I like the detailed analytics and reporting to track performance and the fact that it easily integrates with other Hubspot tools and third party apps. I like the wide range of features, such as contact management, deal tracking, and email marketing.

Cons

I can not think of something myself but I have heard there are some limitations in customization compared to some other CRM platforms.

Choosing HubSpot over Salesforce was one of the biggest, most damning decisions I've ever made for the growth of my company, Desygner, which boasts 40 million users. We initially moved to HubSpot due to a tempting 90% discount, but what seemed like a cost-saving choice turned into a nightmare that has plagued us for the past three years. HubSpot's sales team is stellar at their job, perhaps the only good thing about them. Their ability to upsell and ensnare us into buying more and more was phenomenal. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The product itself is a disaster. Buggy is an understatement. Confusing is far too kind. I love software, but this product makes me want to rip my hair out every time I use it. It’s so problematic and unreliable that my sales team flat-out refuses to use it. Despite investing over $150,000, the real cost isn’t just financial—it’s the lost opportunities and the mess this bloated, dysfunctional system has brought to our operations. HubSpot’s constant upsells are infuriating. To get anything reasonable done, you’re pressured into buying more features. The product is bloated, and I wouldn’t recommend it to any business, especially if you have more than a few employees. Even then, why bother? After enduring this chaos for three years, it’s time to escape. HubSpot was supposed to help us grow, but instead, it’s been a massive hindrance. If you value your sanity and business growth, steer clear of this nightmare.

Not worth it. Now they are hurting our business.

Pros

Ability to manage contacts and see when they open email.

Cons

Some features weren't working for us and frustrated, I contacted Hubspot to report them. We had a very helpful rep, who actually convinced us to upgrade our plan, but used high-pressure tactics to get us to sign a one year contract a few months ago. We are a very small agency, and we were hit financially and had to pivot our operations in order to stay in business. Hubspot has now disabled our account, through which we purchased a phone number, and now we can't receive those calls. We are not able to go back to our former plan, and the account is in a hostage state, which truly hurts our business.

Total ripoff. They should be investigated.

Pros

Truthfully, nothing...Absolutely nothing.

Cons

They are misleading and fraudulent. I subscribed to their $20 per month "Starter" plan, primarily to build a website for my company. They claim ease of use...Lie. Their AI generated a templated website based on minimal information I provided at startup. My company name and logo looked like crap, and the so-called "Editor" mode was virtually non-functional. My plan supposedly provided live chat support, yet when I clicked the link for it I was taken to some "helpful" (not!), irrelevant article on all the great "features" of their web-builder. I had to pay $20 up front for the starter package, and the company offered no refunds (geez, I wonder why?), so after canceling my auto-renewal, I put a claim in with my bank for than bogus charge, more on principle than because I needed the money. Oh yeah...They also don't let you delete your account, even though their so-called "help" menu says you can.

Reason for choosing HubSpot CRM

Their sales propaganda was convincing but turned out to be fraudulent.

Overall, I really like Hubspot. If I had the budget, I'd use it for every project! Everything links together really well and there are some great features that help to speed up workflows (like automatically going onto the next record for each task - small thing, but powerful!)

Pros

The feature set is just unparalleled and I love how intuitive everything is, even for people who haven't used CRMs before.

Cons

The pricing is way too high for most smaller companies nowadays. The free plan is decent, but it has so many upsells and annoying branded things everywhere that it doesn't feel very professional using it.

Very good! There are so many things you can do and automate, and it's in general a very flexible software. Plus I have to give huge extra credit to the Hubspot support team which is always super kind, quick and helpful.

Pros

Hubspot offers endless opportunities when it comes to setting up the data structure and managing potential and existing clients. Workflows make it very easy to get things done in a small team.

Cons

I wish that there were more options in the reporting feature, such as creating more complex formulas or reporting for a specific moment in time.

As far as a CRM goes, easy to use, pretty intuitive and easy to use even for non technical people

The pricing model can get out of hand if you are not careful, obviously it's a pay to play CRM and the more you want to do the more modules you have to add which can get pricey.

Exige que você se adapte ao formato dele. Especialmente para vendas, se você não se adaptar ao modelo Hubspot de processo comercial, você com certeza passará muito trabalho para conseguir medir e gerenciar seu time. Detalhes demais as vezes atrapalham muito.

Overwhelmingly positive. It's much more straightforward than Salesforce and easier to customise to your needs. Can be expensive though and on occasion difficult to find the exact function you need because of how much there is to the platform.

Pros

Easy of use in terms of the interface, high amount of customisation available. Easy reporting and filtering to ensure you get the right view for your needs.

Cons

Core fields that can't be removed. A lot of features can be paywalled if you arent on the top version and this isn't feasible for smaller businesses.
