i would rather go with Freshworks for its ease of use and cost compared to this platform.

Pros

I like the campaign feature, but the online down side was most of my emails did land on the junk folder.

Cons

very difficult to set up without a proper IT team in house.

La implementación de esta herramienta fue bastante sencilla, principalmente gracias a la ayuda de la documentación con la que dispone. Por otro lado, tuvimos problemas con uno de los endpoint con los que dispone, y, tras dar el aviso a la asistencia al cliente, tardaron bastante en responder y dar solución al mismo.

Pros

Cuenta con una documentación muy potente. La facilidad de implementación es destacable. Su interfaz es bastante moderna, aunque para usuarios no habituados en los CRM puede llegar a ser algo engorrosa.

Cons

La asistencia al cliente puede no ser la mejor de todas las herramientas del mercado.

Pros

I loved the overall ease of use, and scalability of the platform even in the free version.

Cons

Without a high amount of sales, the price point may push smaller businesses or single operators out. But overall the price is reasonable for all the tools that you get as long as you use them.

Overall, working for a company whose sales team was not complex or very large I found HubSpot to be very user friendly and easy to work within. The features and benefits they offered never lacked and I never found myself asking for more.

Pros

What I liked most about this software is what everybody always looks for...IT'S FREE! You can upgrade as necessary although starting off costs 0$. One huge benefit is that some softwares have customization limitations but not HubSpot. It allows you to customize to fit the needs of your company logo and style with no limit at all. The cool thing about HubSpot is that it aligns with both marketing and sales, HubSpot CRM is connected with HubSpot marketing tools. Plus, as you upgrade all your information and data stays within one place so as you upgrade you just gain different functions and features.

Cons

Companies with a very large sales team often find HubSpot to not be as advanced. They are relatively newer and do have some feature limitations which is why large sales team often stray away from HubSpot because it is just not advanced just quite yet.

HubSpot's main advantages and features include the following: Marketing automation, Sales automation and Customer service. It also has a lot of certifications for its users.

Overall I do think it is a useful tool to meet your goals; just remember, it's free, but there are some things that will cost money.

Pros

I liked HubSpot CRM because it's straightforward to set up and use and is good value for the amount of money spent. It also eliminates some work and streamlines a process.

Cons

I have encountered slow wait times while using the software, and I found that it took me a while to get the hang of using it. I also have had difficulty contacting a customer service rep that was able to help me more immediately instead of "getting back to me".

Pros

The best thing HubSpot CRM is that it offers a free plan that is actually free to use forever or for a lifetime. Another best feature is that it automatically tracks the customer interactions that allow us to understand the needs and behavior of our customers and serve them accordingly.

Cons

Businesses, looking to manage a substantial volume of information and contents, seem confusing and complicated with HubSpot CRM, which I least like about this software.

Overall Hubspot CRM is a great tool. Being a salesperson it helps me in business development. Right from sending the mail to prospect, to managing them, Hubspot helps in all aspects of the sales cycle. But still, a lot needed to be done at it looks, design and some more functionality need to be added like more integrations, e-mail templates, etc.

Pros

Hubspot is very simple, easy to learn and use. Gmail, Outlook integration feature is awesome, we can decide whether our mail should be reflected on the Hubspot platform or not. Using Hubspot I schedule the time at which my mail will be sent automatically in the future. Email Tracking feature- Suppose if someone read the mail I sent, then Hubspot notifies me about the same and I can plan accordingly.

Cons

Although Hubspot is easy to use, it's not attractive. Sometimes Hubspot takes longer than usual to perform the desired action/task.

\- Nice and easy interface - Easy to use - Sequences

Cons

A lot of manual work. Would be nice if you could automatically get more fields to be filled in trough the Gmail-integration. For ex. connecting the information from someones email directly to the CRM. Name , title etc. AI maybe? Sometimes the system is a little bit slow. And you can't set double deal owners in the deal stages. Would be nice if a case is co-driven with a colleague. Can't set next steps in deals. Can't see the "overall information" when companies are set in different structures. - Would be nice if you could "map up " structures. Like a tree or something like that so you could get a easy overview.

Able to define targeted list to create more genuine, personal emails. The ease of automatically created contacts is amazing.

Pros

The ease of use and all the functionality. Being able to create lists that include the exact target audience, the tracking is impecible from landing pages to emails and all is followed by automatically creating profiles. Mostly, their hubspot academy and blog is AMAZING to learn from.

Cons

The upcharge for certain functions when we are already maxing our budget.

Easy to Navigate and Easy to Use. Hubspot allows you to create tasks, appointments, and log notes on a users profile in the CRM.

Cons

Wishing It offered a "customer support" platform . This would allow users to track or create a ticket to the users profile and also interact with them via email or chat. Also, Would like to integrate chat platforms to the product as well.

Using hubspot is really easy. The tool basically does everything you need in terms of CRM and we keep track of all the information we need from our clients in there.

Pros

The Hubspot suite is really complete and it serves all the needs of the company when it comes to CRM. The software has a lot of integrations and it has a LOT of features thar are really usefull and it’s hard to find on any other competitors.

Cons

It’s REALLY expensive for small and mid tier companies. They probably aim for the bigger companies since the tool is really complete and offers a lot of features.

Cons

Not too many cons specifically about the product. I use multiple accounts so it would be nice to easily switch between them. This may already be a feature that I'm unaware of though.

Total CRM customization takes too much time and attention away from bottom line activities. HubSpot provides a more guided configurable approach to sort, manage and execute a sales database. The built-in one-click calling feature was a direct cost savings. We were able to cancel our monthly 3rd party power-dialer subscription.

It's sooo powerful. Never had a CRM which is collecting and combining so many data.

Cons

CRM at HubSpot is a bit pricey tool, but worth it. Also, sometimes it's a bit hard to find (or discover) some functions it actually offers.
