### "Sold a Solution, Delivered a Problem"

June 11, 2026

1.0

Our overall experience with has been extremely disappointing. We purchased the platform after being assured that it could meet our operational requirements and that implementation would be supported by both HubSpot and their recommended implementation partner. The sales process created confidence that we were investing in a comprehensive solution that would improve our workflows and customer service operations. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. After nearly 10 months of implementation efforts, countless meetings, significant staff involvement, and thousands of dollars in costs, we still do not have a solution that adequately supports our business needs. Many of the capabilities discussed during the sales process either proved far more difficult to implement than represented, required additional consulting services, or were never successfully delivered. What should have streamlined our operations instead created additional complexity, consumed valuable time and resources, and resulted in ongoing frustration for our team. The most disappointing aspect was the lack of accountability once it became clear that the solution was not meeting the expectations that were set during the sales process. Overall, our experience has been one of wasted time, unnecessary expense, and an incomplete system that remains unusable for our intended purposes.

Pros

What I liked most about was the promise of what it could become for our business. Before signing on, it was presented as the ultimate solution to our challenges—an all-in-one platform that would simplify our processes, improve efficiency, and meet our specific requirements. The sales process was compelling, and the platform appeared to offer exactly what we needed. We were genuinely excited to implement it and optimistic about the results we were led to expect.

Cons

What I liked least about was the significant gap between what was promised during the sales process and what was ultimately delivered. We purchased the platform based on assurances that it could support our business requirements and that implementation would be straightforward with the help of HubSpot and their recommended partner. Instead, after nearly 10 months of work, countless meetings, and thousands of dollars in costs, we were left without a fully functional solution. The implementation process was far more complex than represented, many requirements proved difficult or impossible to achieve as expected, and progress was consistently slower than anticipated. Most frustrating was the lack of accountability when it became clear the platform was not meeting our needs. Rather than receiving a working solution, we were left with an incomplete system, ongoing costs, and a substantial investment of time and resources with little to show for it.

### "Excellent Experience with HubSpot CRM"

April 21, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with has been positive. It is a user-friendly and effective platform for managing leads, tracking sales, and organizing customer information in one place. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. Team collaboration works well since all data is shared and accessible, and automation features help save time on repetitive tasks.

Pros

What I liked most about is how easy it is to manage leads and organize customer information in one place. It offers great value for money, especially with its free plan that includes many useful features. The platform is very easy to use, with a clean and intuitive user interface that makes navigation simple even for beginners. Lead management is efficient, allowing you to track deals and sales progress clearly. It also supports good team collaboration by keeping all communication and customer data shared across users. In addition, its process automation tools help save time by handling repetitive tasks like follow-ups and email tracking automatically. Customer support is generally helpful, especially for paid plans, making it a well-rounded CRM solution.

Cons

Finding specific information or switching between tools may take more time, especially when managing large amounts of data. Despite this, the platform remains powerful and functional for growing businesses.

### "A comprehensive all-in-one platform that brings your customer tools together"

April 17, 2026

4.0

We use HubSpot across CRM, marketing automation, and customer service, and the biggest advantage is having all of those functions living under one roof. Rather than juggling multiple disconnected tools, everything from contact management to email campaigns to support tickets is centralised in one place. It's a powerful platform, but the cost and complexity are worth factoring in before committing.

Pros

The all-in-one nature of HubSpot is its strongest selling point. Having CRM, marketing automation, and customer service tools integrated into a single platform means your data stays connected - contact records, campaign interactions, and support history are all visible in one place, creating a much more coherent view of the customer journey. The marketing automation features are particularly well built, making it straightforward to set up email campaigns and nurture workflows without needing a dedicated technical resource.

Cons

Value for money is a genuine concern with HubSpot. The pricing structure is complex, and costs can escalate significantly as you add features, hubs, or users - making it difficult to predict what you'll actually end up paying. For smaller teams or businesses with tighter budgets, it can be hard to justify. Some of the deeper functionality also comes with a notable learning curve, and getting the most out of the platform requires a real time investment in setup and onboarding.

### "The All-in-One Growth Engine"

January 1, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with HubSpot has been excellent, especially for driving team alignment. It effectively eliminates the friction between departments because everyone sees the same data in real-time. If you are willing to commit to their ecosystem and have the budget to scale into their higher tiers, it’s one of the most powerful tools available for accelerating revenue and managing complex client relationships.

Pros

The all-in-one nature of HubSpot is its standout feature. Having your sales, marketing, and customer service tools living under one roof creates a seamless single source of truth for every lead. The user interface is incredibly intuitive—arguably the best in the CRM space—making it easy for teams to adopt. I particularly value the automated email tracking and the drag-and-drop deal pipeline, which provide instant visibility into the health of the sales cycle.

Cons

The HubSpot Trap is real: while the free and Starter tiers are great for getting your feet wet, the pricing jumps significantly once you need advanced features. Many of the most powerful tools—like sophisticated workflow automation and custom reporting—are gated behind the Professional and Enterprise tiers, which can be a massive budget leap for a growing business. Additionally, the mandatory onboarding fees for higher-tier plans can be a frustrating initial hurdle.

