Pros

CRM is free for companies. Can't beat that. Reporting and dashbord creations are a bit more, but it's worth it. Their customer service is GREAT! They are prompt and always make sure the case is closed before moving on. You have everything you need to (basic level) run a sales team in this software . Easy to train for reps.

Cons

Reporting is not good, it is very limited. I am often unable to pull the metrics I need simpey due to ease of use. I feel like HS is lacking in workflow modification, ease of use in setting up reports and workflows, too many clicks to report on something, no drilling down on reports. Basically, they don't have what I need to run a sales team.

Pros

Hubspot CRM makes it easy to upload or create many companies, contacts, or deals quickly. It's easy to use, intuitive, and definitely fit for purpose (sales).

Cons

The Outlook Hubspot CRM Plugin can be buggy at times - it can cause outlook to crash. When it's working it's really useful though.

Pros

Transitioning from Salesforce, I was quickly able to find all the functions i needed for my job. I really like the reporting! Seeing when my emails have been opened by clients is great too!

Cons

\-The searches aren't labeled. It's weird that the search on the top of the application searches everything but the one below it is only for certain companies/fields. -If I am looking for an employee of a company, the search shows employees for any company, this makes this process painful.

Hubspot is cool overall. Their customer support is trying to be helpful, but oftentimes they get stuck on non standard questions.

Pros

A marketer's dream is mapping revenue to marketing campaigns and that is possible in Hubspot. I love it.

Cons

It would be great if reporting would be improved. I hate that the utm parameters are getting stripped from pageviews. It makes everything so much more difficult.

Pros

HubSpot did a great change on our team daily jobs. It transformed the way we think on writing the emails, on making tasks for the call center team, and even asking our client to open tickets with their demands. This is one of the best tools I've ever worked with.

Cons

Some of our clients had issues integrating HubSpot with other tools, but fortunately it was resolved.

We are solving the marketing automation challenge with using HubSpot. This leads to more engaged prospect, more meetings and pipeline activity.

Pros

What I like the most about HubSpot is the Sequences feature (as the title alludes to there), because it make the process of prospecting more manageable ... nay perfect for sharing engaging content over time.

Cons

What I like the lease about HubSpot Sequences is that there are limitations to the number of concurrent cascading drip campaigns (i.e. - it could crash if you don't watch the timing between messages).

We are successfully able to send and track various emails through hubspot. We enjoy seeing who opens, reads, and clicks through. We also can track when they are on our website and where they are in the marketing and sales funnels.

Pros

This software integrates everything into one platform. We are able to manage contacts, track usage, monitor social media, send emails, automate workflows, etc.

Cons

The ability to organize our various tasks is lacking. There isn't currently a way to add all objects to folders or sort through without searching. Some things also cannot be archived so they are taken out of normal view.

\- Automation of sales processes - Lead scoring is great - Email templates are really good

Cons

Sometimes there are some bugs which can take a while to resolve. Email signatures went missing a few times but it seems the team has resolved this now.

HubSpot CRM is SO easy to use! We were able to get it up and running without disturbing/disrupting our normal business day! It's thorough, smooth and keeps everyone organized!

Cons

I only thing I don't love about this software is the price jump if you want to use certain features...luckily, our company found the value in it, so we continue to use it for everyday!

Cons

Can sometimes be difficult to email with attachments direct from the system.

Pros

It's free. Its UX is easy on the eyes. It's easy to stay organized and focused. For many private companies it gives an annual revenue figure.

Cons

I can't search by notes I've mad. For example, if I want to search a note that says, "Check back early October" I can't do it.

Hubspot is an intuitive tool to organize your sales efforts, from the suspect stage all the way to closing complex deals.

Pros

Easy to enter the information that you want to capture. Emails are automatically attached to the contact and deal. Sales funnel can be set up by customizable lead status and deal stage. Contact page has all relevant information organized intuitively.

Cons

Activity feed contains important information but is limited to 200 notifications without a paid upgrade. Sometimes emails are missed by the software and need to be put in manually. Would like to have a market segmentation property with each prospect for targeted email campaigns.

Pros

I used this service primarily for its email tracking feature that allowed me to get notifications whenever anyone opened an email I've sent or clicked on the links in the emails. I used it in work and study to make sure I'm as efficient and communicative as possible in my daily tasks and important matters that required swift correspondence.

Cons

Hubspot was at times very tricky to deal with, especially when it came to activating the service in multiple mailboxes - every once in a while it would disconnect from the mailbox and I'd have to go on their website and re-activated, which wasn't the most smooth experience I had.

Overall, I cannot believeI get so many features and support FREE! I briefly tested Hubspot before and finally decided to transfer all of my data to it. It is an amazing platform. I use it more than I use my email because I can send and receive responses directly to and from clients. Plus I can call them from Hubspot without having to hunt down my phone. Its pretty awesome.

Pros

It is very intuitive and easy to use. I especially love the built in free video training. Not only do they have amazing videos, their blog is packed with lots of golden nuggets.

Cons

I don’t have any complaints. I would like to suggest that they give us 10 email templates instead of 5 on the free plan. It is not a deal breaker though.

I've had great experiences overall with syncing contacts to salesforce as well as tracking clearly all of the integrations and sources of leads.

Pros

I love the sheer freedom that Hubspot allows, for tracking any marketing as well as syncing well with Salesforce. This has helped us track our leads very well and is very useful.

Cons

I do wish that the forms and lists would be more straightforward. While these are clear, making a minor change and passing it along can become tedious and a bit of trial and error.

Great if you want to track emails. Free product so you can't really complain about it much!

Pros

I use Hubspot to track emails, that is the only functionality I use. I know they offer a lot but I really only use it to see when people open up my emails. Being in sales, it is so important to be “lucky” and having good timing. I create my own luck by being notified when a possible client opens up my email. I will conveniently call them shortly after they open it

Cons

Sometimes when I open up a new tab within google chrome Hubspot will open an entirely new tab and what i was initially searching for goes away. It's extremely frustrating and i'm not sure if there is a way to turn that off.
