Pros

Still a great service, I particularly like their email add on which helps oyu add email contacts directly to your CRm and keep a track on opens and comms.

Cons

Still very expensive to grow with the platform, especially as a small business, so it feel like use will ultimately be limited as won't be able to progress to the next tier.

Pros

Hubspot is a reliable CRM where you can manage a lot of different business operations and also automate them. Starting from marketing to sales and support.

Cons

Hubspot can get expensive really fast if you want to use all of its useful features like automations etc. So you really have to commit to using and growing with this tool or chose another tool which just focuses on more specific tasks.

The cost and hidden cost might push away lots of people. Its not expected for such software to be so expensive

HubSpot provides a link in my chain of automation nicely. I can see my email activity and sales pipeline very easily.

Pros

HubSpot is an easy to grip of, intuitive platform. There is a free version available and you can bolt on the bits you need by choosing the payment plan for your budget and needs. HubSpot connects seamlessly with your email infrastructure, etc..

Cons

HubSpot can easily become pricey if you add more functionality than you really need.

HubSpot CRM is a fantastic tool for managing your sales process. Once set up its easy to use and highly custimisable. HubSpot also have a bank of knowledge based content so they essentially have an answer or resource for anything you are trying to achieve.

Pros

It is by far the easiest to use CRM system I have used to date. I like the customisation range you have to create your own pipelines in line with your business and sales processes.

Cons

To begin with it can be quite daunting to configure but support has you covered.

We used HubSpot for a year and were advised by consultants to switch to a sales force. After about 2 years in the Sales Force, we switched back to Hubspot and now have a new appreciation for its simplicity.

Pros

Compared to the sales force this software is very easy to use for our salespeople. I'm loving the new AI features that have been released recently.

Cons

Workflows can be confusing and challenging to set up. I feel with enough time going through the knowledge base, it is pretty manageable, but you do have to invest time

It's a very easy to use CRM at it's core, but contains so much depth and the ability to always take it a step further with automations and workflows

Cons

The cost adds up quickly, and there are a lot of features that you have to upgrade to gain access to. The simple act of clicking a button you don't have access to will trigger Sales Reps to try, fairly aggressively, and get you to upgrade

Pros

Hubspot CRM is the premier marketing CRM and automation platform out there. It makes it so easy to store and organize contacts, segment your database into lists for targeted email marketing, and so much more.

Cons

The only thing I can honestly say I dislike is that they changed the navigation! I've been a Hubspot user for almost 10 years, and the nav changed really threw me off and is still taking some getting used to months later.

In the setting up process. I don't care for the fact I need to pay an integrator. I think Hubspot should do this.

Easy to read, flows smoothly. Lots of options to customize my screen. Seem there are hundreds if not thousands of intergrations

Sometimes can be overwhelming with the choices of what you can add to your command center.

It will help you track your customers all in a centralized location, but the amount of detail contained in each customer is what makes it stand out. Track each oppurtunity, any documents shared, meetings help, and status.

Cons

It takes some time to get used to and learn how to utilize all the different features. It does take some effor in keeping it organized and avoiding duplicate customer information

We use it daily. All the forms on our website are generated in Hubspot so the integration is seamless. Leads come in with all the required info and get automatically added to our newsletter distribution list.

Pros

Super easy to use and track leads/opportunities/sales. Love the integrated marketing component for making lists, generating emails and drip campaigns, website forms, and tracking open rates.

Cons

Difficult to track source of lead and not always accurate.
