### "There's a reason why HubSpot CRM is so cheap"

Pros

The more I experience Marketing Automation software things become clearer and clearer to me. - Companies who have amazing marketing automation systems for B2B lack a proficient CRM - Companies with an amazing CRM system lack marketing automation features This is the tradeoff I've seen with numerous systems, either it's great for sales but sucks for marketing, or it's great for marketing but weak for sales. Rarely can you have the best of both worlds! HubSpot CRM is okay, it has a some modern features you'd want in a CRM but leaves a lot to yearn for. Good tracking features, notifications from lead interactions, a clean U/I, a nice pipeline management feature. You can also make phone calls from the CRM itself.

Cons

What it lacks is in-depth customization for companies that sell advanced solutions. No in-depth product and services management either, it's very basic. This might work if you have a simple pricing model, but not if you sell complex systems of hardware, software, and services. Even the sales rep for HubSpot CRM told me they use Salesforce for their sales process...I mean c'mon, how can you try to sell me on a CRM that you wouldn't use yourself?

Pros

Excellent all in one CRM / sales automation tool. Great for teams that collaborate between sales & marketing regularly.

Cons

Not much I don't like about Hubspot. It is somewhat pricey, but the functionality and interface is superb.

Pros

The software is very user friendly. The simplicity helps some of our team members who are not very computer savvy.

Cons

When a large amount of changes are made the system sometimes crashes and needs to be reloaded. If you hit refresh before this happens it works fine. However, every time you hit refresh it erases all the filters you are using. For example, if I have all deals filtered by deal stage and I hit refresh, the page erases that filter and sets it up to show all deal stages. This is frustrating because if I don't refresh it crashes after I update a few deals and if I do refresh to avoid the crash, I have to reset the filter.

Pros

Really liked, how the free version is so unlimited. No contacts limit, no user limit, you can really just grow into using all of it, then when you're doing good enough, you make the switch to upgrade. Other free to use CRM packages are just horrible or they have very rigid packages with limitations of users/seats being very expensive.

Cons

They've made a lot of changes throughout the years we've been using it. As of now, there really isn't anything I can think of for being not well built!

Pros

I like that you can customise it to work for your business needs. It's so great that there are always new features and updates. The various automation functions throughout the software are great also. I'm always thinking of new ways to automate our processes

There are a few bugs still here and there.

So much simpler than others. As a HubSpot user since 2011, I initially wondered why they were bringing a sales tool into a marketing world. That didn't last long. Integration with HubSpot marketing software makes connecting the two sides of the business seamless.

Pros

The CRM is really easy to use. And, it's Free.

Helps to have some sales process familiarity.

Pros

My favorite tool is the email tracking feature to see if someone has opened or viewed your email. Other CRM features are nice as well.

Cons

The free version is quite limited, in order to expand functionality, you need to purchase the sales version.

Pros

Hubspot is super simple - add the browser extension, log in, and you're off to the races.

Cons

I don't like that I can only view 200-300 tracking activity points per month. I \*think\* this is a limitation of our package, but am not 100%. But I'm marking it as a con to the tool as we were not made aware of this limitation during the sales/demo processes.

There are really good features that we can take advantage of in their user-friendly interface, and also how to integrate with a variety of third-party applications and tools that we normally use like Google Sheets, RingCentral, and MyCase.

Cons

Training and familiarization with the system are necessary, especially for users who are new to CRM software, and this could take some times

Overall, Hubspot CRM is a great option to analyze business metrics. Also, the easy navigation in the platform makes it one of my favorite CRM platforms to use.

Pros

This platform shows us visual dashboards with relevant and dynamic graphics in real-time allowing us to see how is the market reacting to our campaigns.

Cons

There are some changes to the platform that we are not informed about. On the other hand, I had some problems using the platform, I saw some reviews about the same problems that I had which led me to conclude that those problems are concurrent.

Pros

HubSpot CRM's best value proposition is its price point - free! Compared to a market where Salesforce licenses can cost well over each monthly, it is hard to justify a switch. HubSpot provides sales basics like lead and deal tracking, alongside powerful features for reporting and dialing. If you use HubSpot marketing, it also natively ties together records for an omnichannel view of activity and conversion.

Cons

HubSpot is built for out of the box SMB use, and lacks the power features CRM admins may be looking for. Customization is extremely limited, and organizations with larger sales teams may run into a wall depending on their needs. At that point, however, integration with Salesforce is robust and can manage larger datasets or teams alongside HubSpot.
