is a great tool, is user friendly and versatile witch help our business manage our customer relationships efficiently.

Pros

has intuitive interface witch make it very easy to use, even for the non-techie colleagues. Another feature we like is the automations that can be done and its integration with the other HubSpot services.

Cons

We did not encounter things we like less that are worth mentioning here.

I think HubSpot has started to think that they are big brand in the market and no alternatives are available but there are many less pricey options available and they will outperform Hubspot soon. Overall my experience has been below par with this.

Pros

The interface is easy to understand and the free plan is also helpful in getting started and testing how things work in the CRM

Cons

Most of the useful features are locked so you can only try them if you are will to way a heavy amount as they very pricey. The speed is also slow if you upload large data into the CRM

I use it every day for work and it's one of the better CRM systems I have used in my career. It's very simple and easy to navigate and has been pretty easy to train other team members in! I am thankful my company uses Hubspot.

Pros

It is super user friendly and has a lot of awesome customizable features.

Cons

I wish there was a more robust email template customization opportunity. Felt kind of limited on font and styles

I can't think of anything negative about HubSpot in the year and half we've used it.

I liked that gathers all the contact information, their activity streams, and interaction history in one location. It let me have immediate access to the lead context without switching in between different platforms or email inboxes which helped in follow-ups.

Cons

The task management of portion was seemed static for me in working style. It also does not feature an escalation or a dependency mechanism when working on concurrent multistep sales to have more complex teamwork within members.

We use the free version that is packed with robust features like contact management, email tracking, and a customizable sales pipeline, that makes the app accessible either to small teams like ours. The integration capabilities are a major highlight—we’ve seamlessly connected HubSpot with tools like Google Workspace, aweber, Wordpress website, etc., ensuring a smooth workflow.

Cons

While offers a strong set of features in its free tier, many of the more advanced tools, such as detailed reporting and automation workflows, are only available in the higher-priced plans. For a small team like ours, the cost of scaling to paid plans is expensive compared to other options. The software has got tons of features and customization capabilities making hard to understand which are useful for small teams.

Still a great service, I particularly like their email add on which helps oyu add email contacts directly to your CRm and keep a track on opens and comms.

Cons

Still very expensive to grow with the platform, especially as a small business, so it feel like use will ultimately be limited as won't be able to progress to the next tier.

On boarding team is excellent. They really ensure you are set up for success. Although after your first year on the platform they really only check in around renewal time.

Cons

Cost increases annually without new features. There has been no advancement to include AI to automate deal progression, updating Hubspot information etc.

is an amazing site and though I'm still using the free plan,the intention is to eventually upscale to a paid version so as to utilize the more advanced tools and capabilities.

Pros

is very user friendly also the free plan has features that other paid CRMs don't have so that's a plus for HubSpot.

Cons

The paid tier is a little bit pricey compared to other CRMs.Larger establishments benefit more from paying more leaving smaller SMEs to opt for the free plan.

Overall it's a great CRM compared to many that I've used in the past. It's very intuitive and has many research and knowledge base articles for suggestions and their team has been great to work with. The integrations are simple to set up and we've created streamlined lead gen from our other systems.

Pros

Hubspot is much more streamlined and easier to navigate after some of the recent dashboard updates than it was in it's previous legacy view. Some of the best things about hubspot are it's tiled deal summary, it's customizable reports and dashboards, and the ability to easily assign tasks and tag other users in the interface and on contacts, tasks, deals, and leads.

Cons

The outbound prospecting sequences are not optimized for true sales professionals. You do not have a way to sort by opens, clicks, or emails on the sequences, and have no export feature to reenroll or tag these leads to dive down deeper. If I'm targeting 100+ contacts per sequence, I do not have the time to manually review who opened the email to call, or reenroll into a new campaign based on the success or failure of the last one. This would be an amazing feature once added to really make prospecting better integrated with Hubspot.

The CRM is quite traditional but the automatic gathering of visual bits, like the logos for organisations based on the URLs, makes HubSpot a very pleasing product to use. The best thing is that the HubSpot family has a lot of different tools you can use for various purposes–not only for gathering customer or lead data.

Pros

The platform has everything you can think of built in it. The advantage of vast spectrum of other HubSpot products out there makes this CRM a very interesting product.

Cons

The platform has a lot of routes that can make you wonder around a bit before getting where you wanted to go in the first place.
