It's been great. Great support, easy setup, rich features. As an opinionated software professional, Hubspot is one of the best apps I've used.

Pros

The ability to create custom properties for companies, contacts, and deals is really beneficial, particularly when building custom reports based on a number of parameters and variables that may not come as standard fields in most CRMs. I find that this feature really unlocks a lot of value in the software for me.

Cons

The only thing that comes mind is the task management, however compared to most other CRMs I've used, Hubspot has more to offer. I've always wanted the ability to create tasks that sync to my calendar, but that could just be a personal workflow preference.

Hubspot enables marketing teams of all sizes to quickly, effectively and intelligently deploy marketing automation tools to succeed. One of the best parts of using Hubspot is the continuous, ongoing support and training they provide including Inbound marketing methodology training, Inbound sales certifications and projects to help you along the way. The technology has far surpassed my expectations for uptime and usability.

Pros

There are simply too many to list here but they include great looking emails, great website functionality and excellent landing page design/processes.

Cons

Reporting, without the addon, is the biggest missing link here. To say that reporting isn't robust would be an understatement - it's almost completely absent. Hopefully some of the paid options can make their way into the upper level standard Hubspot plans.

Pros

Since it is a cloud-based CRM, Hubspot takes input from users to make changes to their user interface, so it is always continuously improving to be more user-friendly. Great way to keep track of your open deals with your customer base in which gives a better way to connect with them and provide a better sales experience.

Cons

Since it is cloud-based and on the internet, that if you have internet issues or if Hubspot has issues with there servers you are kinda stuck waiting for the problem to be solved.

Very helpful in every way for new contact and leads. Easy to use and everything its clear and classified. Finding contact or a conversation it's easy. You don't need a punch of files . Facebook for your business !

Cons

Having the foul package it's expensive. The fact that you cannot talk with customer service directly over the phone it's painful.

Pros

Free CRM which has enough functionality to power a start-up. Vast amount of material available online to help a business customise HubSpot to suit its needs and plenty of integrations available to connect as your business grows. The support available as we onboarded was fantastic and helped us achieve a return on our investment into the premium areas.

Cons

The sheer quantity of topics covered in the library appeared daunting at first, but asking for guidance from the onboarding specialist for those in the team who were motivated to learn alleviated this issue.

There are many advantages including Email synchronization. We can have an option on how to prioritize on the leads that is being generated. we can give high attention to the prospective leads. Just call Synchronization help us to dial from the CRM rather than dialing through a normal phone.

Pros

Hubspot help us to give attention more to the valuable leads,rather than spending of time with the less convert able leads.The certification course is very useful for attaining our knowledge in inbound sales and marketing strategies..The certification course provided with the video helps with the strategies and helps us in attaining more knowledge about the product and how we have to sell our product.

Cons

The conversation is missing may be we have to search for the recording and then we have to make our call further. Sometimes the lead is generated may be viewed twice and duplication may occur.Recorded voice of a particular lead is seen in other lead.

My overall experience is a positive one, much cleaner and easier to use than the last CRM my company used.

Pros

Very easy to use, filter contacts by many attributes, creating active lists or just importing static lists, the user interface is very polished.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a bit of time to load between changing search terms in the contacts view? Really just a nit pick.

### "Watch for high prices as you grow"

Pros

HubSpot is a flexible, high quality product that offers a ton of value at the lower price points.

Cons

The pricing increases sharply as you grow. I have nothing against paying more as a company grows, but the rate that HubSpot pricing increases is significant. This puts me off using the software as I don't want to face the choice of either sky high fees or an expensive migration to a competitor later down the path.

Cons

I do not like the pre-ready templates which are basically nothing and it doesn't help us to have them not handy when it's needed.

I again have loved every interaction with support. I can manage all of our contacts, they have it well designed, low cost (free option is the BOMB) and paid services really add value. Best value for your dollar.

Pros

Low cost software with a huge advantage of having on call support and constant connectivity with users. It’s smart and easy to use.

Cons

I cannot complain about their product. It saved our company from $1000’s in wasted contact dollars, it drove home client relationships with multiple user functionality and price was amazing. Love them!

Not the best experience I can talk about, despite it might hold a great potential but in the time being HubSpot CRM seems to be so far not intutive for new users and highly expensive.

Pros

Although Hubspot appeared to be able to handle a lot of our requests, in reality it was unable to accomplish much before requiring us to start paying expensive  monthly fees for out business.

Cons

The high cost of course also as many users before me reported the module packages were so hard to choose from.

Very easy to install and to use daily.

Pros

Hubspot CRM has a lot of features for free, and I use this free version. I consider that some important features like billing are missing on free version, but you can repair this with integrations (use Zapier for example). Also I found that UX is very well done.

Cons

Some important features like billing are missing on free version. You can spend time to find a feature, because even if user experience is very good, I think pages are not at the good spots on the header.

Overall its been positive. We are a small business who doesn't want to spend a lot of capital on a CRM system. This gives us most of the functionality that we want at an affordable price.

Pros

You can get a fully functional CRM for free. Of course, as you learn more about he other programs with Hubspot and want to use those, you'll have to upgrade. It is pretty easy to learn. I use it everyday and have never watched or read any training materials.

Cons

It seems like anytime I learn about a new feature, it costs more money to actually use it.

Pros

Hubspot is a great platform. It allows you to organize a lot of data and keep it all in one platform. It can be used to schedule social media, nurture leads, track CTAs and conversions, and more. Its simple user interface makes it easy to navigate even if you're new to the platform. They are constantly updating and adding new features so it continues to get better and there are tons of help forums, articles, etc. so if you have a question, theres probably already an answer out there.

Cons

Hubspot is an ecosystem, and other systems don't always play nice which means sometimes features are limited. For example if you don't host your blogs through Hubspot (which many people already have established blogs through Wordpress) you miss out on a lot of analytics and your campaign data isn't as robust. Also some things require odd work arounds to do what seem like simple tasks.

Pros

I like using this wonderful application. It’s powerful, it also has a system feature that scales as I grow. It’s really amazing on how I can combined it with social media and sales functionality that enables me to reach deep into other lines of business. It’s super easy to use and to navigate. Creating list and workflows has never been this easy.

Cons

One thing that I’ve noticed when I’m using this wonderful application is that it can only build a workflow steps based on proportions that are answerable by yes or no. Other than that, it works amazing.

Our experience with HubSpot has been second to none. Would highly recommend.

Pros

As a sales professional, sending and tracking emails through HubSpot has been a lifesaver! I cannot say enough positive things about how HubSpot has helped myself as well as our entire team. Since we've gone to a remote work setting, HubSpot is the key to holding us together as well as keeping us accountable.

Cons

I've yet to learn if there is a way to find which contacts have been set up in a sequence. Other than that, no complaints.
