overall, this is much simpler than SFDC to learn, faster to load and not as cumbersome in terms ux..highly recommended

Pros

\- Simple to learn - Terrific on-boarding videos - Easy import wizard, gmail connector, etc - Sequence for prospecting is pretty robust - Got rid of other meeting tools because we can use their meeting links - Good task automation

Cons

\- No capability to pause sequence (e.g. during holidays) - Top menu currently is horizontal - need to make it vertical to simply navigation so it's in line with other modern tools like gmail - report creation wizard could be more intuitive

I have been using HubSpot for over a year now - when I originally started using HubSpot it was with my company, a young start-up company where me and one other person made up the entire marketing team. We were able to exist, and thrive, with only 2 people doing marketing because HubSpot made it so easy. Being able to create, alter, and send out emails, blogs, social media posts, etc from one central spot has been great. Instead of bouncing around from Mail Chimp, to Twitter, to Wordpress, we can do it all from HubSpot.

Pros

My favorite part of HubSpot is how connected everything is. I can keep the voice of the company and the content the same across various different platforms. Also - the customer service is always great.

Cons

The only con for some looking would be that the price is definitely expensive. While I do think it's worth it for something like this - it might be too large of a cost for a very new company to take on.

Pros

User-friendly with awesome video training and certification programs to help marketers improve. The lead capture forms, emails, and workflows are all important tools that we use on a regular basis to help our company build relationships and grow.

Cons

Lots of features are intertwined with different pricing "hubs". Getting the whole suite is way too expensive, so we are left knowing we aren't valued enough to use certain pre-existing features even though we still pay thousands per year. We've also had trouble getting support for a Hubspot to Salesforce integration. A lot of features are also dependent on using the HubSpot CRM, which you can't customize; it's not robust enough for our website, which means we're just SOL on some of Hubspot's coolest smart features.

Cons

If you are getting something for free be prepared for the unrelenting sales calls to try and get you on a paid version. It's a small tradeoff though.

Pros

Great CRM tool - very easy to use for the team thanks to their user friendly interface. The filters and the sequences are great for sales and we make a great use of it in the team. Workflows are also very useful even though the options are limited for them. Overall it is a great tool to use to start.

Cons

I believe the reporting dashboards and report builder are not very sophisticated and there are many limitations to the metrics you can analyse. The functions available are really limited and don't help me evaluate deal/contact activities on the detailed level I look for.

Pros

The functionality of HubSpot CRM is excellent and allows our team to filter, sort, and generate prospecting lists fast so that we can get through more contacts per day! Mobile access is a huge benefit!

Cons

HubSpot CRM is the best CRM we've used in years, you can't find anything you don't like!

Easy to use and nice functionality. Very customisable and the process of customising is quite easy.

Cons

Current suite of products that link with Hubspot are not as developed as they could be, meaning integrating all your customer facing interactions isn't quite seamless yet. Some elements of database management are quite complex and unwieldy.

Pros

HubSpot has been really valuable to us when it comes to a great CRM that helps our business data to be in one place. Whether it is existing deals, clients or candidates we can keep track on everything with this software. It is incredibly easy to navigate within and find needed data within seconds. We love having one source for all our activities.

Cons

We have definitely tried a few other CRM's that allow you to do more auto-filling of things than HubSpot CRM does. There is definitely some room for improvement when it comes to that.

I have never been so keen on any CRM or marketing tool. Hubspot is totally fantastic. Their entire team are incredibly helpful, and the speed with which you can make changes and implement new marketing techniques is outstanding and truly helped our organisation develop an acceptably-scalable, repeatable marketing process.

Pros

Very fast to build new pages, forms and a ton of tracking info about visitors. Workflows are also extremely powerful and straightforward. Solid integration with Salesforce.

Cons

Some features in the CRM could be a bit more complex - not much control over permissions, and deal pipelines if integrated with Salesforce are messy.

The layout is very clear and easy-to-use, and there are constantly new updates and improvements.

Cons

The only thing is that sometimes I come across a field/option that is confusing or could be made clearer, but they are good about listening to comments and trying to fix things constantly.

Pros

HubSpot making tracking leads and deals extremely simple, even for a team of both seasoned salespeople and secondary support staff. Extensive and simple trainings and clean design are also highlights. HubSpot also allows for a lot of useful customization to adapt to the particulars of your business.

Cons

HubSpot is a relatively large investment, especially for smaller companies without a lot of lead flow. And while this isn't inherently a design flaw, It is important that at least one person on your team is in charge of customizing the setup, setting the parameters for team use, and keeping it organized.

Pros

A lot of tools and functions all in one place, closing/renewing deals is a nice workflow and having required fields makes it easier to use. Knowledge Base tool is great as well

Cons

There's a lot going on, many tools/functions means they're all not great and can be a bit overwhelming to navagitate at times.

Pros

Ease of use -- no need to "onboard" your team. We just did a quick intro and then we were off to the races!

Overall, great CRM for our organization but definitely give it a trial period to test out the features.

Pros

Easy to customize the software to our specific needs. Great at tracking all KPIs you'd be interested in. Easily integrate with 3rd party apps.

Cons

There are some limitations, even on the paid plan for the CRM. Being unable to BCC an individual on an email is a miss. And while the support is great, there are infrequent email reply logging errors that are quite annoying to manually log. Have to pay to get more features to really see the full picture of your business and gets pricy quickly.
