### "The Best CRM for the Tech-challenged businesses"

September 7, 2023

5.0

Of all the CRMs I've used, it's definitely the most intuitive. The marketing hub is really well made and the integration of the entire CRM is really well.

Pros

HubSpot CRM is really user-friendly. Without having to learn complicated code or processes it will connect the information of your leads interactions from emails to texts to phone calls to landing pages. It allows to keep each contact information updated with it's prompts to leave notes in every interaction. You will take your leads to clients without missing a beat.

Cons

HubSpot, like many other CRMs, takes time and effort to learn and implement if your employees are not familiar. Giving your team the necessary training is imperative for the correct implementation of the platform.

### "The Best CRM Out There!"

December 22, 2023

5.0

Pros

I am so glad that our team uses Hubspot as a CRM. It's truly allowed our team to automate a lot of processes. On top of that, Hubspot Support is excellent. They are always very quick to respond and provide solutions to problems we encounter.

Cons

The only con I see is that there are certain limitations. For example, you cannot have more than one signature set per account, which can be an issue when users manage multiple email addresses.

### "A CRM to seriously consider"

September 12, 2023

5.0

Overall, it is a tool worth investing in for its medium to long term potential.

Pros

The best thing about Hubspot is all the existing integrations and the superb data management.

Cons

The worst thing is the initial integration phase until the tool is ready and adapted to the needs of the company.

### "Great free tools, with great additions in Sales Starter"

August 18, 2019

5.0

Using Sequences has saved a huge amount of time when it comes to following up leads. We can set an automated sequence of 5 personalised emails to send at different times if that customer doesn't get back in touch with us. This has increased our sales success and potential for sales, whilst saving time due to the automated process. The free knowledge transfer and recommendations from HubSpot are also really influential, especially for inbound marketing.

Pros

Keeping track of the customers that we deal with is the best thing in Hubspot for us. Each customer has a contact card created where we can add all their details, but also customise our own fields like the product prospects we have (what we are trying to sell to them), then the products they have bought (hopefully). This helps us to better understand our clients and keep on top of current users and potentials. In the Sales Starter, being able to use sequences saves a huge amount of time with email follow ups and has lead to more sales as it can automate different messages going back out to the customers if they don't reply.

Cons

The full integration with calendars and email is simple if you have a Gmail account, but is trickier if you have independant emails. We can get our emails synced up and use the Outlook integration well, but you can only get the Calendar integration to work if you create a full Gmail account.

Reason for choosing HubSpot CRM

The free tool offering of HubSpot gave a lot more features than others on the market. We then got comfortable with the tool and expanded to Sales Starter to benefit from Sequences.

### "Hubspot CRM after 4 years"

December 2, 2021

5.0

We are able to keep all contacts in one central location and glean insight into how the sales team is performing by tracking deal progression.

Pros

Hubspot works really well for us as a notification and sales funnel program. You can automate work flows and have calls dialed immediately one after another so you aren't inputting phone numbers or having to find the next prospect to contact.

Cons

Can be overwhelming for those who are not experienced with a CRM. Because of the many functionalities, sometimes it can be difficult to get exactly where you need to be between contacts/companies. Obviously is not an issue after spending some time with the program.

### "An amazing option for a free CRM, but don't expect a ton of bells and whistles"

October 10, 2017

4.0

The biggest benefit is getting a fleshed out CRM without spending a dime. For a small organization, this is a huge benefit because you can start immediately implementing the CRM and getting into the habit of taking notes and managing customers. Later on you might want to migrate to a different CRM, but in the meantime, this is a no risk situation to get started and actually is better than a lot of paid CRMs out there.

Pros

My favorite thing about this software is that it's free. It made choosing a CRM an easy decision, and we have stuck with it since we made it. I like that it's easy to customize just about anything in terms of fields and that there are no limits on doing that. I also enjoy the templates and email tracking feature, which supposedly has a limit in the free account but I somehow continue to get notifications when people open my emails. Another favorite aspect that keeps me coming back to it is the Deals area - having a kanban board for deals is immensely helpful, and we use that heavily along with quota and forecasting reports related to it. There isn't a better way to get a snapshot on how your business is doing than to just look a kanban board of all your open deals and where they are in the pipeline.

Cons

Some of the software can seem a bit old and clunky, like a lot of CRMs. I miss the social autofilling options that Prosperworks has, and I don't find there to be anything particularly special about the user interface. Lists of contacts and navigating through a profile doesn't look especially modern, but it does get the job done. It's hard to be upset with any of those issues though because well, it's free. For free, it does an amazing job.

### "Hubspot is good for early stage companies"

December 8, 2022

3.0

I think it was a lot better early on but we had a couple issues admittingly on our end that made management of our CRM very difficult to use..

