I have been using HubSpot for about two years, and it has met most of our company's needs. The environment is logically structured and flexible, and the high-quality guides are helpful. I have consistently followed product innovations and tried to implement them in my work. It is also very useful and convenient to learn through HubSpot Academia.

Pros

What I appreciated most is that the software encompasses the entire customer journey, from lead generation to customer service, eliminating the need to switch between multiple applications.

Cons

Due to the specifics of our business, it is inconvenient to make Quotations in HubSpot because each of our offers is unique. This includes the prices of custom product layout (picture), product, software, follow-up service, and installation services, which differ by country.

I loved how when an inbound deal came through that HubSpot connected the customer's information to the company based on their domain information.

Cons

Unfortunately, the cost is what I least like about Hubspot.

Pros

Super easy to create an account even if you’re new, adding old databases is just as simple. Like if someone was using Excel before, you can just import the contacts, map the columns and even make new ones later on.

Cons

Still can’t find anything I don’t like with this CRM, it’s free and open to use. You can import as many contacts as you want.

The HubSpot team is friendly and easy to work with. They were excellent at providing a meticulous, efficient HubSpot data migration and integration experience for us! We feel very confident in the health of our data and automation architecture moving forward.

Pros

We really enjoy having all of our contacts all in one place. Everything from sales to marketing to customer support, we can access it all through HubSpot.

Cons

It was a little challenging to set up initially, but this could have been due to our migration from our previous software. The data was laid out a bit differently so it didn't migrate everything in the right spot on the first try.

the company really needed a CRM system, as before we had none and the sales-pipeline follow-up was not centralized and controlled. We also gave access to our distributros to allow them to work on their customers and make their sales follow-up.

Pros

What I like most about is its simplicity combined with powerful features. It's easy to set up and start to use right away, which makes it accessible for colleagues with little to no technical background. The visual sales pipeline is intuitive, allowing you to manage deals, track progress, and get a clear overview of sales activities at a glance. It si easy to book meeting,s end pre-set emails, create tasks for others. Very very useful. And I love the contact creation via the phone app. It is so easy and intelligent.

Cons

Eventhough you can set up quote templates and allows to set up the deals, it is not possible to set up a multi-step Quotation process flow that allows to select language, then select product, then subscription levels, service budget etc etc and at the end to have a quote ready to go.

Pros

Setting up contacts and pipelines took longer than expected. Didn’t always make sense right away, but after a few tries, started clicking.

Cons

Now using it mostly to keep notes and see last interactions. Still ignoring half the features but it’s already making things less chaotic.

Hubspot bietet einen hohen Funktionsumfang und lässt sich an zahlreiche weitere Services anbinden – das umfangreiche Ökosystem ist ein klarer Pluspunkt. Man sollte etwas Zeit mitbringen, um sich in das System einzuarbeiten, danach lässt es sich aber überwiegend intuitiv bedienen. Auch lässt sich Hubspot recht umfassend an den eigenen Bedarf anpassen.

Cons

Die Oberfläche ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß und das Bedienkonzept teilweise nicht stringent. Das Preismodell ist für Einsteiger unübersichtlich. Die Preise von Hubspot dürften für viele Unternehmen zu hoch sein.

I like how everything within the platform can be viewed and is highly customizable. The ability to create unique fields that help your business find data to make better decisions is a great feature.

Cons

They are starting to expand to areas where they are not great and becoming just "good" in a lot of categories vs "great" in specific areas. Starting to see them expanding to much.

It is very flexible and easy to customize to match with our ever changing CRM and sales management needs.

What I like about Hubspot is that is can hold several pieces of information about a client all in one spot. Having a place where you can look and see almost everything is great and it links different integrations.

There isn't really any cons other than if you are not using the free version to utilize all the tools then the price could add up quickly.

It was mind blowing when I first started using HubSpot. In the beginning, I felt overwhelmed because there are many buttons I have to explore but with the time, I am so grateful for getting benefits it provides.

Pros

Integration with Google email helps me keep emails with customers logged in the system and I don't have to manually drag and drop. I also like its tasks to keep me organized my day-to-day work & follow-ups

Cons

Hubspot does not allow to have several phone numbers for one customer and only allow to have up to two email addresses for each customer. Some customers have multiple contact information and I wish there is a way integrate rather than multiple contact info for one customer.

It's also given us great clarity over how our leads are interacting with our business, helping us to stay on top of nurturing. It can get a little complex at times, but I'm generally able to find what I need to in online articles or reaching out to support.
