I use it daily for scheduling content on our social media platforms. HubSpot makes it easy to schedule posts across all our social channels. Their workflows and sequences make it easy to automate emails whilst ensuring the emails are personalised and targeted. Their email builder is easy to use and makes it simple to create great looking emails. Overall, very happy,

Pros

The customer support is outstanding, whenever I've had an issue they are quick to reply on the chatbot or over the phone. I have also completed a few of their HubSpot Academy courses which give great ideas for marketing and getting full use of the platform.

Cons

Sometimes some of our images in our emails are compressed and don't look as sharp as they should.

Pros

Ease of use and lots of functionalities, easy merge for duplication management and lots of possibilities to add custom fields.

Cons

API a bit confusing, sometimes seems that they don't have an standard on how to develop APIs and each developer defines itself. A bit hard to use it. Also cache control in app is not the best it could be.

As I've said, I'm still new to using this - but overall, I'm amazed at how easy it can be to attempt to contact a ton of leads in one day!

Pros

The automated features in Hubspot, like Templates and Snippets and SEQUENCES, allow me to attempt more contacts with more of my leads. I'm new to this sort of web based CRM and let me tell you, the CLICK TO DIAL function is crazy! I dialed mannually for 20 years! I'm easily making 100 plus dials a day, even when I make contact with my leads.

Cons

It would be nice to be able to create a workflow that would allow me to assign accounts to a task queue instead of having to do that manually -

Tracking of sales activities, seamless integration with the HubSpot Marketing Automation Platform.

Pros

It's really easy to use. Some other CRMs like Salesforce are much more complex. Being able to easily customize properties and fields is nice. The Deals features are useful and nicely designed.

Cons

The limited reporting functionalities and poorly designed dashboard capabilities. There are inconsistencies, which makes reporting incredibly frustrating.

Overall, the software is good for the money and they have several different plans. But the customer support is not that fast and good.

Pros

I liked the ease of use, I think is very intuitive and you can work your way around by yourself to use this CRM. Also I liked how is easy to connect with other platforms or databases.

Cons

The customer support when you want to be a partner or purchaser is very bad. They are slow responding emails and join late to meetings.

Reason for choosing HubSpot CRM

Mainly because of its fame, prestige and its price.

It is easy and simple to learn how to use, besides being very useful and allow adding all your work team within a single platform in a way that helps you have more control over your business

Pros

It is a great tool for small businesses, easy to use with a friendly platform that you can easily familiarize with, besides offering a great help support, it allows you to maintain control over your business, sales and improve the quality of the deal with your customers

Cons

The only problem is that you have to pay to be able to access tools that may be very necessary when you start a business but other than that it does not present a major problem

I wish there was an ability to search property history fields as opposed to what they currently are and what the original was. I would like to see what they were at some point.

The single best part of the HubSpot sales tools and CRM is that salespeople actually USE them. They're not just user-friendly; they are designed with salespeople in mind. The tools help save salespeople time by doing some of the formerly manual and cumbersome work for them! Plus, the way the pipeline and deal stages work - they actually are easy to use and report back with not just designed for top level executive reporting. Plus, as with all HubSpot tools, the training is fantastic (inbound sales methodology AND inbound sales software training is available) as well is their consistently great support.

Pros

It is truly designed for the mind of a salesperson to use. It's easy, clean, makes sense and saves people time.

Cons

Unless you have the reports add on, seriously robust reporting can be a bit of a struggle.

We are in the early stages of using a CRM, but overall it has made us more organized, allowed us to track our conversations and provides us reporting that we can use to make decisions.

Pros

Other than it being free??? The fact that you can create customization fields to work with your business. Hubspot is really created more around a traditional business and there are a lot of nuances to franchising. I was able to manipulate Hubspot to meet my needs.

Cons

I don't like that the user roles are based around a product and that you can't remove access from a particular field for editing by user. This would make me give a 5 star across the board.

We ended up switching to another product after a few months that could sync with our insurance quotes. However, if your business doesn't generate lots of quotes, HubSpot CRM could still be a good option for you.

Pros

HubSpot did the job and worked well with other HubSpot products; sharing and syncing information when we needed it.

Cons

While it synced well with other HubSpot products, it did not sync with the software that we use to generate insurance quotes.

Pros

The abilty to load all of my contacts without having to pay a fee or signup for anything.

It's a little confusing at first, and if you are not a computer savy person, it may be very challenging.

The functionality of HubSpot CRM is fantastic, and the possibilities for what you can do are truly limitless. HubSpot CRM is very popular also a lot of training videos are available on the internet. The best thing I loved about this CRM is the free trial if you are a new user you can choose the free trial which can be extremely advantageous for small enterprises and startups. Another advantage of HubSpot CRM is easy to use and learn. Its friendly interface enables us to follow prospects, manage contacts, and close deals at a minimal cost.

Cons

Its Professional and Enterprise prices are too high. Overall this is good but there is no mobile app if they integrate with WhatsApp I think so it should be best.

It is missing a lot of key features that I've used in other CRMs but it does get the minimum job done as long as you're willing to work with it. It takes a bit of time to get used to and standardize the way you use it across a team.

Pros

I like that every user can customize their own views of contacts and companies. I also appreciate being able to create reports easily.

Cons

I don't like that it doesn't let me track my sales movement the way I would like to. There are limited functionalities to strategically plan my sales pipeline. Also, it's hard to see all the information on one page. It is designed to look attractive rather than fully functional.