Pros

It has a slick UI. Reports and dashboards are super clean.

Cons

There are a lot of little things that make Hubspot difficult to use as an admin. You can't view lists of companies from WFRs. Lists load and will say a number in the top left and the number of objects in a list will differ from that number. Lists and WFRs take a very long time to load. Sometimes WFRs don't fire when created.. Hubspot occasionally has crashed of various features. The reports only load every 15 minutes. You need to pay for enterprise and manually build a parent-child API in order to get that relationship.

### "HubSpot CRM is the perfect tool for any size business "

July 15, 2022

5.0

I love the fact that I can add attributes and use them to create lists, search etc. It has great integrations to other platforms which means you can use HubSpot as your main source of truth for all your customer data.

Pros

The CRM part is FREE! You can't beat that. It has all the functionality you need in a Customer management system. You can add on marketing, service desk, sales and more!

Cons

The marketing add-on is VERY expensive and there is no option for the Solo person. The software is geared to the enterprise which is too bad. It would be nice to see entry-level marketing functions

### "Without HubSpot CRM we would still have one of those old plastered CRMs that do not help the seller"

January 28, 2018

5.0

We work all more aligned, we do not lose any information on the customer, we can trace the history of the various points of cotnatto that a customer or a prospect has had with the different departments, we simplify the life and work becomes less stressful with this tool under but no. In addition, integration with the marketing side makes it fly, allowing a truly segmentation of contacts based on their behavior and interactions with our digital content.

Pros

We are 20 people and CRM is the cornerstone of every communication and interaction with the customer: HubSpot CRM has allowed us to rediscover the centrality of the individual - contact, without having to get lost among various software and email accounts On the contact we find logging in automatic: the emails sent and the answers to these emails, phone calls and scheduled appointments (which also go into Google Calendar). For us, it is an out-of-the-ordinary tool for this timeline on the contact, that allows us to "know" even prospects with which other people in the company have never had anything to do. The deals are also a very well thought out and easy to manage tool. The fact that the basic functions are free and there is no cost per seat ... well, it makes it an extraordinary tool

Cons

In order to have access to complete and in-depth reporting, ie a Business Intelligence able to show all information and data to understand various aspects of our company, we have to go towards advanced paid-level reporting. Not bad considering that everything else is free.

### "Easy Dashboard and Effective Lead Management System!"

April 11, 2022

4.0

All my leads and client information are organized in one place. I have a rich database I can easily access anytime. My business is strongly organized because of the app.

Pros

Hubspot is super easy to use. The dashboard is super simple for beginners. They even guide you on how to use different features and how to get the most out of the app. Your leads are organized and filtered according to your most pressing needs. The database is designed to be comprehensive and to give your business power. You pretty much hold a magic wand over your customers because of how much detail Hubspot helps you collect. This is super important to custom tailoring your business for success.

Cons

There are times when there are too many confusing options. Some features are not well explained.

### "A very intuitive and easy to use CRM platform."

February 11, 2022

4.0

The overall experience has been fantastic. It is a CRM that I will recommend to a friend or a colleague without a thought. I've used quite a few in the past but none of the other platforms have given me this much comfort and confidence.

Pros

It is a very simple-to-use platform. The UI/UX is simply brilliant and is eye-catching / eye-pleasing. The number of functionalities and customizations within Hubspot CRM possible is great.

Cons

For now, there are zero to no Cons about the platform. I've enjoyed using the platform very much so has my team.

### "Best Free CRM"

February 10, 2020

4.0

Overall it gets the job done and not too bad. I'd love to have all our email campaigns in the same ecosphere with HubSpot, but we do it for free on MailChimp and get more features. The organization of the Contacts, Companies, and Deals is great, you can even add a service ticket which is awesome. We tried the paid version for the sales for a while and liked the automation, just don't think we're using all the features to justify using it, currently went back to free and working just fine. We are using the deals section as a sales pipeline with a built-in project pipeline to track our jobs wich works okay, for now, just a workaround till we find a better process. If Google purchases Salesforce though, we would be looking into that very seriously.

Pros

Free. Great tools that connect with your website, seeing data on what's being viewed. Deals pipeline. Forms that connect to your website. Connects Contacts, Companies, and Deals amazingly.

Cons

Once you get into the paid version, it's spendy, especially if you don't use all the features. The products section isn't really feature-rich doesn't work the best with Google, including drive. Gmail add on isn't good. The free forms don't give you the option to center your form on your website, so it's off-centered and has the HubSpot badge on it.

### "Basic plan is best value"

January 21, 2020

4.0

Overall, HubSpot is our go-to, all day every day. The most important aspect to us is that it allows us to keep all of our information and updates in one place easily organized and accessible across our organization.

