Pros

HubSpot is extremely comprehensive and allows you to do so much. As a marketer, this allows me to seamlessly do so much in one simple hub. From email marketing and social media scheduling to workflow creations and lead capturing, HubSpot allows me to do my entire job in one organized place. The reporting and analytics are also great for tracking performance.

Cons

It would be nice for HubSpot to improve their integration with Instagram and allow for longer videos (reels) to be scheduled. Another recommendation would be to integrate with Facebook groups to schedule group posts as well.

Pros

Tracks everything, easy access and viewable for everyone to share the important into for an organization and their clients/merchants.

Cons

Hub can run a little slow at times, but usually fixed quickly. Setting the user rights can be tedious when needing to get in certain files.

Pros

I used hubspot to keep tra of our leads and sales. My team was composed of 4 people and I was also able to all the statuses of their work.

Cons

Sometimes you need to do a step more to do what you need so maybe the overall user experience can be improved to make this software super.

Pros

Lead qualification and activity monitoring are super useful for our sales representatives to focus their efforts on qualified leads. Email templates, quotes, snippets, automated tasks all make our everyday life much much easier!

Cons

No real personalization for price quotes. Unable to forward emails form Hubspot inbox.

Cons

I don't have many dislikes. The one time HubSpot made a mistake in my pricing, they corrected it and offered us legacy pricing because we've been a customer for so long.

I have had a decent experience with HubSpot. This is only the second CRM I have ever had to use and I must say I picked it up very quickly. Once again though, there are too many options for data capture and they need to make it more easily customizable so we dont have to waste our time with inputing information that we deem irrelevant.

Pros

I enjoy the reporting mechanisms and how easy you can drill down the types of interactions you are having with each lead/deal. It makes it easy to understand where and what you are spending most of your time on as well as proving what is effective and ineffective.

Cons

There is too room for content. Yes, it is nice to have the ability to upload a ton of data on each lead but with Hub spot there is just too many filters. Also, the biggest issue within the entire platform is if you have different numbers associated with a lead the platform does not track which one that I used previously. Not a huge deal but it is annoying having to manually track it and look before every call that I have to make.

The experience is great. It feels like he software does so much for you and yet you know, control and understand what it is doing. The company’s support is also stellar!

Pros

I’ve had the chance to watch this product mature over time. I love the integration with Outlook and the ability to automate tasks that used to take so much time to accomplish. The software is very modular and allows you to grow its use and feature set as your needs grow.

Cons

HubSpot offers a free version but it gets expensive as you grow into the expanded feature sets. As a CRM, It worries me when I am paying to track leads that may never become clients.

We have improved our marketing and have increased enrollment. We have also identified why and how our enrollment increases. Overall this is a great product to add to our toolbox.

Pros

Manage marketing, admissions, data, and even student services in one product. Once you're comfortable using hubspot CRM it's easy to benefit from it. I really enjoy the closed loop analytics that show us exactly how marketing impacts enrollment. We can improve with each campaign and continue to grow.

Cons

With so many features, I got lost a few times and had to keep referring to the introduction video. This is the only con I've experienced thus far. I would've liked more customizable data fields as well.

The experience has been very good. Although at the beginning we thought about hiring the paid plans, the truth is that with the free plan we have been doing great and we have not needed to pay. So, the balance is very positive.

Pros

The user interface (UI) is clean, fast, easy. The user experience is superb, both on the web and in the app. Event reminders are simple to set, work well.

Cons

I find it difficult to switch between my personal pipeline and that of the teams I supervise. While it is possible to do so, it involves several clicks, and when I log out and log back in I have to do those clicks all over again. It should be an out-of-the-box feature.

I've enjoyed using Hubspot so far because not only a good CRM, it also and especially for our company doubles as a database. We have been able to locate certain verticals on Hubspot, mainly using the filtering system. While I do find that rereading emails can very unpleasant at times that fact that they are neatly packed away, unbelievably useful.

Pros

Hubspot is probably one of the easier CRMs I've worked with, it's very user-friendly and helps me and my team get most of what we want done. The email tracking and logging features are particularly helpful because it helps us keep detailed records of our correspondences with clients for further review. I also think that the way filters work makes it so that it's easy to locate clients or companies.

Cons

I find that most of the information that the software auto-populates is wrong and rather misleading especially when you need to create filters based on certain variables, I would much rather have those fields left empty than have them populated with inaccurate data. Another thing that I find a little bit inconvenient is the way emails are viewed. The current display is very messy and makes for an unpleasant viewing experience.

My overall experience is very good with Hubspot CRM currently am using it with my website to collect leads and manage them like to do follow-ups with them, maintain their records. sending them automated replies if they select a query(based on the query I am sending replies).

Pros

The best thing about Hubspot CRM is very easy to use and provide great features. Easy to integrate into your business. I am using to collect leads which can become potential customers. I have designed a pop-up form to collect leads and integrated into my website through a script. It provides best analysis features like we can track, monitor and check how many leads converted into customers.