### "Easy to Buy, Impossible to Downsize"

February 3, 2026

2.0

Pros

Easy to adjust CRM with comprehensive features - powerful on the pipeline management of deals. Collaborative approach and adapatable Dashboards

Cons

HubSpot started with a solid value proposition, but over time it has become a masterclass in aggressive upselling and toxic pricing practices. We invested a lot of time implementing the product, only to be constantly pushed to upgrade features we don’t need and don’t use. The final straw was a seat management issue that feels completely unacceptable for a modern SaaS in 2026. After changing some users on our plan, we were automatically pushed to a higher seat tier. When we tried to return to 6 seats: which is exactly what we need for our 6 sales reps. we were told in writing by our CSM that it was impossible. Why? Because our contract allows us to add seats, but not remove them until contract expiration… in late 2027. Locking customers into unused seats for years is not “customer success,” it’s customer captivity. This kind of rigid, one-way pricing model belongs to another era. We recently tested Attio and realized something important: we don’t need half of HubSpot’s bloated feature set that we’re paying for anyway. Simpler tools with transparent pricing are catching up fast. In short: HubSpot starts as a good value proposition, then monetizes by pushing relentless upsells and trapping customers in inflexible contracts. After this experience, I even sold my HubSpot shares. I don’t believe this sales culture is ROI-positive in the long run. Disappointing evolution for what used to be a promising product.

### "Not for a small team that wants to run tech-lean. "

February 25, 2026

4.0

There was definitely a learning curve to Hubspot, even for someone coming from other robust CRM systems. I've used many, and the great thing about is that it really can do a lot. But if you're thinking you can just bring other CRM experience and find your way around with ease, you'll probably find yourself a bit frustrated. Even though it's all within one ecosystem, it wasn't nearly as intuitive as I would've liked. Ultimately, the company I used Hubspot CRM with moved to a more simplified system. It was just too powerful and complex for what we really needed, even at scale.

Pros

With , I liked that I could create custom properties and have them displayed within the contact records. While the contact records aren't 100% customizable, having features like this where we could display custom properties was very helpful. I appreciate a CRM system that allows for flexibility and customization.

Cons

If you don't have a large team with different departments and multiple pipelines in play, this system is simply overpowered for what you'd need. For our use case, I found myself trying to use features that we truly didn't need in order to get the value out of the system. Hubspot is a costly system built in a modular format, so if you want to do X within the CRM, you need to buy Y access. If you're wanting to run your business "tech-lean," is NOT the system for you.

Pros

### "Dégoût total de Hubspot"

January 15, 2026

1.0

### "Very good for helping your small business get off the ground. "

January 2, 2026

5.0

Overall I have no huge complaints and I find it's right for me. Once I grow a bit more I am going to definitely upgrade to a paid tier so I can use some of the additional features like Help Desk and Social Media Marketing.

Pros

It was really easy to sign up and get started. The price (free tier) is perfect for small business like mine. Tracking sales and customer interactions is a breeze.

Cons

The AI Integration is kind of annoying and I don\[t find it works very well. Honestly it seems like something they threw in there just to keep up with other tech companies.

### "One of the better platforms focused on the growth of my business."

December 6, 2025

5.0

Overall, this has been a really great experience! They do listen to the feedback from their customers and incorporate their suggestions. I appreciate being seen and supported by them. All the grievances that I have, which are few, I have been informed are being addressed.

Pros

I like that it was very easy to get started, and I was able to add my contract information really easily. I chose this platform because it is industry-agnostic and pretty customizable for my needs. I love the integrations with other platforms, and it makes connecting outside accounts very easy.

Cons

The customer segments could be better, it goes from Free, to $50 something each month to, $850 each month. It takes time to understand what features you can get the best use of, and before you realize it, you may be paying a high price point for something you may not use.

### "Hubspot for SMBs"

January 2, 2026

5.0

Overall, Hubspot is a great tool for a $1m+ business that is looking to increase functionality in their business as it relates to customer service, lead acquisition and management, product delivery, taking payments, and more.

Pros

I love Hubspot's full functionality and integrations. It really is a "do it all" platform. If it's set up correctly, it's super easy to use and can do so much to help you manage your list, segment lists, collaborate with your team, set up automations, and more. The user experience is intuitive, especially if it's set up with proper UX design principles.

Cons

The least favorable aspect of Husbpot is the price. It's costly, but it's a premium product, with the option to purchase Hubs a-la-carte.

### "Go-To CRM for Marketing Success"

June 3, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with has been very positive. I love the capabilities and power it provides across virtually every marketing function, from email marketing and automation to reporting, lead management, and campaign execution. The platform is intuitive, scalable, and gives teams the tools they need to manage and optimize their marketing efforts effectively.

Pros

I appreciated HubSpot's user-friendly design, powerful automation workflows, robust reporting, and seamless alignment between marketing and sales teams. It provided a single source of truth for customer data while remaining flexible enough to support growing business needs.

Cons

The platform's breadth of features can make it feel complex at times, especially for users who are new to CRM systems. The good thing is they have HubSpot Academy, and you can learn very quickly how to navigate and use the tools.

