Pros

That its a seperate email system that the whole company can see and use.

Cons

The fact that it sends us email in Hubspot and it also sends the same emails to my outlook account

It keeps you updated about the tracking performance of the posts and publish contents. We not only just watch over the performance of the engaging posts but can also deeply analyze which content and posts lead to generation of sales and leads.

Cons

Hubspot is a bit expensive tool and requires more experience for proper management of this tool and one can only gain the perfection and get the desired results after long term use.

We acquired HubSpot originally for the all in one marketing platform to help integrate our strategy. The CRM tool was a bonus that we now utilize as our database of record and have added the Sales Professional tool and are looking to add the Service tool next! HubSpot is built around the customer experience first and we are fully committed to this approach which makes them the best partner!

Pros

It's ease of use and the fact that all of our integrated marketing needs can be managed and executed in one place.

Cons

Upgrades occur so often that it is hard to keep up and sometimes the location of things evolve and move and you have to do some digging to see where they went.

I truly love HubSpot and I love all the new features they are always adding. It is a fabulous product and I have recommended it a lot to other people.

Pros

I love this CRM as it makes my daily task way easier. It is integrated with a ton of other products that I use and helps keep everything I am doing in one place

Cons

I think having better options for smaller teams would be great, but I understand having your product designed for much larger companies.

Lack in integration with marketing funnel. There's little team collabration features. There's currently no outlook integration, which is the email client we use.

HubSpot was a true game-changer in my sales game. It helped me stay organized and was very easy to use. If I ever had a question, customer service was quick to get back to me. Thanks, again!

Pros

Thank you HubSpot for making the platform so easy to maneuver! I am especially grateful for the ease of integrating Gmail - whether creating templates, a signature, or sending emails from the software itself. You can easily track when emails have been opened, and reminded when you haven't received a response.

Cons

I wish there was a better way to export my contact/company notes.

Pros

Hubspot has been an incredible tool allowing us to consolidate all of our marketing softwares into one 'hub'. Its user friendly, and the support from our consultant and their customer service has been great.

Cons

The email and blog templates can be limiting if you aren't well versed in HTML.

Overall the HubSpot CTM was sufficient to meet my companies objectives, even on the free plan.

Pros

We used the free version which was able to meet all our requirements. The software was easy to use and set up and allowed for team collaboration.

Cons

There was no customer support on the Free plan (which is understandable) and it was easy to mas out the limitations on the free plan.

Una de las razones por las que siempre dejo de usar el crm es porque no está integrado con el email. Al intentar usar dos herramientas lo dejo de usar. Hubspot integra tu email dentro de su herramienta lo que hace que puedas usar Hubspot como centro de tu trabajo. Me encanta

The most important plus of Hubspot CRM is that it is free for any number of users, contacts / leads and deals.

Pros

HubSpot CRM can maintain a database of contacts, organizations and deals, store any information on contacts, organizations and deals by adding its own fields or using dozens of pre-configured fields (for each object, a Timeline is also kept - an activity feed to which calls, emails, meetings, notes, etc. etc.);

Cons

The CRM does not have an interface in Belarusian or Russian. Like most Western systems, Hubspot offers its system in English and several other languages (there is support for German, Spanish, etc.). The history of user actions on the site is limited to 7 days. Forms and chat for the site will have a Powered by Hubspot label.

Seriously awful. I would never recommend HubSpot to a client.

Pros

It has some good ways to segment for emails and the social calendar is ok. I don't have anything else good to say.

Cons

It is SO HARD to use. I do email on a daily basis and this platform is one of the worst ones for email. It does have a lot of different way to segment out your customers but it is so hard to figure out how to get it to do what you want that it's not worth it. On top of that, creating an email is also super difficult. The platform won't do what I need it to and it will change fonts, colors, etc by itself.

Cons

It’s not built to manage complex deals. It could be great to add mandatory/default objects to complete while qualifying prospects. The same with negotiation stages. At the same time, system would be smart enough to interpret the health of the company’s pipeline/commitment

Overall I like it very much, it is helping a lot with my day-to-day activities and follow-up with my team and clients.

Pros

I like the fact that you can add or edit any information related to any client, add contacts, add notes, send emails, and a lot more.

Cons

The bigger you get all information and reports it will get more and more complicated as you go. You maybe need a person to handle the CRM only, to help you keep it on track and not to lose control.

Pros

When using this software, the integration of email, reminders, and notes is really good. The tool, if given access to your email client, will allow you to send emails directly to the customer. The notes can be viewed by users within the system as well, and allow them to update as needed as well. Reminders are easy to set as well.

Cons

Navigation seemed to be difficult for some. While setting up "New Deals," going to the wrong place was common as while it may be logical to go to one specific place, doing this task is somewhere that the average person may miss it.

It helps us to identify the prospective leads and reduces the time spent on sales activity and enhances more focus on marketing. A bit costly tool and requires a lot of time and patience to put in before we start seeing the actual results. Not suitable for small and medium business but a much needed CRM for large businesses that involves hardcore sales activity.

Pros

Well Hubspot has designed a unique CRM software that is way ahead of its market competitors in terms of features and performance. It has so many features and integration options to keep track of our prospects and performance Gives customized dashboards to analyze performance and forecast sales. Though it looks like a bit clumsy interface it becomes very easy to use once we get used to it

takes time to implement as it has a lot of features that needs to be taught and understood clearly before we start implementing.

I think various departments in the company like the tool to a different degree. it's very expensive, but will do the job. While it has some killer features, it's also missing some basic ones (For example, the calendar does not have a ''Reschedule'' option!) The design part is not user friendly.

We have had a lot of fun discovering all of the different ways Hubspot can help us run our business more smoothly. We have even built a custom integration for our booking tool so all info will feed up and down between the two systems.

Pros

Allowing us to get rid of 2 other tools we had been using to help streamline our processes There are a lot of features that are customizable an we are finding more ways all the time to improve our workflow using Hubspot

Cons

A few things are hardcoded that would be nice to have a little more control over. Like being able to set a time schedule for assigning emails to certain sales people.
