Pros

Easy to set up sales sequences, tasks, tag teammates, ability to personalize emails and integration with Gmail.

Cons

Disorganization of the notifications - it's easy for notes/messages to get lost or be unseen. Data is sometimes incomplete or hard to locate despite leads having provided all of the data - it will just disappear.

With all the different services that Hubspot offers, it's been great for our digital marketing department. This cloud-based software has allowed us to create a digital marketing plan and then track how well we're doing with it. We are seeing an increase in sales conversions, which is just one more reason why Hubspot is the best one out there!

Pros

I am using HubSpot for the past two years. It's an amazing tool to track and manage my entire sales funnel from one place. Moreover, the team is very helpful and quick in responding to any questions and issues I come across with.

Cons

Software Is Too Costly compare to other CRM available in market. they dont have local office in india ..which make hard to contact support

As an early adopter of the HubSpot CRM, it's been awesome watching new features roll out. What started as a light CRM is now full-fledged. I had previously thought we would outgrow it, but after the last two years using the platform, I see no reason why that would happen. I've previously used HubSpot's Marketing platform with a Salesforce integration, and the experience is night and day. For an inbound-focused organization, it's a much richer experience (especially for our BDRs) with HubSpot CRM. Everything we do is available on one pane of glass -- all social, email, landing page engagements, emails and calls. All in one system.

Pros

I love the user interface, how seamless the experience is between marketing and sales, and how helpful the HubSpot team is. Whenever I'm trying to accomplish something, they're right there to help.

Cons

I have one complaint. Lead distribution. It takes 10 minutes to assign a new lead to an individual because the system is hunting for conflicting assignments. I like that part, but not that it takes 10 minutes.

Started using Hubspot as a tool to clean up and manage inbound leads, and I immediately noticed how easy to use it is. In two weeks I felt really comfortable using it's more basic features, such as filters and lists. After a while I was making workflows and analyzing the success of our email campaigns with no problem. Hubspot is a powerful tool that manages to be accessible to newcomers.

Pros

\- Easy to learn and use - Powerful marketing tool - Customizable dashboard with analytics is very helpful

Cons

\- Sometimes workflows experience bugs that need a few extra steps to fix

I couldn't keep up without it - or certainly something LIKE it - I used to use lots of notepads to keep notes on prospects and often lost where I was up to - not anymore.

Pros

It helps organise and manage my 'day to day' interactions with prospects. We also use it for our website, which is a massive gain...

Cons

Some reporting isn't as intuitive as I would like, we were also using the Hubspot process incorrectly which didn't help at all, no-one explains that a lead status shouldn't be reversed out - it needs to stay where it ends ;-)

Easy to setup, and easy to get started. You can import your contacts, connect your email, and start using it right away.

Pros

It's super easy to use, and get started with. It's also very well done. It looks like a professional web app, and it's free. As a designer, I just can't stand some of the free options, based on design alone. But everything's clean, and professional. It's got all of the functionality you need for an effect CRM. And it's truly free. Not just a subscription.

Cons

As a newer user, I haven't really encountered any problems so far. The one thing would be calling. I thought it was cool to connect your phone. But you get 15 free minutes, and then if you want more, it's a decent amount per month. Though to be fair, I didn't this featured existed before this, so it's kinda not that cool of me to complain about it not being included free.

Pros

If your sales team uses Hubspot to send emails, the CRM is a great add on, allowing the sales team to view all of the marketing activity, plus add their own notes

Cons

As a stand alone CRM, it lacks some of the functionality that a Salesforce or Siebel has. But it’s still young, so expect the functionality to improve with time.

The HubSpot CRM provides you with all the essentials needed in a good sales-focused CRM. It's simple to set up, the support is great and there is a really good short course in how to set it up and use it properly in the HubSpot Academy. IIf you're a business with up to 15 sales staff it gives you just what you need, if you use it in conjunstion with the Hubspot Marketing software then you're in for a real treat!

Pros

Ease of use, and it starts at free

Cons

Would be nice to have helpdesk and project management features as native options, but for free you can't really complain!

Cons

This is absolutely a perfect product with no drawbacks at all. I do not come across any hurdle while using this auspicious tool. In my opinion this matchless product does not contain any cons at all.

Pros

I like that it is easy to use. Being able to track your tickets within a Kanban board is a great way to stay on top of all your account what part of the process they are in.

Cons

It takes a bit to learn. There are so many features that having a formal onboarding, whether it is internal, or Hubspot CSM takes you through the training, it would be good to know what is relevant to managing your accounts.

The tool tracks right from flowing of any leads to closure. The UI is pretty much intuitive. Everything is automated so one can't complain of managers being biased towards employees in terms of lead assignment.

Cons

It has pretty much everything a Sales process requires. Only that for renewal deals some reports can be added.

Get hubspot if you can't afford Salesforce.

Pros

I like that they have a Free CRM option - which really is just a way to generate leads and have people call to upsell you - but still it's nice that they have that anyway. Hubspot can be a robust system to run your business. It's simple, but maybe a little too simple.

Cons

how limited I am when I am creating landing pages and how everything is an upsale. If you want to try X feature, upgrade to this. You upgrade to that new package and other features that should naturally come with that package require yet another upgrade. Prime example of this is my current set up at work. We pay for marketing and sales. To be able to do something as basic as selecting the type of call we're making (i.e cold call, first demo, qualification, etc) you have to upgrade one more time. Are you serious?

I think this is a great tool for marketing teams

Pros

I like the training videos and how-to content. I also like receiving the marketing blog emails. For the majority of the time, the topics and content are very useful for me. I mainly use hubsopt for blogging and social media. I am able to track and analyze data easily.

Cons

some of the analytic data doesn't seem to be accurate as the the numbers are different in different views....or I just not understanding where the data is coming from

Pros

The training, ongoing education, continued innovation, and quick support makes HubSpot a great marketing software.

Cons

I mostly dislike the SEO feature under the planning and strategy. I think it's a great concept but the design of it deters me from using it. We rely on another software that helps our SEO instead.

Highly recommend it especially if you are getting used to using a CRM for your business needs. And you may find the paid features valuable also. A good overall CRM.

Pros

I liked that this CRM was so friendly to the free user, getting them used to its functionality. It seemed that it was quite nice for free, and I would have gone with it if not for the price of the paid options versus competition. Love the iphone app also, worked well. Very user friendly.

Cons

The price of the paid version was sizeable compared to others (Less Annoying CRM, etc.) And so that is where I had to make a different choice. If they would have had a more reasonable monthly paid featured version I would have stuck with them.

Ainda estamos em período de adaptação com 5 meses de uso, porém a área comercial já conseguiu atingir ganhos iniciais bem interessantes utilizando recursos da ferramenta. Precisamos de mais maturidade para uma review mais completa, até o momento recomendo.

Implementação um pouco complexa creio que pela infinidade de recursos, com isso creio que seja um pouco demorado para operação rodar 100%.
