### "A great way to align Sales and Marketing"

Before starting to use Hubspot CRM, we were trying to combine Hubspot COS with Salesforce. We had lots of meetings between sales and marketing to try to keep everyone on the same page, and still felt like we were always disconnected. Since starting to use Hubspot CRM, it's easy to check in with each other, track the impact of our work, and answer questions without wasting time in meetings. It was so easy to use that we didn't need any additional training. Our Sales and Marketing teams are using the same platform now, which helps with strategic alignment. We can see the history of contacts from both the sales communication side and the marketing side in one place, which gives us a more complete picture of each contact. There's some low-level functionality that's missing - reorganizing information and fixing user errors is more complicated than it should be. It sometimes takes some digging to find the information you want, as what feels like it should be an overview page isn't always.

I run a large part of our business operations from Hubspot. I cannot imagine not having it or a tool like it at this point.

Pros

Low barrier to entry, cost wise, for a feature rich CRM system. The functionality is mostly intuitive and allows us to track all interaction with our clients.

Cons

I wish the top level dashboards provided more value. They are cumbersome to setup and don't provide basic information that would be useful.

### "Great for organization"

overall i have had a great experiance with hubspot, they recently added options to help get rid of duplicates and it is super easy to use and clean up your whole CRM.

Pros

I love that i have all of my marketing, sales, and website hosting all in one place. I can also track the analytics right from hubspot as well.

Cons

There needs to be more options to build reports. like secondary info tracked on top of the original info we had.

I like the "smart" fields within HubSpot's CRM, how it offers additional information when I type in the email domain. The interface is very user-friendly. It has a simple approach, is organized well, and empowers me ... a little! It just helps me connect with what I do on the marketing side of the platform with the people side (sales).

Pros

Support - no matter my preference of contact, HubSpot meets my needs.

Cons

I wish CRM could integrate with emails from a specific workflow. Maybe there is a solution to this that I just haven't recognized yet!

Pros

I work for a multi-residential developer and tracking leads and follow up through Hubspot is an incredible tool. At first it felt like a waste of time, but once I began to understand the benefits I became hooked. It's an incredible database that is customizable to your uses. You can search for key leads, track how a lead found you and how long of a process it was for them to help with future predictions of sales, set up templates and easily blast through tasks.

Cons

I'm not wild about the app. I find it to be less user friendly than the website. And I wish it would track text messages the way it tracks phone calls.

It's free which is probably the biggest benefit. So if you'd like a CRM that gets the job done, or just want to try out part of the Hubspot platform then this is a great option.

Cons

You get more than what you pay for, but it's a little limited on features since it's free.

Overall HubSpot has increased my efficiency and workflow for tracking and onboarding clients as well as closing them out. I appreciate the reminders HubSpot sends when I need to complete a follow up or action. I would recommend this to any therapist looking to cutdown on to-do lists and to make onboarding an easier process.

Pros

I use this software to track the status of potential clients as well as to manage and track onboarding tasks. I love that I customize so much of this platform to my specific practice needs and steps for onboarding. HubSpot has allowed me to drastically reduce my use of to-do lists and sticky notes because I am now able to have everything centrally located in HubSpot!

Cons

It took me a while to get used to the interface and navigating the features most relevant to my needs. Once I got it down though it's been easy to navigate and allowed my to be more efficient in my processes for onboarding.

We have been using Hubspot now for about 6 months and I think I found the love of my life. Everything that Hubspot does is so simple and effective that I question why we waited so long to make the commitment. The app itself is very clean and laid out effectively. The reporting is super handy for when the boss is suddenly raising questions and it's great to be able to get off the phone and immediately leave notes in a persons profile. We also love that you can create custom fields.

Pros

SUPER clean and effective layout. It's so easy to navigate. Love that it integrates with the marketing platform too. Love that there is no additional cost to add this feature too!

Cons

It absolutely takes time to figure out the entire system. All Hubspot platforms have so many moving parts that you really need to understand not only inbound marketing as a whole, but then how the entire platform works together. The tutorial online is great and gives you some great tips but I do wish there was a full run through of the mobile version so you know where things are, especially with updates!

Before using HubSpot we tried a BandCamp/Highrise Duo and Infusionsoft. BandCamp/Highrise didn't have enough capabilities for our growing business and Infusionsoft was just too involved. Discovering HubSpot made our work so much easier. It's intuitive and easy to use and literally covers everything we could possibly need to run our business. I highly suggest using HubSpot.

Pros

HubSpot's automation platform is EASY, unlike Infusionsoft. I can literally set up, test, and run a new automated flow in minutes.

Cons

There tends to be a lot of duplicate files that get created and I have to merge them with the original all the time. I also wish that the automation had a reconnecting option. As of right now, if a client doesn't meet the "if" branch, they're just unenrolled.

Cons

I wish it would be linked to a site like infotelligent or interseller so that way it scans for duplicate companies or organizes the parent/child companies for you.

The customer relationship management system has great tracking features. For every client, there is this contact record where you would find all the communication details be it calls or chats or messages readily available. With the data available, the sales team can get necessary leads and personalize deals. They offer the variety of templates and the email tracking feature helps you stay updated. They use a simple Graphical user interface. Just in one view, you will be summarized about the calls, follow-ups and page visits. You can check the website visits to keep a track on how often firms visit your website. Task scheduling, tasks tracking, call monitoring are a few other features that help your sales force stay organized. Its integration with HubSpot marketing helps you stay synced with the contacts.

Cons

The application is free, but the sales pro version is indeed costly. The application looks outdated and social auto fill options are absent.

Pros

I love that hubspot allows me to automate my sale process and keep track of leads. It's great to be able to coordinate on one platform with the rest of my team and keep notes and reminders all in the same place.

Cons

It can be very difficult to access some key sales statistics. The report side is limited and a lot of the essential sales features (like sequences) are not available as sortable data unless you want to create manual contact properties. I have faith the sales side will eventually catch up to the marketing side where data has clearly been prioritized, but in the meantime it can be frustrating that the sales side lacks those features.

Pros

The thing that I like most about the HubSpot CRM is that it organizes all my contact information about my clients in a simple easy to use way. It gathers information for me through my email system (Outlook). I can easily import data and new contacts from excel and access. All around a good system.

Cons

under the conversations system, in the inbox, the bot that was set up is kinda stupid. People will ask a question and the bot uses their question as their name. That might just be on our end though and not the CRM. IDK I wasn't the one who set up the bot.

Overall this is a great platform for small-medium sized businesses. It has all the features we need and more without being super complex like other platforms. Their support/help service is quick, human, and efficient.

Pros

Ease of use, transparency across our business, educational resources provided at certain work points, track/logging functions.

Cons

When there is a known/global issue, it can damper the day's business. Also, emails from non-contacts do not log even if you add the contact before responding.
