate was the nail in the coffin for me. We can spend our thousands of dollars monthly far better.

Pros

I think I like most that the CRM component is (and they say always will be) free. It's one of the best CRMs out there and they just give it away. Their lead generation and marketing tools are the icing on the cake and how they generate their revenue. It all makes for a high quality package. You send out an email, track the email, log the activity, build customer leads based on activity, communicate with the customer, track activities- all of it. It's a Swiss Army knife of a marketing tool.

Cons

It'd be great if you could hide the stuff you don't want to see. If I'm not using the marketing elements, I don't want them cluttering up my menus.
