I really love HubSpot CRM because every touch point with customer is tracked.

Pros

HubSpot CRM is a free software as a service really useful to track relationships between the enterprise and customers.

Cons

I think everything is perfect except Gmail integration: quite often it track a message as read as soon it has been sent.

When we used it, it was fine. The test run was brief and we decided to not implement it as it would have required importing and integrating our existing (large) database of clients.

Pros

It was free so we tried it. I am not sure that we fully utilized all of the CRM aspects nor did we import our contacts and leads

Cons

We didn't import our client database from Salesforce after the free trial. It didn't meet our needs and seemed like it was difficult to import info.

Pros

Hubspot is a great CRM with tons of featured needed for a business. It in fact is one of the most advance CRM I've ever used for my business with limit less integrations with other third party apps and plugins.

Cons

User interface is really confusing. They need to work on UX.

In our environment, we use it as a contact form on our site. All relevant information is broken down into single elements such as names, company names, reason for contact. Email is sent that contains everything, and placed in an easy to read and understand format. Can integrate with SalesForce too!

When I first found Hubspot a couple of years back, I was looking for something low cost (read: free) for a small business client who was just getting their feet wet. I wasn't a big user of CRM before that, so I only had a really baseline idea of what to look for. Admittedly, I felt a bit overwhelmed while getting used to Hubspot, as the tutorials leave a bit to be desired. However, with help from various YouTube videos and tutorials on various websites, I was able to piece it together and learn to use Hubspot in an effective way. Once I did that, the utility of the service became crystal clear, and I liked it so much that I adopted it for my own use as well.

Pros

Cost and features are probably the best things about Hubspot CRM, as well as the fact that it's a cloud based application that can be used from anywhere.

Cons

The software has a significant learning curve, especially if you're at all new to CRM. The breadth of the application, even in the free version, is very impressive, and there's a lot you can do with it. Unfortunately, it doesn't do much in the way of user education right off the bat. There's a brief tutorial, but it really only covers the basics. Designing a workflow that fits your needs will take time, trial, and error. Expect to be wrong a few times. That said, once you get through it, you're in great shape.

Potentially great with some major logic flaws in their software.

Pros

The support for this software is one of the best I have ever encountered. I have a response usually by phone within minutes of lodging my query. As the functionality of Hubspot is enormous we use it primarily as a marketing tool to our clients and prospective clients it is great. We are able to track and measure our marketing and sales activity to thw lowest detail. Integration to other software we use is also beneficial and saves us a substantial amount of time.

Cons

For a CRM in this day is has a major flaw of a one to one relationship between contacts and companies. In other words our contacts can only be attached to one business when a lot of our clients operate a number of businesses. The automation function is great but you cannot create a trigger based on a calendar date. For example sending automated emails at the start of each quarter. All the triggers are based on CRM properties only, a massive fail for automation.

Overall my experience has been enjoyable. I have seen the results and the improvements within our office since implementing it. I use it everyday and I can't imagine not having access to it anymore. It has become an integral part of our operations.

Pros

HubSpot is incredibly intuitive, a day after implementing it I felt like I was a pro at using it. It's instinctive, I often tell others that using it is like having an extension of your arm. Everything on the CRM is labeled clearly, the reports you can pull have revolutionized our workflow and finding out how best to direct our work efforts, and the whole program has improved communication within our firm.

Cons

I think it may need more detail. If there were a way to mark tasks as more than just calls, emails, to do - perhaps adding "new document" or "FYI" or just more options I think that would make it stronger. I wish the program would also allow for more than one company to be connected to a contact, as many of our clients own multiple companies but we can only connect one at a time.

Pros

Hubspot has is of the most robust sales CRM's I've used. They are constantly updating the platform to enhance features and improve overall usability. The support team has always been helpful and quick to respond.

Cons

The platform can crash sometimes, or info may be missing. Although rare, this is one of the issues I have with the platform.

My overall experience with HubSpot would be a life with more ease. My business has benefited in numerous ways since using HubSpot. We host over 7000 clients and we have come to find as a company that they are so much easier to manage and keep accounted for with this program.

Pros

I really enjoy the training classes available for new user. The different classes walk you through step by step in each area of the HubSpot program. For someone who isn't necessarily computer savvy having classes/web tutorials along with amazing 100% available support team made learning and getting to the functionality a breeze. I also really like the feature where you can log phone calls and other forms of communication directly on the contact page that you created for that individual client. You can take notes while being on the phone and instead of having to email the outcome to everyone you work with it is all on that individuals page and anyone in your staff can go to that persons page and read the call outcome, see notes left, look through email conversations, and see task made by everyone.

