It's very comprehensive and easy to use for different departments in our company. Especially the great customer service is a huge plus.

Pros

The easy handling of functionalities and the ease of communication between the entire team. Even contacts with a lot of history are easy to manage.

Cons

The integration of e-mails is a bit challenging as company, contact and deal properties don't show the same synchronization of conversations.

### "Hubspot is great for nearly everything!"

Overall experience with Hubspot has been great. We started using it a few months ago, and so far there have not been many complaints. Our Hubspot customer service rep is easy to reach and works with us through all of our questions to find out how best to form the app to fit our needs.

Pros

What my team loves most about Hubspot is the ability to pick and choose what fields we would like represented in the Service > Tickets sidebars. This is extremely helpful for our team as we need to post a lot of links that have easy access and lots of visibility. The CRM also just makes sense, it's pretty simplistic and as long as you don't overthink anything, you'll get along just fine using it.

Cons

What our team still struggles with is not having the date a project is due (or in our companies case, the date of an event) on the 'card' in the service pipeline main page. This is something we are still working to add, but it is extremely frustrating to have to click into a ticket every time we want to see the date of an event.

Overall my experience with Hubspot has been great. I still have more to learn about the software but Hubspot offers a lot of online videos and support that helps to get to know features. I am newer in my role and Hubspot has been very helpful in helping me keep focused on the right activities.

Pros

By setting lead scoring and utilizing templates, snippets, and task reminders I can quickly keep in touch with prospects in a very efficient way. Making it easier to deploy a well thought out sales strategy that takes people through various stages of the sales process.

Cons

I wouldn't mind a few features where emails are automatically deployed when a certain trigger if initiated.

The customer service is great. The product itself is great. If I had a project management tool to use the product would be perfect.

Pros

I like HubSpot's workflows and vast array of products. I think it is a great tool for CRM Management of contacts. I use the tasks and deals the most. This product helps me stay organized with my thousands of contacts.

Cons

I wish there was more of a project management tool. The deals are being used for this currently even though that's not what deals are meant for. To have a chain of tasks linked together would be a great feature for how I use HubSpot.

Reason for choosing HubSpot CRM

The price and deal stages are what sold us.

Pros

Pros

HubSpot is extremely intuitive. You can create contacts and opps then connect them together in a linked fashion. This allows for automatic logging through Gmail in addition to manually notes you make. When a deal goes dead on vine, its easy to see due to visibility.

Cons

Sales templates aren't set up the best, poor file management, dodgy font correlation, poor search function. Sometimes you don't know what the email is going to look like til it's sent.

Pros

How easy it is to customize CRM to the company's needs. Tracking of leads activity is super cool (emails, opens, activity on website, forms etc).

Cons

Some mistakes with reporting or notifications - not all answers can be found on community help.

Cons

Hubspot pricing model is build to charger more money for a high volume of contacts. This might be a disadvantage for companies that are in B2C business and have a large volume of customers.

HubSpot is a fantastic company, offers a great product and provide top quality material for people to learn about marketing. I was interested in the product around 5 years ago, but the pricing was too high. They have changed their offering and pricing. The pricing is now more accessible for soleprenuers, small companies or non-profits.

Pros -Easy to use and modern interface - Pricing plans to meet the needs of business - Continually innovating to improve their product - Fantastic integration between Sales, Marketing and Services - Some of the best practices in the industry

Cons

\- The Product has been changed regularly over the past few years to find product/market fit. Therefore, it causes confusion and has stopped me becoming a paid customer.

Pros

Cost for free version, email tracking, adds emails and contacts from sent emails. Overall the set up is pretty easy and painless. Intuitive to use. You can also choice which feaures and benefots you want to focus on and use

Cons

Price levels should be more flexible....more options. Also. more prompts on whether to add a contact automatically would be helpful so Contact/Company list is not too large from being added on sent emails.

Cons

It's not easy to use for sales. There is still a long way to go until this product will compete with its biggest competitor in the CRM space. Reports are very hard to use and to customize.

Hubspot's CRM is a great free CRM system if you do not already have a CRM system. At my company we have Salesforce which is a better fit for our needs because of the customization ability and we also use Salesforce as a project management system in our business. Because of our unique case we rarely find ourselves using the , but if we were just starting out with a CRM system Hubspot would be our choice.

Pros

Very easy to use Free

Cons

Lacks Customization but this can be seen as a positive if you are just looking for a stable CRM system.

HubSpot solved our issue of managing our lists of contacts. We were disorganized and having trouble keeping track of information, and when we decided to make the switch to this CRM, many of our stresses regarding our customers were alleviated.

Pros

HubSpot makes it easy to keep track of and send emails to our users. It is fairly priced for a CRM and the ease of use definitely makes the price worth it.

Cons

We made a few mistakes, which in the end we paid for and were ultimately our fault, but we felt that they could have been documented a little bit better. We learned quickly though and it is simple to avoid these errors.

We are more productive and have great insight into our sales and customer data. This tool has an awesome UI and is easy to learn.

Pros

I love the ability to see reports on almost everything. Customized messaging with sequences has helped us be more productive while providing analytics into what type of messaging is effective.

Cons

That’s really tough because the product works great - when I think of something, I’ll let the support team know.

I testet it out, but preferred other software. For me, it is not a good tool.

Pros

I used it fro CRM, Contact Management, Lead Management The Software ist easy to use.

Cons

Too much features which have to be paid for, a little bit confusing interface. I don't like the Outlook Integrationa t all, it is working unreliable.

HubSpot offers everything under the sun for a CRM, and a suite of integrations to help you fill in the gaps where needed.

Cons

It can be a little overwhelming, and expensive for smaller teams. Don't recommend "trying this out" unless you have a clear path and budget on a larger scale.

Pros

Ease of use is the best part of this CRM. It was built to be intuitive and in most cases it does not disappoint.

Cons

Reporting could be improved a bit, ideally without having to pay for the additional reporting add-on or the pro version.