Pros

We've had both the premium and basic plans of HubSpot and for what we need/use, the basic level is more than sufficient. It's a fantastic value and gives lots of options with a very clean interface and usability.

Cons

The single only premium feature we would utilize for our structure would be having multiple pipelines, however, for something this relatively small I couldn't justify the huge cost difference of upgrading just for that essentially.

Alternatives considered

[Salesforce Sales Cloud](https://www.capterra.com/p/61368/Salesforce/)

Reason for choosing HubSpot CRM

Hands down we chose HubSpot over Salesforce because of the cost/value, really no other reason as I'm a huge Salesforce fan...just not a fan of the price tag for a small organization.

### "Truly exceptional CRM in the market"

July 13, 2022

5.0

Pros

HubSpot provides world-class services to its clients, it has one of the best UX/UI in the world. It is easy to manage all your leads based on their activities. The lead scoring model is very helpful in adding leads to your sales lifecycle. The platform is great for sales, marketing, customer services and operations and is very easy to use and has many tutorials available on HubSpot academy that are free.

Cons

There are limitations on the custom fields which is a big problem as your company grows. The pricing is a flaw as every upgrade comes with extra cost. The customer support is not the best.

### "A powerful tool to Manage Business Operations"

October 19, 2023

5.0

As it saves my time in managing the leads with my team, I can focus on many important tasks like building relationships with my clients. It gives me detailed insights on pipeline status like how many leads got converted, the revenue, and on what stages I need to focus more.Overall its a great tool to streamline the sales process and improved my work efficiency.

Pros

Its lead management feature is pretty amazing, I can easily upload leads and later share them with my team. It automates the sales process and helps in tracking its pipeline. It really helped in managing the pipeline as it organizes all the leads based on categories and as all the leads are in the same place I can check who all are working on those leads which makes it easier to analyze and I can identify where I have to pay more attention.I can even automate email campaigns and track the engagement rate on particular templates.

Cons

Some of its features are complex and they require time to learn. But they got very good support team who will help you on all the stages.

### "Top CRM for many reasons"

October 3, 2018

5.0

I have 4+ years of experience using HubSpot, day in and day out, and have used it extensively both in-house and with multiple clients of all different sizes. I also have significant experience with other CRMs including Marketo, Pardot, and Salesforce. I say that HubSpot is still the top CRM and marketing software platform in the industry for the features listed above, but also for their responsive and fast-acting customer support team. Overall I highly recommend HubSpot.

Pros

The user tracking functionalities out-of-the-box are unmatched. It's very easy to track what leads do in your website and it's random-to-known lead matching technology is great. Building your website within the HubSpot ecosystem will yield a fast website that is easy to edit, that follows SEO best practices and is extremely stable all around. And the marketing automation features are simply one of the best in the industry.

Cons

The reporting functionalities aren't great. There are many small little details and limitations in different tools that doesn't make sense to most folks and makes you wonder why HubSpot doesn't allow it. Sometimes implementing conversion goal tracking from other systems isn't as easy as it could be. Lastly, some of the pricing tiers and features don't make complete sense to me and the software can get pretty expensive if you have too many contacts in your database.

### "The most outstanding CRM platform to improve sales and customer relations."

January 22, 2024

We have been having a cool experience with HubSpot CRM. It has really helped us to improve our sales activities by making it easy to onboard new customers. It also helps us maintain very strong relationships with our customers.

Pros

HubSpot CRM has a collection of communication channels like chatting, meeting and emailing that makes it easy to communicate and close sales deal with customers. It offers detailed reports which gives clear understanding and overview on customers interactions and sales activities. It is super secure and the customer services are easy to access.

Cons

### "Clear and intuitive"

February 6, 2019

5.0

I'd recommend this CRM for any SMB.

Pros

Compared to the CRMs that came in way before, Hubspot from the user-friendliness perspective felt more like a personal use tool, rather than a corporate one. I was positively surprised that a work tool can be so good looking and cosy. Having been using it for 3 years now, I also see that they regularly add new functionality, improve the interface and the speed of processes. If you are working in sales you will definitely enjoy such features as folders of templates, sequences of email, postponed sending of emails and booking calendar. That is what my team is using 100 times every day and it works just as you expect it to. The most valuable advantage that you get used to too quickly is the amazingly clever way to store information about contacts, companies and deals - just in one glance you know everything about your contact without extra clicks.

Cons

I was at first struggling with the reporting part - charts to measure team's performance or templates success. But in the Hubspot's latest update I have actually seen a new team performance tracker which has all I need to know about my team's work. Still looking forward to some report that would let me see who of the contact has clicked on a link in a certain template.