Cons

I personally find their paid plans little expensive being a start-up we can't afford high-value packages and it also doesn't provide full features in his mobile application apart from it everything is good.

Pros

Um, it's free. It's their introductory offer/product, yet they make it free. While there is a lot more to Hubspot, offering this tool for free is a generous and smart move. They're always making updates to it, too. It's nice.

Cons

Sometime it can be a bit cumbersome to operate more on the company/account level than on individual contacts. They're currently making some updates to this which is making it better.

The overall experience is very positive - HubSpot is really making our virtual workspace clutterless and easy to access from various points of entry.

Pros

I liked the depth of customization and reporting that can be done, and also the fact that it's dependable.

Cons

There's still a ways to go in terms of customization, especially the dashboard and the categories can be a little bit difficult to navigate at times. The UI could use another overhaul.

Pros

There are only 2 CRM's worth using one is Salesforce the other is Hubspot. I have used both and have spent months comparing the two in a previous organization. It's clear to me that Hubpsot is superior in terms of learning curve, setup time, ease of customization. It also doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

Cons

It would be nice if there were more integrations in the app store, but I'm sure that'll take time.

Game changer for sales automation and works flawlessly with the marketing side of the software.

Pros

After using Salesforce for over a year, I switched to the free version of Hubspot's CRM. People thought I was crazy, but I ended up making a great decision. Hubspot's CRM is incredibly intuitive and features rich even at the free level. The Pro version is where you unlock all the powerful tools you need to automate much of the sales process. Templates, Sequences, and Meetings enable me to send emails and schedule meetings on the fly. The ability to track deals and activity make it a breeze to showcase your work to your managers.

Cons

Not a huge fan of the new price changes in Hubspot Sales/CRM. They have tiered many of the features and ruined what was a great free product. Some of the reporting is basic and needs to be improved.

I use hubspot almost daily. I like having one place to upload our event lists, manage them, create email blasts, and create landing pages.

Cons

One thing I noticed that could use some work is tracking the leads that come in, when they move from one contact to another before closing a deal. We are trying to figure out the best way to track that information and I feel as though there need be something added to help track that.

Overall I like Hubspot CRM - it has really automated a lot of manual processes that can eat time during the workday. It makes data entry much more streamlined and can be easily integrated with other software platforms.

Pros

That it is integrated tightly with Hubspot's marketing and web hosting platforms. This makes it easy to for information about prospects, leads, and customers (web activity, interactions, etc.) to be leveraged by CRM users. I also really like the API, which is easy to use to integrate Hubspot with other SaaS products like PandaDoc (which also has a native integration) to populate things like quote information into a deal. Lastly, I really like how integrated Hubspot is with Google mail (for email tracking, updating contacts, etc.) and the google suite of collaboration tools.

Cons

The reporting features that don't require a purchase of the reporting add-on could definitely be improved.

It has been great. Really helps me stay organized with my clients and keep appointments. Ease of CRM helps day to day responsibilities in most aspects of the business.

Pros

I like the cost the most! Free option is available to everyone and it is very exceptional. Loaded with tons of features to keep track of clients easily and update info, dates, sales, meetings with a few clicks. Easily integrated my clients from another app in a couple of hours.

Cons

Don't have too much to complain about with this software. One issue I find is when searching for contacts in the tasks page they are not always found.

I used this to record and track my leads from the time I got them through the process of nurturing them. It made it very easy to see where people were in the life cycle and freed me from relying on spreadsheets to keep track.

Pros

I love that I can really customize my screens with the fields that I want, and even create my own fields that suit my business uniquely

One of the best app we've found so far, so many integrated options that we used to install separately but now we we're able to just use HubSpot specially for website analytics.

Pros

My team really liked how the live chat has integrated thru all our client's websites. Our clients have never been happier after we migrated them to HubSpot.

Cons

The free version won't let you use the marketing email section. We did request for the email section be activated but got denied.

### "Didn't get what I asked for"

Unfortunately, I have had a bad overall experience with HubSpot. I was told prior to signing up to HubSpot that it could pull all the information I needed from aXcelerate to create a deal, so I was able to see what courses a customer had enrolled into as a result of our Facebook and Google Ads. However, after signing up and spending hours on end over the phone they were unable to make this possible.. It also doesn't recognise the proper contact properties to be able to make an automation for our products. This was the reason I signed up for this product, so I asked if I could terminate the contract. They said sorry you signed a 1-year contract that can't be broken, even though they told me something was possible and it wasn't.. I am now paying $1,000 a month for something I can't use. Very disappointed with this CRM.

Pros

Nothing much really, the customer service is good.

Cons

Leading someone into a contract, saying you are able to do something, then wasting someone's time and money to only come up with a result that can't be done
