We can easily measure our ROI and learn a lot about our customers/contacts. And we save a lot of time because of Marketing Automation.

Pros

There is a lot to like on HubSpot. You can find nearly everything inside the tool, from Marketing Automation to reports. But I really like most the opportunity to change immediately everything on our website - I don't need an IT admin.

Cons

You really need a lot of time to get common with the tool. But it's worth the trouble. No other tool can give your more data in one.

Pros

It is easy to deploy and does the job, although it is very rudimentar. It does interact easily with my other tools.

Cons

Its interaction with my other tools is to agressive and not easy to set up. The price is also not as good as it could be.

This CRM truly helps with lead nurturing and all other things marketing. From an inbound perspective, it is phenomenal.

Pros

It was made thinking from a marketing perspective, where leads can be qualified and handled based on their source.

Cons

The set up and integration process was lenghty, though we received support from the Hubspot team at all times.

I grew my software company from 10 leads per month to 300. It literally changed my life.

Pros

HubSpot is born out of the inbound methodology, a highly effective approach to lead generation. They have built an end-to-end marketing and sales platform based on that methodology. Nobody else comes close. I trust them immensely to continue to innovate along that mission.

Cons

SMS in the CRM, android CRM app has limited functionality, not a fan of the wait time between product announcements and rollout

The is easy to use and has a lot of different capabilities. I've used other CRMs in the past that had poor UX, but even if I've had a problem arise with HubSpot in the past, the support team quickly gets on the case.

Cons

I've had issues with bounce rates in the past.

Pros

I love how easy Hubspot is to learn and use. The app is also super helpful on the go! Being able to see when a prospect opens an email or clicks is also nice :)

Cons

I wish there was a feature that allows us to see what number we called when reaching out to a prospect. I sometimes call different numbers to reach them and don't know which number I connected with them on. Also, a feature that hows us to pause a sequence would be really helpful. This can be done manually now, but just being able to pause it would be really helpful around holidays.

Hubspot is used for our account executives to manage their deals and workflow. Our customer success uses Hubspot to track onboarding and transitioning shops.

Pros

Creating a retention board to manage our customers and log any forms of communication. This allowed the team to be transparent with one another.

Cons

The reporting aspect of Hubspot can be confusing as well as creating workflows. Workflows that trigger automatic emails are the most confusing to setup in Hubspot

Pros

It has streamlined our CRM efforts, which has been hugely beneficial given that we're a small company that is growing quickly and need quick access to our pipeline at any given time. The support team has been very helpful in assisting us get the software do what we want it to.

Cons

It's a little clunky and requires some knowledge of coding to customize emails, etc. Not as intuitive as we would like, but overall gets the job done.

Cons

I use connected with Facebook Lead Ads and Mailer Lite. It runs amazingly and at a glance I have all the data I need about my subscribers and customers.

Pros

is a complete CRM solution for business of all kind. It's very easy to use it and with a ton of integrations you can really set up various "set it and forget it systems" saving time and money. Also it's free!

Cons

I really don't find something I don't like about . It is really a complete CRM solution, it can intergraded with almost anything, it can saves you a ton of time and money and it's free.

I tried a few different ways of organizing people I needed to get in contact with, when I should try them again, what I said to them last time, who were they again? made it easy and intuitive - there are features that I don't use, but they're out of the way, so I don't have to filter or sort through the blah blah I don't need.

Pros

Clean, intuitive but full-featured interface. Gmail integration. Calendar integration.

Cons

Anything that I think is a con is probably just something that I haven't done correctly yet. When I can get up and running in 10 minutes flat, any cons I discover are bound to be my own fault :)

Cons

It can become expensive. Specifically, as you add in more contacts expect to be charged more.

Hubspot is a great all in one tool for marketing, sales and customer success, and if you aren't at a stage where you can afford more powerful tools which focus on one of the above functions, Hubspot should be your go to for getting things off the ground, especially since it is fairly easy to get used to and understand.

Pros

Basic metrics, ease of use and ability to track activity

Cons

sequence capabilities and ability to use a workflow to go through tasks related to individual contacts who are in sequence

Pros

I can do almost anything with this across sales and marketing functions, including automation and reports that increase organizational impact and efficiency.

Cons

Though it can do everything I imagine in some way or another, there are some functionalities that aren't developed fully or have limitations.

Overall great product and it may scale just fine. We have been told they are creating more enterprise features and I trust them.

Pros

This product is so easy to use compared to most CRM platforms. It integrates really easily and really well with pretty much every product we use in our tech stack. It looks great, easy to customize, and it's so much cheaper than Salesforce. Especially if you are a start-up, they have special pricing.

Cons

The deals pipeline table doesn't scale super well and I'm concerned about the flexibility and how well it will scale. Not a ton to say though, overall I've been pretty happy.

There is a limit to the amount of filters that can be used on the contacts page and I have reached that number making manual filtering a bit of a pain.
