Ease of use, really good for SME´s and big companies

Pros

Hubspot is a very intuitive, easy to use CRM that does not require a lot of training to learn like other tools

Cons

The sequencing feature could be improved, for example by making it "non-automatic", but having the opportunity to review it before launching each email.

HubSpot is one of a kind, their CRM is FREE for up to 1 Million contact. We can expect that they will remain free for a lifetime. They offer so much value to start ups!

Pros

I have been a HubSpot enthusiast ever since I was introduced to the software/brand 2+ years ago. I love the way they offer Free services to start-ups and the thought leadership. They are one of the disruptive technology brand.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of what I like the least about the software.

Great way to run a marketing program!

Pros

Easy to implement & train to use the tools, exhaustive toolset, integration with Salesforce and other popular software, great innovation - new things are coming out constantly and the tool is improved.

Cons

Part of improvements means changes, and sometimes the changes come in piecemeal, meaning that the UI is buggy and sometimes you do things one way on one screen and then another screen has you do it another way. Inconsistent experience.

I liked it at the beginning but the sales guys wanted something better because of the lack of features, especially for reports creation, so we moved to Salesforce.

Pros

Very easy to use, even for beginners. Inbound lead management is the best part of this tool but could be improved.

Cons

Lack of options for creating reports. Doesn't have integrations for some of the other tools. I don't like the automated creation of the accounts according to the website domain. Sometimes it can make some duplicate accounts.

Pros

It's a very versatile tool and has many integrations available, many options to configure it and can offer you an entire universe of ways to manage and visualise your data.

Cons

Some of the most important integrations are behind the paywall and it can be very expensive for an early-stage company to start paying for them. It can also be overwhelming to try and configure it yourself - which makes it kind of hard to use consistently, since there's a lot that you have to update and maintain manually, in order for the platform to show its value.

Pros

It has a ton of functionality, far more then what you get with most software you pay for. Used infusionsoft before and Hubspot is a million times better. If you have the budget to pay for their marketing tools you are able to track every single step of a customer lifecycle.

Cons

Nothing too negative to say about them, their support is very helpful but at times can be slow to get a response.

Pros

It is free and robust enough that a team of two could use this for a business that is under 1M in revenue.

Cons

The integrations require a higher license or to have their marketing automation platform to really be useful. This is less a complaint and more about needing to stop being cheap if you want that functionality, but sometimes for a small firm you can't afford that.

Pros

The email integration makes adding contacts and follow-up reminders a breeze. Email templates save so much time. Web-based dashboard makes it easy to manage contacts and actions at a glance. Having tried other alternatives, Hubspot is the only one I've actually stuck with and used. I recommend it to all small business managers.

Cons

I have very little that I don't like about this software.

My company continues to use HubSpot because we really love the ease of use

Pros

everything is very user-friendly and intuitive. I have everything I need right at the tips of my fingers, all of the information on my customer as well as all of the sales tools that I need to use in order to make contact and close the sale all in one place.

Cons

The only complaint I have is my company also uses Uber flip and it would be great if we had better data tracking for the streams that we create.

Increased productivity and clearer insight into my companies sales pipeline. Hubspot is always coming out with cool new features and constantly partnering with innovative companies. I spend more time exploring new features and integrations than I should.

Pros

If I typed out all the pros of Hubspot this would be a novel. That being said I believe that Hubspot's biggest advantage is ease of use for the end user. For some reason UI and UX is overlooked when it is not customer facing. When evaluating CRM software upper management seems to place a higher emphasis on analytics and reporting than they do understanding how the software will be used day in and day out. Reporting and analytics is important, but how accurate is all of that information if your employees are cutting corners logging data into the CRM? Hubspot does an incredible job increasing productivity and taking the tediousness out of using CRM software while providing upper management the reporting capabilities they need to be successful too.

We've been using the HubSpot CRM for over a year now. I like that it integrates seamlessly with the HubSpot marketing platform. It's so nice to not have to set up and pay for a separate CRM. It keeps sales and marketing aligned and on the same page, which is always nice!

Pros

Integrates easily with the HubSpot marketing platform. Keeps all teams aligned so goals are known. Easy to see where a lead is in the pipeline. They're always updating and adding new features.

Cons

Sometimes the platform is buggy which can be frustrating when you're trying to get work done. The learning curve is high in the beginning but once everyone gets a feel for the platform it's pretty easy to navigate.

One of the best C.R.M in market, it reduce your sale load with there cool automation stuff like sending follow up email, no need of manual data entry, pre build sales template, customize link for scheduling Call or Demo and following up with your prospects. The best part of Hubspot C.R.M is if some one is opening your email you will get notification and if there is no response from your prospects you can schedule follow up email.

Cons

Honestly there is no Cons in Hubspot but if they can decrease there pricing cause small enterprise like us find difficult to afford it. Over all as per me it's one of the best C.R.M

Pros

I have been using Hubspot for the past 4 years. I participated in their Hubspot for startups program and have never looked back since. It is an amazing tool for both marketing and sales activities. I personally like the sales funnel tracking (deals), as well as 'tasks' that keep me on top of things on a daily basis. This is one investment that every startup should consider.

Cons

It has become a little pricey over the years, but they do have some startup pricing.

Using HubSpot has empowered my team to unlock a level of ROI data that was previously impossible and to streamline our efforts to what is really moving the dial.

Pros

The best thing about HubSpot is having Sales & Marketing fully aligned. Our whole business now understands the impact the marketing team is having on our key goals. The reporting function is particularly useful, giving us the ability to cross-reference different data sets in reports which previously would have taken days to complete.

Cons

HubSpot is not geared up for supporting Marketplace business models, in which there are 2 customers for every deal. We have not found any way around this. Importing our historic data was a nightmare and we did not receive very effective support. The email building feature could be slightly more flexible.