Cons

My least favorite part of the software is in inability to send the same email to multiple people at the same time. You have to go into each one of your contacts individually to send emails. Sending them individually does allow you to personalize them but I would enjoy the time saved to send multiples at once.

HubSpot helps me manage our growing clientbase and our sales team manage our leads. It is perfect for our team as we can see who has talked to each person and use this to shape our next step and conversation. This avoids any confusion and constant questions within the team, saving us a lot of time. HubSpot is also great for tracking personal emails and marketing, we can use this to gage engagement and retain our clients.

Pros

HubSpot support team is amazing. You can call, email or use the live chat function for instant help on any scenario. The team are friendly and do their best to help you as quickly as possible whilst talking you through the issue so that it does not happen again.

Cons

They are still missing some basic functions which makes for more manual work.

Reason for choosing HubSpot CRM

HubSpot allowed us to connect all of our sides off the business. The training provided is also essential for us as a quickly growing company.

Pros

It's amazing all the features this CRM has for zero price. I'm still amused that this is one of the bests CRMs on the market and you don't have to pay anything (if you only use standard CRM features)

Cons

It should have the option to do bulk emails (I know it's not Hubspot main purpose but it should be able to be done), and I think the pro features are a bit overpriced. Nevertheless, is one of the most complete CRMs even without comparing prices.

Good way to get started

Pros

Software is really easy to use. Setting it up is easy and in general the service is intuitable. Also they have great customer service.

Cons

Platform is EXTREAMLY limited in terms of analytics for sales. They have one field that you can track adequately which is Lifecycle Stage yet you CANNOT modify this field. I spent ages programming everything until I decided to move to Sales Force because it simply didn't cut it. As a reference, the Hubspot team doesn't even use the CRM they use Sales Force. Over all, easy to get started but you will out grow it in VERY little time.

I'm a very small business and can't afford fancy programs. Still, I need to be organized. Hubspot CRM is a great help. I love how I can tell when emails sent through the system have been read and how often they're opened and links are clicked. It also keeps a correspondence record of emails. Nice!

Pros

\-The price (it's free) -Ease of use. Pretty much anyone could sit down and start using it who has any computer experience at all. -Additional more advanced features are available for purchase -Free version includes lots of great features.

Cons

\- The plugin for Outlook works with every email you are using with Outlook, not just your business email. That's a bit annoying.

HubSpot was as close to a turnkey CRM solution that I've worked with, and the multitude of integrations supported allowed us to easily bring in data from multiple external advertising platforms and sales tools.

Pros

HubSpot is very easy to use, even with limited technical resources and/or previous experience with CRM's. It supports a wide array of pre-built integrations with other CRM's, marketing/advertising platforms and sales/customer retention tools, so it's relatively effortless to link multiple applications and datasources. It's quite easy to create and manage workflows, and there is also a set of predefined workflows that you can use as well.

Cons

Many of the integrations are at a very high level, therefore getting more detailed information and analysis requires leaving HubSpot and going directly to the native application/platform. The workflow logic is quite basic and only support boolean yes/no logic. The plan pricing is pretty expensive compared to other CRM solutions, especially when considering the value provided.

Love its simplicity of use: - Helps you think logically and implement the new process of modern marketing - Run and measure Ads / Drive visitors to site / Remarket to visitors when they're using the web / Content Market to visitors via Newsletters and feeds / Social Market using paid social / Use promotions and offers to drive prospects to conversion! - Hubspot helps you manage it all! Incredible product.

Cons

The free version is limited in functionality, and this can be frustrating (if you've invested time to use Hubspot, and all your 'assets' are there) - but you've reached your MAX limit of Templates, or Report Views, or chats, etc. So the only negative is price. It's not cheap.

Pros

HubSpot CRM and Sales Hub make it very easy to stay organized. I work with businesses across the US and the world, so having the organization build in with HubSpot like the tasks, reminders, website views, and other features helps me to manage such a large territory. The integration of LinkedIn Sales Navigator also helps to save time from switching to different platforms. I also follow the HubSpot Sales Blog, which provides me with new ideas for my efforts.

Cons

Sometimes, there are features that don't work correctly, but HubSpot is always quick to notify users of those outages and gets a solution together quickly.

Pros

It's been the easiest CRM to learn as a new user. Which in my opinion - from an onboarding perspective, is huge.

Cons

The hold up and drawback is that you are limited to ONLY 5 steps per "campaign".. for unlisted resons, this obviously causes more work.
