Pros

The best part about Hubspot products is they're essentially foolproof. It doesn't take long to navigate tools and find what you need. Everything does exactly what it says on the tin and works well. Seeing a lead's history of interacting with your brand online is pretty mind-blowing and really helps you understand what channels are attributing the most.

Cons

This isn't relevant to the CRM, but I'd like to see a big revamp on the keyword tool. Similar to something like Moz. I Know topic clusters are a focus now, but clients like to see progress in ranking on important keywords. Moz's setup is a go-to for me, but it'd be great to have something similar for Hubspot.

It was ok we were able to add some additional features to make our workflow easier. However there’s still seems to be quite a bit of redundancy

Pros

It was inexpensive and has some features that we were interested in using it does feel clunky at times and we have to use many clicks to get a task done

Cons

I’m speaking from an end user perspective we used it and it was not a good experience. However I don’t know of too many CRM projects that are good

Pros

The platform is very easy to use, with great engagement tools, automation potential and a robust feature set. It can be an all-in-one system to with many options to integrate with other systems.

Cons

Many standard features are only available via the paid service. Email marketing does not allow for attachments to be included meaning we can't always use Hubspot for certain communications.

Pros

Very modern and intuitive user interface. It has all the basic functionalities you need. We are a small business and do not need a complex set up, as such I'm not able to say if this is great for larger businesses but for us this is perfect. It also has a great chrome extension which automatically copies emails into the crm and tracks opens.

Cons

\- I was not able to figure out how to customize the view that users see for their dashboards, and contact profiles. I haven't written support yet as the team is small enough that I have just set up each user's views while on their account.

There's a ton to like about : 1) It's free for small business 2) It's straightforward and easy to use 3) Like any CRM, it helps so much with organization (and coupled with #2, it's easy to get the team on the same page) 4) It's almost guaranteed to integrate with the other software you're using

Cons

There's not much to dislike about . It's a really solid platform that does exactly what it was designed to do.

Pros

It covers the basics of a CRM system like contacts & companies, deals and tasks. It is easy to use and there are plenty of how to materials to learn. It is integrated with multiple apps including Zapier which is a big deal. It's likely the best FREE CRM solutions out there if you're needs aren't above a basic CRM.

Cons

It is a launching pad and a gateway to the paid features Hubspot Sales and Marketing which are not on the cheap side unfortunately. Well, at least is a good place to start until the business grows and you can afford to upgrade.

Pros

Hubspot does have a lot of articles and 3rd parties supporting it. So a google search really helps to resolve integrations and issues.

Cons

Like most hubspot marketing, their products seem to be a one-size fits all that can solve any industry's problem. However, once you dig in, you start to realize there's always a feature or two missing or something it just can't do. You really need to try using the CRM to see if it has lead and sales tracking setup the way you need to.

Relying on your gut is no longer as necessary with the BI tools available today. HubSpot is a core piece of our data/model-driven strategy to ensure we are making the best possible decisions based on available data. It also allows us to fail faster when historical data is not available keeping us from heading down a rabbit hole that could be difficult to recover from.

Pros

Very easy to use. Intuitive design makes it easy to add and find contacts, create opportunities and track through the funnel. Integration with HubSpot's marketing automation and Service Hub give our sales team a complete snapshot of their customers.

Cons

Campaigns are hard to track, which can create issues when calculating CAC and CLV. If this is critical, there is an integration with Salesforce that solves this problem.

What can I say. If you're looking for an automation platform and CRM that your whole team can use; across sales and marketing, then it has to be HubSpot. Closed loop data and reporting on every aspect of the funnel means your whole organisation can be aligned on reponsibilities - anyone can add to the CRM, and every interaction, from the first click on your site, through conversion, nurture and close can be monitored and acted on.

Pros

Clear tracking, clear annotation, good reporting, good integration with other platforms (you don't just have a CRM here, you have a traceable intgratable platform with all your marketing and sales tools - an an increasing list of 3rd party tools like LinkedIn.

Cons

Im sure there are a few 3rd party integrations that would remain useful to have with HUbPSot CRM. But generally if enough people ask, you're like to see those integrations happen.

Hubspot is an amazing company that is always improving. They are a safe bet anytime you need a new software!

Pros

Hubspot used to be a tool that was very simple and basic and was a tool you would graduate out of very quickly. With the improvements/enhancements they've made they are now a solution you can Grow with and use for much longer/if not forever.

Cons

The chat that comes with the CRM is pretty basic. There is no chat app, not easy to loop others in, It's just a very basic chat functionality.

Hubspot is a great service to learn about digital marketing. The CRM is free to use at the beginning and it is a great way to dip your toes in the water and learn about using CRMs in your daily work.

Pros

This customer relationship management system has everything you need to fill your pipeline with deals, follow up, and close business accounts. Hubspot keeps it very simple to use and has great dashboard to keep you organized.

Cons

Most CRMs have some sort of plugin and integrations with other systems. Hubspot is somewhat limited in this offering as opposed to a salesforce, which has 3rd party apps that really help your workflow.

HubSpot is intuitive to use, can be widely customised and you can probably do everything you ever imagine in terms of sales and pipeline management. Great CRM, looks modern and sleek and the mobile app works nicely.

Cons

Pricing is more toward established companies, bootstrapped startups might find it a bit expensive.

My overall experience has been good so far. The support team will occasionally have some issues but for the most part, HS does the majority of what I need and is extremely easy to use - and in an organization like mine that is constantly changing and moving people into different roles, it's important to be able learn new systems quickly.

Pros

I have used a variety of CRM tools in the past, none have been simpler than HS. Easy to learn, easy to use. If you spend time exploring the system HS can do much more than you think at first look.

Cons

The biggest con for my personal use of HS at Curate, is the lack of direct integrations with other software tools that we are utilizing...Chilipiper, Monday etc.

Overall, my grievances are minor and I think it is a great tool.

Pros

I like how synced all the different pieces are. If you had custom CSS files and JS files to your blog or landing pages, the system will tell you which pages are connected to the file. I like the flexibility of the API.

Cons

Their system does not allow you to assign multiple companies to a contact, which is frustrating when contact may have a franchise. Occasionally, their redesigns are a bit confusing and needing to relearn where sections are can be annoying. In the past, I recall thinking the organization wasn't broked previously this change seems to have "broken" it.

Pros

Easy to use. It's very user friendly and intuitive. If you have any issues the new chat support is very helpful.

Cons

Templates can be a bit hard to edit. Once you get the hang of it though it's a lot easier. AGain, chat support is very helpful in guiding you through this and any issues you may run into.

Pros

The pricing and package options are structured in a way that suits my sales and marketing function as it has grown. I've been able to get more done without having to use multiple platforms to achieve the same result. This means I have "Hub" for all my marketing and sales activity.

Cons

When I first signed up the product package mix was not good value for money. They seem to have resolved this now.

Before starting to use , we were trying to combine Hubspot COS with Salesforce. We had lots of meetings between sales and marketing to try to keep everyone on the same page, and still felt like we were always disconnected. Since starting to use Hubspot CRM, it's easy to check in with each other, track the impact of our work, and answer questions without wasting time in meetings. It was so easy to use that we didn't need any additional training. Our Sales and Marketing teams are using the same platform now, which helps with strategic alignment. We can see the history of contacts from both the sales communication side and the marketing side in one place, which gives us a more complete picture of each contact. There's some low-level functionality that's missing - reorganizing information and fixing user errors is more complicated than it should be. It sometimes takes some digging to find the information you want, as what feels like it should be an overview page isn't always.
