### "Locked out & told no way to access until next week. What business app makes you lose a week?"

Inane 2FA that requires a code from within a logged-in device, the whole purpose of 2FA is for logging in, what point is a code from a logged in device if you are logged out trying to log in? Customer support were beyond useless with suggestions that would require a time machine such as entering a code from an authenticator app that is not setup.

Pros

Being able to access it. It used to be so simple to login and use

Cons

Being locked out. It is overpriced for what it provides and support is an absolute zero. Turning on 2FA that I can't actually authenticate was the nail in the coffin for me. We can spend our thousands of dollars monthly far better.

### "Top quality CRM and marketing tools"

Pros

I think I like most that the CRM component is (and they say always will be) free. It's one of the best CRMs out there and they just give it away. Their lead generation and marketing tools are the icing on the cake and how they generate their revenue. It all makes for a high quality package. You send out an email, track the email, log the activity, build customer leads based on activity, communicate with the customer, track activities- all of it. It's a Swiss Army knife of a marketing tool.

Cons

It'd be great if you could hide the stuff you don't want to see. If I'm not using the marketing elements, I don't want them cluttering up my menus.

Cons

There is a fair amount of work needed to get things in place and you have to stay on top of it each week.

Love HubSpot and especially love the CRM

Pros

My company has been using HubSpot CRM for over a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about it. HubSpot allows you to tie together almost every aspect of your marketing efforts to create a seamless connection between all of your tools. The ability to organize and collect contact information is the best part about the HubSpot CRM.

Cons

Though they can't be perfect sometimes your contact have a hard time communicating to the company record.

The overall experience has been quite positive since we implemented this software to our business. We also found it more useful than other CRM software which we had implemented beforehand.

Pros

This software has a very user friendly platform where any employee can easily understand how it functions without the need of having any technical knowledge. The email marketing automation is also a great feature which was one of the factors which led to our business growth.

Cons

The only small issue which could be resolved is to offer some more price options by having for example less features available. This would help small business to get started until they eventually grow and can eventually switch to other price plans.

I love the sequences, it has become much easier to send 1,000's of emails out each week. Hubspot makes the process seemless

Cons

The mobile version never works. everytime I open the app on my phone it either freezes or simply doesn't even open.

Gaining visibility into my pipeline to be able to spend time and resources where it matters most. Allows me to continue working with existing clients and not freak out that my new business development efforts are stalling out.

Pros

HubSpot efficiently provides visibility into prospect and client engagement you simply cannot get by cobbling multiple systems together.

Cons

Occasionally I will identify feature functionality that would be helpful, is actually not available. I chalk this up to a rapidly expanding platform that has not caught up with the development roadmap. In most cases, I can find answers in the knowledge base but it would be nice for HubSpot to engage there more often.

Cons

They are very expensive when you need to add additional functions and features. The CRM is cheap but other items are super expensive.

Great

Pros

I came from a Salesforce CRM background and Hubspot is soooo much lighter. You can still import/export, keep up with contacts and email them (it's email functionality is limited to gmail accounts though). Pretty nice task lists and scheduling too.

Cons

You can only mail through gmail. Not great if you have a branded domain.

Highly flexible to constantly get new accounts, and even to retain customers for quite extended periods of time. In addition, it is advisable to learn about the correct use of sales processes, and databases with customer information.

Pros

Very organized tool when generating new sales opportunities, which includes many options for the customization of operations that involve the creation of new analytics. It is good to be able to use contact information in sales opportunities.

Cons

Search engine optimization (SEO) is quite limited in relation to its integration with the linkedIn platform. Sales intelligence tools make it difficult to work with marketing and nurturing analysis for leads.

Their customer support team is great! They are very quick to respond to any tickets when I need help.

Cons

It was hard to learn at first. I used Pardot previously and it seemed a little easier to use but also didn't have close to the features and functionality that HubSpot does.

Pros

The task management module is extremely detailed, it allows for users to collaborate on notes and tasks. Not a lot of other CRMs provide that option. Good interface overall.

Cons

The integrations with billing software is extremely poor. Haven't seen a lot of feature updates being rolled out to make the experience better.

Reason for choosing HubSpot CRM

Email Marketing module was better in Hubspot. We wanted a solution that both our Sales and Marketing team worked out of, this was easier for collaboration and setting other workflows between functions.

Pros

Hubspots crm is the #1 CRM of choice. We have used both the free and paid version and highly recommend either option! If you need a call option than the paid version will suit your needs.

Cons

The crm is great but you will not receive the best support unless you're a paying customer. Makes sense but we were looking to become a paid customer and they wouldn't answer my questions because I was on the free plan at the time.

Pros

HubSpot CRM offers a ton of features - FREE. Thousands of clients and companies, integrated email ability, and lots of advancement customization features - HubSpot is a great place to start if you're not sure if you want to take the plunge with an expensive CRM. It integrates well with tons of services, including Zapier, and can grow with you if you find it's just what you need to build you business. The jump to the paid tier is fairly steep, but will almost always pay for itself in no time.

Cons

Naturally, I wish there were more features offered in the free plan, but as a freemium model product, there is not much to dislike!

Task feature is great for follow up which is critical in closing deals.

Pros

\- Its very user friendly. Entering contact information is simple and easy. Creating a deal again, simple and easy. I used the Tasks to keep me on track which is does. I also use the notes feature also so I can get an additional boost to remember little details of each deal instead of writing it down on my note pad. x

Cons

\-That you cannot share the same lead with 2 different users. We have multiple offices and a lead may go to one office in Stamford, Ct and then also come to Westport CT. If the Stamford, Ct lead enters it as their lead, unless I'm given a different email address which is usually not the case, I can't create it as my lead as well. - that the phone number of the lead is not in Deals...and you have to go back to Contacts to get the phone number. Would be great if you could simply add a field or have it carry over from contacts to deal page .

Team communication went up drastically as well as the ability to see the data from marketing and sales in one place on contacts. Things we never thought we'd have all in one place.

Pros

Hubspot CRM is super helpful with automation with email and notification of those items. It's also helpful when linked into their marketing platform allowing for your entire team to co-exist in one tool. Seeing important marketing and sales data on a potential client in one spot.

Cons

There isn't much, I do wish there was more Outlook/Exchange integration. We are moving to Google Mail since that is their major mail integration, partner. Otherwise, I love the tool and their support.

We've been using and recommending HubSpot for probably 2+ years now, and can safely say that with HubSpot you get more than a simple marketing or sales tool. From training, to support, to integrating and managing marketing and sales, Hubspot is designed to work across all areas of modern marketing and is designed to scale well. If you plan to do inbound marketing and sales effectively, you pretty much have all you need in HubSpot as a one stop shop. Content management, social management, paid ad support, sales support, CRM integrations, marketing automation, in depth reporting, integration with most major 3rd party platforms (this is a growing list), good support and a huge community of user support come with it.

Pros

Ease of use, wide range of integration, closed loop good reporting, great support and features for every aspect of inbound marketing

Cons

Id maybe rework the way you switch between user portals, but other than that, theres not much. A few odd bugs as with any software, but they're usually fixed quickly/ you can recommend changes easily.

Email sequencing is a great feature which helps to send the reminder mails to the customer by setting the required date. Also this CRM is very user friendly and helps to segregate the leads in a different lifecycle stage & the lead status can also be properly maintained. Calling integration also a very important feature in this CRM.

High speed internet is required and network fluctuation will effect badly.