### "HubSpot Hits The Mark for Marketing!"

March 4, 2026

5.0

Overall is great for managing all of your sales, marketing and customer relationship data in one centralized place. It is fairly easy to learn how to use and can simplify a lot of the standard processes that organizations go through during the sales cycle.

Pros

HubSpot integrates all of our sales, marketing and customer service into one visually appealing interface that is easy to navigate and work inside. It is incredibly efficient at managing contacts and works very well for managing leads throughout the sales lifecycle. The HubSpot team also provides great resources and customer support if you are part of their paid service.

Cons

One of the caveats of is it can get quite expensive if you are part of a larger organization that has a significant contact list or if you require any customized automation. For smaller and mid-size businesses HubSpot works great, but if you are an enterprise level organization with thousands of contacts/clients it can get rather pricey.

### "Small agencies are doing great with HubSpot CRM."

June 1, 2026

5.0

It is just right for a little marketing firm like us. We're not paying for features we will never use, and what we do use, does work. The interface is clean and less cloggy than Salesforce's mess. Would I recommend that another agency founder should use it? Absolutely.

Pros

The free version does all that we need for our 7 person agency. Records of contacts integrate seamlessly with our e-mail marketing, and the deal pipeline enables me to follow up from initial contact to the signed contract. Automated follow ups saved me 5 hours a week. They really do answer the phone when I call.

Cons

Reporting becomes cumbersome if you are doing multiple pipelines. In addition, deal stages are too difficult to customize with a lot of clicks. The integration to our project management system is continually going offline and we have to do it every month.

### "Easy to use CRM"

December 29, 2025

4.0

Overall, is a solid and reliable platform that does a lot of things well. It’s particularly strong for teams that want a single system covering CRM, marketing, and sales without heavy setup or custom development. That said, companies should go in with a clear understanding of pricing and future needs. It works best when you plan ahead for which features you’ll actually need as you grow, rather than assuming everything will remain included.

Pros

is easy to get started with and intuitive, even for non technical users. The interface is clean, navigation makes sense, and core CRM tasks like contact management, deal tracking, and activity logging are straightforward. It works well across marketing, sales, and customer teams, which helps keep everyone aligned without needing constant manual updates. The reporting is clear, integrations are strong, and the free tier is useful enough to properly trial the platform before committing.

Cons

Over time, more features that many teams would consider fairly basic are being moved behind extra paid tiers. As your usage grows, it becomes harder to stay on lower plans without running into limitations, which can increase costs faster than expected. For scaling teams, this means budgeting carefully, as functionality you may assume is included often requires an upgrade.

### "HubSpot inflexível e sem solução para clientes"

August 24, 2025

1.0

Good tool to get marketing and sales teams on the same page. HubSpot needs to work on its pricing to make it easier to understand.

Pros

HubSpot is a great tool for SMBs looking to scale up to serving an enterprise segment. The integration of marketing, sales and customer success in one place is very useful. Everyone knows about HubSpot from their inbound marketing, and I feel they provide great value even to those who have not purchased their products.

July 28, 2025

5.0

Hubspot has a software that really helped me manage my selling and marketing activities. In truth, this CRM is only limited by the user's own creativity and abilities.

Pros

There honestly a lot to love here and the seriously compound each other. To start with being able to customize your data view helps prioritize what you need most for your business and is very easy to use. This ultimately allowed me to work faster with lead management and task completion. Ultimately, this app can deliver a lot of value by allowing you to understand your email performance and the success rates of your activities.

Cons

I wasn't able to bulk edit like I would've wanted to like a spreadsheet, but with the rate Hubspot innovates this may already be an option!

### "Customizable but missing some basics"

July 31, 2025

4.0

As an admin I prefer it to other CRMs that I've worked with for customizability and the flexibility of the association behavior which handles complex business models well. Service module needs a lot of work before it will do everything I consider base requirements of a ticketing system.

Pros

Very customizable, especially handling changes to customizations well (showing where objects and fields are used), making mass-updates easy, intuitive back-end interface.

Cons

Out-of-the-box workflow functionality is extremely limited. The absolute worst is email handling, emails to linked inboxes have no settings control and always link to multiple deals; emails linked to Helpdesk don't exist independently of tickets which means that the ticket functionality and email functionality are fused in a way that prevents either from working correctly.

October 30, 2025

Overall we are very happy with our experience and are in the process of getting another 2 year agreement in place starting 12/31/25.

Pros

HubSpot has been a great platform for us. We use the email marketing features heavily and have found that it meets all of our needs. When we do have questions or a support issue, the support has been very good - both via tickets and the chat options. This platform provides more value for the money than other platforms we have taken a look at.

Cons

### "Hubspot CRM Review"

October 22, 2025

It's user friendly and intuitive. The way the information is organised makes sense so it's easy to pickup.

Pros

I really like the way the information is displayed about the contact - with the payment details all on one side and the personal information on the other. This makes it easy to quickly pull bits of information just from a glance. I also really like how you can hide blank properties when you go into the more detail contact information.

Cons

Sometimes the activity part in the middle that is the default feels a bit cluttered and hard to pull the most useful information easily out of.
