Overall, Hubspot gets the job done and has some very powerful functionality. However, for the pricepoint it would be really amazing if their interface was more usable.

Pros

Once Hubspot has been set up, you can complete most needed CRM functions from their platform. The email plug in is great!

Cons

The user interface for Hubspot is not very user friendly, and can be hard to navigate.

Hubspot CRM, has probably been the best CRM solution I've used to date. Its easy to set up, and although there are some annoyances with teir pricing/addons, the system itself is great for companies big and small. Ive mainly used in a startup and it was one of the best investments we made.

Pros

The systemnis really easy to set up, with a plethora of customisation that can be done. Creating views purely for your viewing, and seeing last interactions is key.

Cons

The level of addons is a littlw annoying. You get to grips with thensystem, realise you can do a little more and control thibs better, then you realise you need to buy an addon. Its a teir business model, but can be annoying when youre first getting to grips with the system

Reason for choosing HubSpot CRM

The pricing structure, free levels and ease of set up and use were thjngs that clearly set this apart. As a startup, there wasnt much knowlege/experience with CRM solutions so finding something that could cope with swift and easy onboarding was key.

Very good, the knowledgebase and academy is brilliant and we have also used a partner implementor that has helped us set up various aspects which is easy because its such a well known established product.

Pros

Hubspot runs our whole marketing function in the business, outbound marketing campaigns, prospect and customer lists, reporting, form submissions on the website. As well as our sales flow from the lead scoring module, pipeline management, forecasting and the whole sales funnel.

Cons

The cost :) Its an expensive tool and if we want additional functionality it nearly always requires us to 'upgrade' our package.

At first we were excited.. but it turns out they are just another greedy company and don't do anything to help when they are wrong. Disappointing.

Pros

It is a solid CRM. Tracking interactions with potential customers is great.

Cons

You cannot automate emails to your customers unless you purchase the marketing add on (+$1k/mo). Also, they removed features that we had been using since we started, without notice, and without a reduction in cost! Beware!

I have utilized HubSpot within 2 different Organizations now, and have continued to learn how to better use the platform based on my needs, or position. With that to be said, I have worked in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success departments and have continued to use the platform - its cross functional, and a needed tool.

Pros

The ability to integrate within other platforms utilized within an Organization. This is incredibly helpful to prevent from having to create extra spreadsheets, or use mannyy different platforms to communicate efforts and work. I also greatly appreciate the pipeline features. HubSpot Knowledge base is also an incredible "upskilling" tool to take advantage of.

Cons

I do not feel that when you select "monthly" in a quote, or pipeline total, that it calculates accurately with 4.3 weeks in a month, so often times, HubSpot may reflect a smaller pipeline by a few hundred or thousands in comparison with actual pricing expectations.

There are chatting and meeting features available in HubSpot CRM which makes our conversations with clients so efficient. HubSpot CRM reporting tool gives us access to metrics reports with accurate performance insights to help us measure and improve our clients relationships. It also has clear visual boards that gives us clear eyesight onto all our clients engagement activities.

Cons

HubSpot CRM has reigned so well and has met all our needs without a problem. No dislikes towards it.

Nothing at this time. HubSpot has been great and continues to impress.

Very positive. I can get all the information about my clients in one place and I can track all interactions over time.

Pros

User friendly. Easy to learn and incorporate to your daily tasks. Love that the clients can schedule calls in my calendar without contacting me and I get the notification on my phone.

Cons

I'm using the free version and it does not include fractures for automation and I cannot afford the paid version as my business is still under development.

There were some challenges around the cost of some additional features between the license models, where the flexibility to enable some were not allowed, but overall, it did not detriment our use of the platform.

It has been a positive experience overall. The ability to customize the stages of your deal workflow and customize the data logged for customers/deals/etc... is nice. Automated email reminders for tasks associated with customers and deals is also quite useful for our team.

Pros

Makes it easy to keep track of open proposal and communication history with each client.

Cons

It is bad about logging users out on the web app and the outlook extension. Some days have to login multiple times. Gets frustrating

Pros

I love the contact activity tracking function without a doubt it was one of the most useful additions in my opinion. It has website visits, email opens, and even the precise result of calls interlinked with each contact. This provided me with use case before each interaction and allowed me to personalise the dialogue based on the behavior.

Cons

I could not customize to create cross-pipeline reports how I wanted to monitor the performance of the whole team. The prebuilt reports came handy but campaign-based deeper insights were again not easily collated in a single view.

Some of the most useful features include, call, email and meeting interactions’ logs which have saved me hours each week. I can easily scroll back through prior conversations and know which stage of the engagement flow each contact is at, thus enhancing the frequency and message of follow-ups.

Cons

They never create a clear and convenient method of segmenting the contacts on the basis of engagement levels.
