Pros

I love that it's user friendly and if you can't figure something out you have an infinite amount of resources from how-to videos to one pagers to the customer service chat, email or phone line. I never have an unanswered question.

Cons

For the reporting of meetings and calls, for some reason there's some crossed wires and our meetings and call numbers are a little different but it has to do with our internal programming with our calendar.

Seamlessly works with HubSpot Marketing module Flexible enough for a standard sales team requirements Easy to use Provides reporting functionality Relatively cheap

Cons

It's what I'd call a standard CRM, no bells and whistles. If your team needs a lot of automation and integration, I'd look into other options I listed Reports as a pro, but it's a con as well, due to its limitations. It's a relation database, but structure is more linear than more expensive CRMs, and its limiting when trying to capture information beyond standard objects. For a straightforward sales process , I'd give it a try,especially if your company already uses marketing module. If you are looking into 360 customer view and want to integrate financial system and other aspects - probably not the best fit

Pros

The CRM does everything it is supposed to, like lead management, pipeline and is easy to use.

Cons

The pricing - for my needs this CRM was too expensive.

It has aided my team and me in developing a comprehensive online knowledge base for our consumers. Additionally, assist in the development of better relationships and the effective and efficient management of their channel so that nothing falls through the cracks.

Pros

It features a free edition that outperforms the majority of paid customer relationship management tools on the market. While Hubspot's subscription plans can be pricey, there are a few ways to build services to acquire what you need for a fair price. There are also a plethora of free tools available to anyone, whether or not they are utilizing the product.

Cons

Hubspot does not make it simple to understand what upgrading to the premium versions might cost for businesses that have evolved to a degree that free tools become no longer sufficient. They also do not extend live chat to those on the free plan. While on the free plan, access to several email tracking notifications per month is limited when compared to the starter plan.

Pros

I've tried all (or most) of the leading marketing automation platforms. All of them seemed to lack one basic piece or another. The expectation was that Hubspot would be fairly similar to any other CRM/Marketing Automation software out there. This could not be further from the truth. Our main gap was with a true lead pursuit platform. Hubspot filled this gap by offering email marketing, integration with our texting function and even call recording, not to mention the ability for a sales person to call directly from their browser and make notes on the call. The workflow is easy to set up and track.

Cons

The price. Although it's well worth the price once you start seeing results, it's a steep buy-in. This is particularly true for larger organizations with big contact databases.

Pros

Free and even paid plan is inexpensive compare to similar CRMs. And it has many other tools like sales management, bulk email etc.

Cons

Nothing to dislike but more new features and free tools are always welcome.

I have been using Hubspot for the last 6 months as part of a new role within my organization. Having never used the product before I was amazed how easy it was to complete the majority of the tasks within Hubspot. Hubspot has world class customer support. Any time I ran into a problem I couldn't solve on my own, their team was only a phone call away and they would do everything they could do solve my problem. In the rare instance, the representative wasn't able to immediately find a solution, they'd tell me they were on it and get back to me a few hours later with an answer. As a bonus, they're not only dedicated to helping you complete your task, but they're actually a pleasure to talk to. The Hubspot platform is easy to use, intuitive, and a powerful marketing tool. There is a lot of great functionality, but my personal favorite is the workflow tool. Here, I have been able to create a number of marketing automation and even A/B test treatments to see what works best in delivering my product to my clients. Plus, they just revamped the look of the workflows so they're even easier to use and look so good you could show them to a client and they'll go "Wow!" My only criticism of Hubspot is that at times the text editor has proved lacking. For instance, it will bold your text easily but won't always bold the accompanying bullets, to do that you have to go in and edit the code. Other minor annoyances include it indicating what size font you're using but not indicating in the same fashion in the drop down menu what font style you're using.

Pros

Workflows, ease of blog publication, UI, their support team

Cons

Text editor has some flaws. I've found the reporting tool lacking at times.

Pros

I love the organization of contacts and flow of tasks. HubSpot makes it very easy to manage my contacts and easily see where deals are in my pipeline.

Cons

We use the free version so we are limited to only a few attachments within the software. The amount you get with the free version more than makes up for this!

I like the flow of the deals section.

Pros

Besides being a wonderful CRM Hubspot provides great sources of education for you and your employees. I have multiple certificates from HubSpot on various subjects and I learned a lot while earning them. This is a great software that goes beyond customer relation management. There are tools for just about everything, especially when developing a marketing strategy. Their customer service is incomparable and they are always there to help with whatever you might need and they get back to you FAST!

