Pros

HubSpot is simple to use I love Hubspot academy (inbound marketing)

Cons

I think the landing page of HubSpot is so bad and old and also the forme builder

Pros

I used Hubspot at a smaller company (100-150 employees) and it was excellent for what we needed. We loved how easy it was to use "out-of-the-box" ie. without needing customization. We didn't even have a dedicated sales ops person! It did everything we needed it to.

Cons

At a certain point, the cost savings no longer beat out the lack of customization, functionality and integrations that other CRMs like Salesforce or MS Dynamics offer. However for smaller businesses, Hubspot is a very, very strong contender.

For a business that cannot afford expensive software, or does not have the time/investment available to build out their own system, Hubspot is a great option.

Pros

The free version is very useful and fulfills our basic needs. I like that it can be connected to your inbox and track emails to clients.

Cons

I wish it did not duplicate records, or at least provide an option to identify duplicates and offer a solution to merge and or replace contacts.

This was free, and came recommended to us by colleagues.

Pros

Is a very complete and very helpful platform for small businesses, it allows you to control all aspects related to the marketing of your business, register a large number of contacts, send advertising via email, and keep track of all the steps of the marketing campaign until the sale

Cons

I have not found any defect so far, it allows you to integrate to different platforms and also works correctly and its price is justified for the function it does

Im quite satisfied with the features. It works well but costly.

Pros

It offer all what you need to accelerate your sales and especially manage your contacts of clients.

Cons

The cost is the most disadvantage of this tool because small businesses can't afford.

Pros

For a free CRM, you really can't beat the functionality that's available on HubSpot. Paired with the integrations that are offered, you can really accomplish a lot.

Cons

If you're looking to upgrade into the other verticals that HubSpot offers, the pricing can escalate quickly, and is based on number of records. This comes up when you look to expand outside the core CRM offering, but is worth noting up front as your create and/or migrate your records to HubSpot.

I could track my revenue on time, forecast the business what i have on the pipeline and deals which helps me in closing the business at the earliest.

Pros

The software is very much helpful in terms of my process and as i am into sales, i do not have much time in recording the conversations or track the records . Hubspot made everything easier so that i could concentrate on sales and revenue instead losing my time in creating or managing records

Cons

I would say it is the certification courses as it is the same old questions, where i feel if it is changed or updated once in 3 months, it would help me in understanding better about the software. Also the validity of the certification is 1 year and the exams are pretty hard to complete.

Pros

I like the aspect of being able to pull up all vendors and clients when needed. Helps when it comes to workflow and specialty mailings.

Cons

A little tricky at first. Wish the card scanner was in the main application

Great customer relationship management tool that keeps you organized and on track!

Pros

We use HubSpot to keep track of business leads of current and potential customers. It has helped me and my team prioritize and be more efficient. The interface is great and it is very easy to use and set up.

Cons

The price is a bit high. Other than that, there isn't anything that I dislike about HubSpot. We have been using this software for a little under a year and we are very happy with this service.

Really like it - glad we changed from Salesforce to Hubspot - much better user-interface as well easier to use. Less clunky.

Pros

Does everything you would need from a CRM. Task management - sales funnel - reporting on key figures (monthly and annually) all really great. Transparent for everyone in the team. I use the Sales-starter seat and it's also really great.

Cons

Slightly expensive - we have to delete sign-ups due to price becoming too expensive the more users/contacts you have on it.

We were struggling to find a good CRM with streamlined architecture. That's when we used HubSpot.

Pros

It has covered everything, has left no stone unturned. Whatever you need it is there. They have put a lot of effort in making this for 'EVERYONE'.

Cons

While making this for 'EVERYONE' they have bulked up it so much that many of the features are just useless for most of the users. It can be streamlined.

It has so many useful features. Creating multiple pipelines, adjustable stages, a lot of deal information to display, possibility to import/export all data needed. Different permissions for team members. And much more.

Cons

I can't find anything against this tool. It's just great as a totally free of charge CRM!

We used this software to manage our contacts, and to get the best out of our possible leads. by no ways is bad, but it can be a lot better. Since we were on a free plan, we can't compain too much.. it did the job more or less.

Pros

The fact that it was free, and it integrated well with gmail and has a nice google chrome plugin. It was a good CRM for our team to start

Cons

With time, we found it has several bugs, like some notifications not firing on the requested time. Some options to import contacts were buggy.

i would rather go with Freshworks for its ease of use and cost compared to this platform.

Pros

I like the campaign feature, but the online down side was most of my emails did land on the junk folder.

Cons

very difficult to set up without a proper IT team in house.
