Lead to Deal stages are a unique and somewhat tricky for any organization. We have really made solid strides in creating transparency between marketing and sales. There is no smoke and mirrors, marketing can provide evidence that someone clicked on our social advert THEN completed a form on our site for say a webinar, contact us and so on. THIS completion rate generates a positive churn for our sales team, which is the goal of any marketing effort.

Pros

We use both sales and marketing modules, and align our leads to deals. Since our sales cycle is long, we like seeing the activity of all visitors, lets us know our reach/social/pushes are making a difference. The results show in our increased form completion rate.

Cons

Our deal stages are not exactly likely the lead cycles defined in HS.

Pros

This platform has an easy way to store companies, deals, tasks, and communication.

Cons

There is too much depth to this software, it is easy to loose information. It would be better if a deal was only a side item, not a separate item.

Pros

\- Easy creation and management of leads and contacts - Easy tracking of conversation with prospects - Smooth integration with email to send customized response to prospects and leads

Cons

Feature rich software but not very easy to customize own process and limited integration with social media

Overall it's been a positive experience. However, I do get very frustrated when it starts lagging when I'm trying to edit an email.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use the platform. It's easy to train new hires how to use the platform. Additionally, the chrome extension makes things even easier.

Cons

I've had significant issues with platform speed when I'm trying to edit sequences. Everything else works smoothly, but as soon as I start to edit a sequence to send out, the text editor starts lagging and my computer slows down.

I reached out to Hub Spot as It was recommended to my by a friend that owns a big IT companyI find this product and the response time frame not suited to the Hospitality Industry and to small business that want to grow quickly and need hands on and quick supportOn top of that we were sold two products the Sales Hub and the service Hub, the first one after 6 months we are still waiting on the automation requested and the second one was sold to us but we dont actually need and we are finding it impossible to get out of the subscriptionDONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL

Pros

Ease of use and the functionalities that Hubspot provides are really important to any sales organization

Cons

Reporting needs to be improved further. Granular reporting of every parameter is something that is important to build the strategy from the ground level.

Hubspot is pretty easy to use and integrates with other data sources. Overall, I think it is user-friendly and I would recommend it to companies that have more than 500 customers.

Cons

If you have a business model that does not fit inside Hubspot pre defined structure, then you may end up having to do too many rules and customizations.

When I first came to PetalMD, two CRMs were in place due to a company acquisition. In a heartbeat, I realized how HubSpot was better, easier, and more effective to help me grow our business.

Pros

How easy and intuitive it is to use it.

Cons

I would love incoming calls to pass by the software. Honestly, it may be already in place. I just did not take the time to read nor ask for it.

Pros

Customization, features and integrations are certain the best points. There is a ton of possibilities, for beginner users, it could bring some difficulty, but that's normal within any complex software.

Cons

Sometimes the software appears to be slow, or heavy, but not all the time. Complexity also turns it hard to use, specially for new users.

Pros

HubSpot handles virtually all of your marketing needs in one, easy to manage, platform. It's a one-stop-shop for social media, emails, landing pages, blogging, etc.

Cons

While the reporting functionality has improved tremendously over the last 5 years, there are still opportunities for the reporting features to be improved to enable marketing teams to obtain consistent performance metrics.

Pros

HubSpot is an great tool that centralizes all of your marketing efforts - from paid ads to emails to social media. It helps my organization easily track the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. As a result, we are marketing smarter than ever before and putting money into tactics that drive revenue.

Cons

It's missing some functionality that I find important. Namely, I think that there should be an option to automatically unenroll a contact from a workflow if they reply to an email.

I think HubSpot is great solution for small companies or startup companies. You don't have to pay anything and you have software. With other softwares if you don't pay you loose all your data that you uploaded.

Pros

It is easy to see prospects and lead profiles to see how they react to emails, phone calls... There is a lot of the key features, but for me personaly is that you start for free.

Cons

There have been multiple times where we lost data and data was unretrievable. On the other side we need to repeat the steps because, I believe, bugs would prevent to save our data.

Pros

I like the ability to have all my contacts, leads, etc in one place and to track how I met them/leave notes for myself to keep our relationship fresh in my mind no matter when I pick Hubspot back up.

Cons

Some fields are outdated, such as twitter@ being an option when most people share Instagram accounts if anything.

Reason for choosing HubSpot CRM

Brand recognition, good marketing advice via their blog/newsletter.

I like the ease of use and the sales e-mail templates

Cons

I don't like the nickel and dime methodology; there are a handful of features that aren't available without upgrading to a version that includes a bunch of other features that our agency doesn't need yet. So it creates a situation where we're missing out on random functionality of the software but it doesn't make sense to sign up for the upgrade.

I have benefited with HubSpot CRM because I have managed to carry out a client project at a higher rank, thus establishing a better response rate and each client of very high rank in my company.

Pros

The best thing about HubSpot is the interface in a definitive way, since it provides comfort in each section that is researched and also, it provides the necessary characteristics to be able to establish a connection with a client and generate more income.

Cons

I have no complaints about HubSpot, the truth is a development that has achieved excellent results and has met all the expectations it offers, it is a compromising software that complements the user who uses it very well.
