Pros

Integrates with Gsuite and allows you to keep track of all client communication. Great for services businesses—and a great price.

Cons

No complaints so far, this is nicely decoupled from the marketing software which is perfect for our use.

Pros

After having to put up with almost every single CRM out there from Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, and Exact Target -- nobody's done it better than Hubspot. They've managed to simply and make more intuitive the tools necessary to marketers. I also found their progressive profiling capabilities incredibly smart and easy to configure

Cons

You get what you pay for with Hubspot, they are expensive -- there's no easy way to say it. I also don't like how their customer service and sales team have recently started feeling a little bit like car salesman trying to close a deal.

Tracking email its a must in my company, help us to follow almost any action of our workflow (sales, support, invoice, etc)

Pros

The easy setup, template creations, and of course the tracking email that its my most used feature for sales.

Cons

I think there is no cons in this CRM, but if I have to say something I think its no to accurate the tracking history, because sometimes I really don't know what happen with an email.

I have used hubspot since 2016 and overall this product works for me. We have had small hiccups with the product but nothing major in almost 4 years. Very reliable software.

Pros

The best part of this product is that it is free unless you want to purchase additional features. It does not cap you at a set amount of contacts.

Cons

There a bunch of features I do not want or need that are a paid feature. It throws my recruiters off because we do not use these features.

This was an easy platform to setup for my business, and HubSpot is best in class when it comes to onboarding.

Pros

It's easy to use, and can grow with you as your business grows. HubSpot relies on more than just a product to to ensure you're successful, they truly care about onboarding and product adoption within your organization.

Cons

IF I had to come up with one thing I dislike, I suppose it would be that some features are buried and easily forgotten.

I use this software to manage my prospects . Best part about this software is that it can integrate with gmail and track my emails . It simply notifies me the moment my mail is opened and yes its free .. yes you heard it correct its free ... we recently upgraded to paid version for calling feature and its simply awesome .

nothing as of now its a perfect piece of software

Pros

I like its part of my job to lead the community of five thousands. Lots of functions and educational materials to how to use are strong suits of this software.

Cons

It is a little bit complicated for new starters. There is an essential need to onboarding education but there more than enough material offered by Hubspot.

handles the basics of a CRM system -- contacts, companies, deals, tasks -- very well. The user interface is easy to use and HubSpot update both the UI and the features regularly. Support is easy to deal with and quick to respond. Plenty of training materials and not that hard for users to learn on their own.

Pros

We implemented thinking it was simply a CRM but quickly realized that it is a way of thinking and interacting with all people, both internal and external to our team. Hubspot is best for teams looking to make the jump from where founders are doing all the sales to now having a professional team, even potentially distributed group, doing the sales, marketing, and anything else representing the business.

Cons

There is very little I don't like. The biggest challenge is that the system has SO MANY functions that it does take concerted effort to educate yourself and your team on how to best implement and leverage Hubspot. Fortunately, there are tremendous free resources Hubspot offers to make sure that your onboarding is smooth and ROI is high. To ensure this worked for us one person on our team worked to become facile with these resources and then was the directly responsible individual for learning and training people on our team to make sure we were efficient and effective. Don't try to learn it all, there is simply too much that is offered

Pros

Easy of use, really like that it integrates with so many different apps. so easy to customize view and create properties, dashboards, reports. Customer support is great and our monthly meetings with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] are valuable!

Cons

Only con is that we can create the same email signature that we use in Outlook Not a big deal though

CRM for investor and other real estate contacts.

Pros

We love it! We use it everyday. Many free versions are so limited that they are not that helpful, but not Hubspot.

Cons

It seems that, at least in this version, we can't search universally. For example, today I wanted to search my 900 or so contacts for a specific one that I had certain notes about. I could not find that contact through search.

An affordable and approachable way for small-to-medium businesses to grow into a marketing automation solution

Pros

I like that this solution easily adapts to the user. The concepts, documentation and support is top-notch for end users who want to get started with marketing automation and a CRM. On the flip side, there are powerful and scaleable developer tools and access to help feed the CRM and thus drive more complex campaigns. All of this is capped off by great analytics and reporting tools which is a must for a solution of this nature.

Cons

While not often, there are times where integration or other features are somewhat limited and there needs to be additional, custom programming which needs to be applied in order to achieve the desired functionality.

Son una gran academia de puertas abiertas para aprender sobre inbound marketing, ese es su fuerte, mucho ruido bello de conocimiento pero su Crm es un pocas nueces de utilidades y vetusta su Interfaz no tan visual ni gráfica como Bitrix 24

Pros

Lo mejor que tiene este Crm es el seguimiento de tasas de aperturas de email que envías a clientes potenciales incluyendo las cuentas de Gmail que puedes integrar a este Crm. Un 10 esa cualidad.

Cons

Su panel no es visual, es pesado hacer los seguimientos allí, la curva de aprendizaje es alta y extensa para poder integrarlo a tu empresa. No cuenta con uma eficiente gestión de formularios ni campos personalizados en abundancia como si lo tiene el Crm ruso de Butrix24 que le gana por lejos.

Its been great.

Pros

This Software is great for managing accounts. We generate 100's of new leads a week and this keeps them all organized. The filters make it easy to keep straight and then tasks make it easier to manage and follow up with exact dates and times . Not to mention the workflows that you can enroll clients in.

Cons

Is there anything not to Like? its a great software

Pros

everything in one spot! that is by far my favorite thing about hubspot. you can automate so many thing including emails to customers or potential customers as well.

Cons

Hubspot does offer 3 pricing tiers. However, they all come with quite the price tag! they do offer a lot of things on their lower plan, the basic plan, but it can still be very costly for a smaller business per say.

HubSpot has been phenomenal as it allows me to centralize my marketing and sales initiatives in one centralized portal.

Pros

Integration with Gmail, email tracking, meeting tool and the sequences feature.

Cons

The inability for sequences to send to multiple consumers simultaneously and the inability to fully customize the emails sent to those that book meetings via the meeting tool.

Overall it has been a wonderful experience as we're definitely getting more out of our leads.

Pros

Hubspot allows us to manager our leads as all interactions (calls, chats, meetings) are stored on one page. Everyone in the organization is able to pick up where the last person left using this software. The basic functionalities are fairly easy to use which is great as our entire sales team is on this.

Cons

As a manager, I need an overview function to see real time updates occurring on all leads. In a sense, I need a quality assurance function built into HubSpot.

Anyone can use this tool. The free certifications definitely helped me familiarize myself with the platform and explain it to my clients. Whether you're looking formarketing automation on an entire migration, the staff is extremely well dedicated and finished their job within HOURS.

Cons

It is a complicated platform, so get ready to do some learning. Its long, but it's all worth it.

This is a great option for SMBs who don't want to buy SalesForce. It also plugs in nicely to SF, but you'd have to hire a SF engineer to make it work.
