Pros

This is a great option for SMBs who don't want to buy SalesForce. It also plugs in nicely to SF, but you'd have to hire a SF engineer to make it work.

Cons

As noted, if you want to integrate anything, a developer is required.

My overall experience with HubSpot is great - it helps me to organize my daily work much better and thanks to HubSpot I do save a lot of time.

Pros

HubSpot is the most convenient CRM I've ever used. It can be connected with other tools so I can write emails and make phone calls using HubSpot. Thanks to HubSpot, work is much easier.

Cons

HubSpot has lots of different functions, so it takes time to discover all of them :)

Very happy with the CRM.

Pros

Like the email tracking, I now can see if a contact has opened the email, and how many others opened my email. Easy to use, able to move quickly adding a prospect.

Cons

I have tried to use the future task aspect, yet it doesn't work for me.

Hubspot is a great way to track activity with a customer and make notes. We love the email sequencing features which allow us to set up templates and schedule emails either individually or as a group.

Cons

I truly believe there are very little cons to using Hubspot. I think a feature that would benefit them would to give the the option to not only email a client but to text them.

Apart from the price point, i'm happy with Hubspot. Chrome extension, email notifications, Gmail add-on, exhaustive collection of 3rd party apps in their marketplace, classy chat support team and more - Hubspot sure knows how to make their software super friendly and productive. I use it every day. Again pricing is a huge turn off

Pros

I think this is one of the finest CRM Software that i have liked and continue to. Hubspot is fully loaded with amazing features. Best of full - Most can be configured without much help. They have a robust community and discussion forums. Their customer support/chat support team is top notch. I'm yet to see a company with that kind of responsiveness.

Cons

Very expensive. For most part - their free version holds good. But just to be clear - it's basic, very basic. But upgrading is super expensive. Although their target market is SMB's, i wonder why their upgrades are so very expensive. If the prices are brought down, then undoubtedly Hubspot can be unbeatable

Really great! I highly recommend this to anyone!

Pros

I like the API integrations and there are lots of features that can be done in the CRM. The best CRM tool so far!

Cons

I can't think of anything. They have a free trial that has a lot of features, and even the subscription base is pricey, it is all worth it because this tool/software really works.

It was great, we used it for around 2 years and we loved it. I advocated for us to switch to the paid version so we could get more features however after reviewing price quotes, we just had to go in a different direction. Our business is small and growing, so we could not afford it, however in a different scenario, we would have gone for it.

Pros

Very user friendly. Interface is pretty great and easy to follow.

Cons

I think the greatest con here is the price.

With sales being a hat many of our member wear, HubSpot keeps us in-the-know on the current happenings of each opportunity as well as keep us moving to make sure each deal has a next step.

Pros

Hubspot has all the features you need to keep the team apprised of details and next steps around a sale. From the stages in a sales life-cycle to the ability to track notes and tasks on a sales opportunity, Hubspot really gives us everything we need.

Cons

I would like more predefined drop-down of usual cases a deal fails. This way they could be organized by category and easily do a retrospective on lost sales opportunities.

I like how easy it was for me to figure out granted I've had a lot of CRM experience. I like how complex it can get if you want it to and I like how simple it can be if you want it to.

Cons

I wish the AB testing was more robust and the permissions was more intense, too many rookies doing complex things that has messed up our data.

I was fortunate enough to get to use HubSpot's full application for a short while in my day job, but there is no way I could ever afford it for my own service business that I have just started growing recently. However, I was so sold on their platform that I wanted to try the free CRM. I love the organization and the ability to create custom fields. It is such a clean and simple, yet powerful CRM.

Pros

Label and track lead source, contact status, etc. I keep all my contacts in my phone contact list for easy calling, but HubSpot helps me maintain more details on them. I love assigning lead sources so I know where my clients found me, especially in these early months of my business.

Cons

There is no con to the CRM in my experience and my opinion. I wish their full platform wasn't so crazy expensive but I am very thankful they offer the CRM for free.