Cons

There is so much that you can do with HubSpot it can be hard to really understand it in full in a short amount of time.

Pros

Hubspot CRM, is sensational, I started using it recently and without a doubt it has become my best ally. I can have my information stored by companies and those who work in them, including telephone numbers, emails, schedule meetings, call calls or track emails. The best you can have in its functions, is the extension you can have with Google Chrome because it lets you know if they saw your emails sent you see the news and others. It is gratifying to be aware of what happens in a single application.

Cons

Really, HubSpot works perfectly for me, when I get emails from tasks with my reminder, the only thing that can have failures when working in a group is that it takes time to update all the information as we are a large group working on the same tool However, it is accessible and functional for all who use it.

Being able to track emails, track communications between clients, find logins all in once place and the import we had from highrise to this was also super helpful.

Pros

Recently we've started using Hubspot CRM for our team. We were having difficulties finding a CRM that worked well for both Project Management and Sales teams working together and Hubspot seemed like a natural transition. So far, we've found it to be quite beneficial. I really like looking at the tasks and seeing what the team is up to as a whole as they put what projects are in progress, on hold, etc.

Cons

What I like least is not being able to put an attachment with a task. I find that is something that really needs to be improved upon. Also, tasks only open up in a small tab to the side, it would be nice to be able to open it similarly to notes.

Pros

Hubspot allows me to record my calls to places that are allowed to record, so I don´t need to worry about breaching any laws by recording in places where it is not allowed.

Cons

Sometimes a company is not synced correctly, so instead of having all my contacts under one company I have many different companies.

Pros

"Out of the box," the software was very easy to use and easy to customize. It also works with many applications through Zapier and / or automate.io. Hubspot CRM also works seamlessly with HubSpot Marketing.

Cons

Hubspot is missing some of the customizable features that are becoming more available, such as customizable Objects, and the ability to hide fields based on the user.

Pros

After trying almost 10 CRMS we decided to stay with Hubspot CRM. I think it provides the best value for your money as it scales functionalities properly.

Cons

As our company grows more functionalities are needed. I think, just as with any other application, the price for the next level (usually something called PRO) is really expensive. It's not really a CON but something to have in mind. Nevertheless, the pricing is spot on.

We've been a HubSpot partner for 6 years, and started using the HS CRM 18 months ago. I don't know what we did without it! For us it's almost purely a PRM (Prospect Relationship Management) tool, because that's what we use it for. There's almost no burden involved in using it, nothing but keeping in mind the features that allow us to all keep current on each prospect's context. I would heartily recommend it to anyone who knows they could improve with a tool that isn't a burden or a huge financial commitment. And HubSpot keeps improving the product based on user input. I couldn't be happier with it!

Pros

Very easy to use, intuitive, easy to learn, provides all the basics anyone could want out of the box. You start to benefit day 1, without any customization or expensive consulting setup or support.

Cons

May be limited in certain situations, like sharing an opportunity with competing distributors, or integrating to ERP systems when that's really critical as part of forecasting process.

Hubspot is a great tool for Customer Success, where we can track sales progress from customers, and record contact data quickly and intuitively. Its usability is very good and makes it easy to locate information.

Pros

• Assists in increasing traffic, generating many leads, as well as many sales leads. • Allows you to create the activities kanban in the tool itself. • Helps the Customer Success team identify relevant customer information and track data and calls made within the tool. • Helps in team organization and decision making. • Interface is extremely intuitive. • Contains tools that assist in conversion, result analysis.

Cons

• Duplicates contact and company information greatly, leading to the need to always review and rearrange. • The tool does not have good usability on mobile phones. • Sometimes information appears to be misconfigured for no apparent reason. • Creating filters and extracting information in spreadsheets is not easy.

Pros

We were able to consolidate 5 other systems into one when we switched to Hubspot. Our company was using an email marketing software, social scheduling software, wordpress for landing pages & blogging, a form software, and an SEO software. It has been a total game-changer to have everything consolidated into one platform. Another bonus is Hubspot Academy. This has been an excellent resources to my team. Each time a new person starts we make them go through various training modules.

Cons

There have only been very minor pieces of functionality that Hubspot cannot do. But I remember posting something about adding campaign reporting to the developer forum, and a few months later it was added!
