Pros

Use ability of the software, and activation is very fast, only takes 30 seconds, like that the tiers start from free.

Cons

Deal stages want to be mapped to marketing better. Workflows and lists and deals and contacts need to be more intuitive. Everything is very manual. If a stage is met to a trigger it should move over. Beyond deals, I want to export to do more to calls right now it sits there. Importing companies needs to be better at deduplication. Have multiple emails to one contact, so if salesforce do it why not hubspot.

Pros

I really like the interface, everything is smooth and the UX is clear. The features are more than enough for a first-time CRM user.

Cons

Some flows are impossible to edit in the Free version and it might be slightly annoying. Sometimes the interface is a bit lagging too.

I love the ease of use and that you can see all of the conversations that anyone who is in the system had with them. I love the automation and the creation of a marketing sequence to make it easier to be in touch with your partners.

Pros

I like the sequence features. I can enroll my contacts into a series of emails that automatically send out to them so that I do not have to remember to follow up if they do not respond. Makes my job a lot easier!

Cons

Sometimes that tracking can be off so we do track in a different software. It is not a huge deal to us.

Overall, it is still a top recommendation for many who need to implement a starter CRM. There is no reason not to use it, but there are some others that are more reasonable as you scale for Marketing and Sales.

Pros

HubSpot offers so much for free before. Honestly, it kicks everyone else’s butt. They get you stuck on their amazing services while you are small that you’ll want to stay as you grow... right up until your budget doesn’t allow you to do so.

Cons

As I mentioned, you get a lot with their free account and while the CRM itself is free for life, which is still amazing, they hook you with their Marketing and Sales Tools which is really where the money is.

It's a really nice to have software that was not super time consuming to set up. But, I imagine it would be easier to implement if you were just starting out and set this up. It is hard for us to adapt to using it since we haven't had a CRM for the first 6.5 years of business.

Pros

I do love that Hubspot offers it completely free, feature rich CRM. It is nice to be able to try out a CRM without having to commit to buy it. The features seem more than adequate, and having a CRM set up is kind of a no-brainer.

Cons

The user interface isn't super modern, or intuitive, and actually implementing it in everyday use is harder said than done. I also haven't been able to configure the exact funnel / pipeline stage dashboard I want yet. Perhaps that's being a new user, but I think it also points to it being less intuitive than it could be.

\- Seemingly minor features that are actually very beneficial. - Suitable for larger companies as well as small businesses. - The amount of quality integrations with other software/products.

Pros

No other tool makes it easier to manage customer relationships and prevent important communications from falling through the cracks.

Cons

I have yet to find anything I don't like about it. If anything, it has a lot of features, so you need to be prepared to spend a little time learning about everything so you can fully take advantage of it.

Pros

Transitioning from an in-house CRM to Hubspot's CRM has opened the door to many more features. Some of my favorite features include email templates, custom views per contact, logging all conversations with the ability to book meeting time directly to your calendar, and the ability to auto-log conversations are extremely valuable as we better refine our customer personas.

Cons

At this time, I don't have many complaints about the software. We will be transitioning to Hubspot's Marketing Automation platform and anticipate any limitations we are currently facing with our in-house technology will be solved.

The marketing tool, really complete with a lot of automation available (worksflows for example) which saves us a ton of time.

Cons

reports. I find the m to be pretty lacking of what I want to see. Good for a general overview but doesn't allow us to see in detail.

Love the fact it is so easy to integrate this software to my Wix Website . I enjoy this feature a lot. In fact, my company did use Hubspot as a form for our email subscribers and it works perfectly well. My experience as a new email marketing user, this is definitely a great platform .

Pros

Email Marketing can never be any smoother and easier than this! I love how easy and simple it is to operate the entire email marketing campaign. Yes, it may not offer as much versatility and awesome creative templates. However, looking at the bright side, it is the most straightforward and direct set up you can possibly find. With just a few buttons, a beginner who is just approaching this software might find it easy and simple to use! I would definitely recommend this to whoever is just looking to set up a small scale email campaign. As I am a free user and also have a small number of leads each month, with an amount of 1000 free emails is more than enough for my monthly usage.

Cons

Perhaps when it gets to the task management , it can be a bit confusing. But so far everything is fine as I mostly utilize the form and email features.

Follow up is everything in sales. And sales is everything when you're in business. allows me to stay on top of the conversations I've had with prospects and what steps I need to take to continue to follow up with them.

Pros

I jumped in with it because it was free. And that is astonishing, because the software is fantastic. It's a great organizational tool that integrates with my Gmail and allows me to stay on top of my clients and prospects.

Cons

I can't think of any negatives. Not only is it free, but it actually works like it is supposed to, making it easy to keep track.

Unlike other CRMs I've used, Hubspot is easy to navigate in a way that makes sense. You never have to go searching for information and you don't have to dig to see exactly where you are in the sales process - the information is presented in an easy-to-read format.

Cons

The linear design of each opportunity can sometimes make it difficult to find information since you have to scroll all the way to the bottom. A more streamlined view would be better.

Due to the fact that my team is very rarely all in the office at the same time, HubSpot allows all of my team to have access to the CRM from wherever they are.

Pros

Once initial setup and configuration is done, the software is very intuitive and allows for simple training of new personnel to make sure that customer information is entered in a uniform manner. By providing a web-based solution, all of my employees can see the necessary information whether or not they are in the office at the time.

Cons

There is quite a bit to set up, and it can all be a bit overwhelming and confusing. However, this is necessary due to the sheer amount of functionality that the software provides.
