Pros

I love how easy it is to manage our pipeline with Hubspot. As a manager of 5 sales people I can easily track all of their deals and keep track of progress without stress

Cons

There isn't much I dislike about this software. The only "small" con is that there are quite a few limitations with the free version.

Pros

Ability to make lists, contacts, easy to export. Follow contacts through the customer journey. Make conditional email lists, add custom fields. Custom forms and ease of integrating new forms and lead generation content.

Cons

Need to learn a lot of the features with videos and ready the Q & A section to get a feel for the the dashboard. Customer contacts imports and exports can be tricky at first. Setting up analytics and integrating all the email components.

Pros

I love the easy functionality and having all marketing activities in one place. Its's a great software and tool to use even if you aren't a marketing professional!

Cons

Hard to say, maybe the mapping from Salesforce to HubSpot could be easier. Sometimes we still can't figure out why certain fields aren't mapping.

The software is easy to use for the average person with minimal steps for data entry. The client tracking is very helpful. It helps me to know who’s reading emails.

Visibility. It has allowed to to manage my contacts in the same way I used to but now all in one place and so much easier, it is easy to get a view of what activity is happening across the whole team and with the custom filtering you can pretty much get any sort of information you want to track. It would be close to perfection for me if I could run a filter by call length ie anything over 30 seconds etc

Pros

Tasking and Filtering, tasking keeps my days full of relevant contacts and filtering allows me to find more if any days are quite filled

Cons

I dislike the notification tab at the top right, when it says I have 10+ I have to check it, but it is almost always just telling me things that are due today, I have the tasks tab and the email reminders to cover that ;) It's no big deal though, I have learnt to ignore it.

Pros

All services are amazing. Now I can target my prospects at the right time through workflows, whether I am available or not. The sequences give me a great feature of followup. I can check my prospect's LinkedIn profile, company details etc. and this information helps me a lot in sending super-targeted emails. I can also schedule my LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook posts. Thank you, HubSpot!

Cons

I use 2 Hubspot accounts and both are connected via Zapier. Some new contacts in one of my HubSpot accounts do not add to another account.

Cons

Easy to use, lots of cool and exciting features you can incorporate into your sales and marketing strategy. Hubspot even has online courses for your team to improve.

Cons

Can be glitchy at times. To achieve Hubspots full value, you must have office365. It works with Outlook, but far less efficient.

Hubspot has an excellent CRM, I've been using the free version but seriously thinking of upgrading. Ability to export contacts, track email openings and create templates for marketing.

Cons

Only 200 free email notifications per month. Doesn't seem to always start over at the beginning of each month.

Pros

I use HubSpot CRM to keep track of all my contacts in various positions around the country. I found HubSpot CRM to be the perfect first CRM for me. The vast majority of it is pleasant. We have relied on HubSpot as our single source of truth since we began. Currently, it is being used by all departments to input client information and verify details required to make a sale, especially by the sales and marketing departments. Prior to HubSpot, client information was scattered and was maintained manually, but the process has become very simple and is now very easy to access.

Cons

Some features are unavailable, and it is prone to outages. There is a short hiccup, but if you need to do something urgent, it can be a pain.

Pros

The HS CRM is great for anyone looking for a simple option that easily integrates into the rest of the HS platform. Marketing automation, sales leads and landing pages make the CRM shine like the beauty it is!

Cons

There are a few quirks that I'd like to see changed, however, that is more of a personal preference than an issue with the software.

Pros

I travel my territory by state, so the Filters really help make my life easier. I can sort my account list and make calls/send emails to those specific accounts.

Cons

I don't think emails sent from my phone are being tracked.

Very impressed with the ease of use, transparency and simple set-up / integration.

Pros

It is very easy to set up and to use. There are different packages you can choose from – whatever your needs are. The Support and Customer Success Team is very helpful and goes out of their way to find a solution. The software has very well thought out presets but is also customizable.

Cons

The pricing stages between the packages are pretty big. I wish there would be a "mid-budget range".

He usado varios softwares de CRM a lo largo de mi carrera. creo que Hubspot es uno de los mejores. Actualmente lo estoy usando en una empresa pequeña, y solo usamos la versión gratuita. Al menos para la parte comercial, gestión de clientes, informes, vistas, etc... sirve perfectamente. Si ya quieres dar un paso mas, tienes la posibilidad de subir de nivel y puedo asegurar que es uno de los mas completos en su versión de pago.

Cons

No tengo puntos negativos hasta ahora, quizás es porque ya estoy acostumbrado a su uso diario.

Being able to keep up with daily task of assisting students. And also being able to record updates about a student's progression.

Pros

Being able to look at student accounts and gather information needed to assist students. This helps when keeping a good repor with students, and what is going on and needs to be completed for enrollment. Also being able to filter out only what category of students to look at helps as well.

Cons

I really can not think of anything that I least like about this program. It is most helpful with my daily task assisting students.

I think HubSpot CRM is the way to go especially for smaller companies.

Pros

It's clean, relatively easy to use, and puts almost all of the functions needs for sales and marketing in one spot. It also has measures in place to ensure that the data is as clean and organized as possible. It makes collaboration between sales and marketing teams easy. They also provide in-depth training materials to help get going.

Cons

There are some features that are missing especially on the sales and CRM side. Reporting is not as customizable as Salesforce, but definitely cleaner and easier to set up.

This is the best tool I have ever used for sales, and I think I have used all the tools there are to use. Unlocking the information on the ideal time to contact a prospect/lead/opportunity/customer/etc. is awesome and empowering.

Pros

It's awesome. You really don't have to do anything. Just install it and let it do it's magic. Here's what I use the most: - Email Tracking - Email Templates - Meeting Scheduling - Followup Notification - Lead Website Visit Notifications

Cons

It can be occasionally buggy. $50/user for the plan that you will want all of your sales team to have.

Pros

CRM is free for companies. Can't beat that. Reporting and dashbord creations are a bit more, but it's worth it. Their customer service is GREAT! They are prompt and always make sure the case is closed before moving on. You have everything you need to (basic level) run a sales team in this software . Easy to train for reps.

Cons

Reporting is not good, it is very limited. I am often unable to pull the metrics I need simpey due to ease of use. I feel like HS is lacking in workflow modification, ease of use in setting up reports and workflows, too many clicks to report on something, no drilling down on reports. Basically, they don't have what I need to run a sales team.