Pros

Hubspot CR is great for a lot of reasons but primarily I found it to be the strongest when it came to assigning tasks, organizing leads and contacts and putting together practical strategies within the CRM for our team. It was also a free to use platform which allowed us to get our feet wet without having a huge commitment

Cons

There is somewhat of a learning curve and it is definitely not has robust as other CRMs that we have used such as SugarCRM or Salesforce. This isn't a bad quality but it is something which we liked less.

I liked the ability to track the emails however not very accurate. I have been a loyal client even before becoming big and they have cut my account because apparently have been invoices unpaid. The system is automatic so the payments were taken automatically from the card. I was not aware of payment issues as they haven't sent any email or alert. They cut my account without even being aware of it and when I noticed limits on the emails I found out I was no longer on pro account I was on the free account. When I took the matter to billing they simply ignore me and just say I need to register again on the expensive plan. Nobody wants to help and I get in dead end with both sales and billing. I feel frustrated as I am one of the customer who helped hubspot grow and have invested in them to have to be left and thrown like that. NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER!

Cons

I AM very disappointed with the customer service, billing, system issues not alerting of payment issues and not respecting customers!

Overall, it's a tool I didn't know I needed and now it is an essential part of my email and CRM strategy.

Pros

The logging and tracking of emails has been most helpful from a sales perspective. The templated email options are great too.

Cons

I dislike how it constantly logs itself out and unless I'm actively paying attention, it's logged out about 50% of the time so half my emails are not being tracked.

Integrated into our sales process. It is useful to see when leads are opening emails so as to contact them when they are thinking about the products/services.

Pros

A very nice CRM and email marketing platform. I ile the ease with which you can drag and drop email newsletters to target different customers.

Cons

I wish they had more messenger based CRM features like inbuilt whatsapp integration.

Truly an amazing platform to manage sales & reports with features like meeting links, documents, deals, customization, workflows, automated personal emails, notes, calls and many more. I have worked with implementing this at our company and totally feels worth it.

Pros

The ease of doing things. It's just amazing. Sales personnel can take notes, add documents, followup with leads whenever they would open an attachment, take calls, send emails, update information, all at the same place. You can also set automation, workflows, chat with fellow sales in the same platform without leaving. You can also set meetings, where we had to spend extra money to set up meeting links for demos. Really happy with the offerings and recommend it 100%.

Cons

Nothing as of now. Onboarding calls may increase but the support is really good. This isn't allowing me to leave without writing anything in the cons.

Great initial foray into deploying a CRM for my marketing business.

Pros

HubSpot's CRM is a great free option for small and medium sized businesses that need a slick interface for tracking client information and sales deals. While the paid versions of HubSpot Sales allow for more advanced tools for sending/tracking calls and emails - and are arguably necessary for a proper sales workflow, the essential features are all here for free. Email tracking works great and the CRM integrates well with Gmail to give you valuable information alongside any correspondence.

Cons

This CRM is meant to be used through the HubSpot dashboard, so if you're using the free version without the premium sales tools, you'll be doing a lot of reconciliation between this CRM and your sales workflow - the Gmail integration has some limitations. I switched from to a more Gmail-centric CRM because that better suits my preferences for our sales team, but on the other hand if you are using HubSpot Marketing then you'd be much better served by taking advantage of the CRM/Marketing crossover.

It's my CRM of choice. I tried a lot of similiar services but HubSpot did it for me!

Pros

I love that HubSpot integrates with a lot of other software so that it enables you to keep using the tools you are used to. Also you can pay for the services you really need.

Cons

I think the UX takes a little to get used to. It's not that intuitive. Also the sales funnels are a little weird.

Pros

I really love this tool, one of it´s best features are the Dashboards with reports and the new Analytics. This really helps us know where our leads come from and how we can make the process better.

Cons

Sometimes there are bugs, but these get solved very quickly by the customer success team. I am also missing more integrations, but there are always solutions with Zapier.

I really enjoy using Hubspot. It was the first automation tool.

Pros

Its a great automation tool for small to medium size businesses. It makes email automation and creation very easy.

Cons

I find there were some limitations to some of the features such are variable signatures on emails. It could only handle about 20 variations. Not very good when you have a company that needs 35 variations.
