Overall HubSpot CRM is a great tool that makes our company's operations easy to manage. We decreased the number of excel sheets we use thanks to HubSpot CRM.

Pros

HubSpot CRM is user friendly, it stores all of our sales information in one place allowing our sales and CS teams to easily manage leads and follow-up with customers.

Cons

HubSpot CRM can be tricky as it is very customizable so there are too many options for ways to do a task which is good and bad.

### "Great customer service and worth the value"

Pros

Amazing customer service support. The success managers are extremely knowledgeable and answer emails quickly. They have made a huge difference. The interface is very user-friendly so my not so tech-savvy salespeople can still use the software. I like that new features are constantly coming out and that Hub gives beta options for users to test them out. The reporting functionality is cool although I do prefer excel mostly. It's nice that our marketing team can operate on the same platform (I am sales).

Cons

I wish there was more customization. Not every company sells the same way so it would be great to be able to customize the deal section to match how we code/itemize our deals. We can do it to an extent but it causes a lot of user error. I also know that its open-source API but that's not helpful if you don't have an engineer. Because companies are based on domain, there are a lot of duplicate companies and, having a large database, it's a pain (nearly impossible) to manage. Also, the HubSpots Insights database is really bad. The information isn't accurate so we need to do data enrichment on our own. Same complaint with contacts. Lot of duplicates. There's no AI so, right now that's okay but I can see it being a problem as we grow.

I highly recommend this software for new social media managers, lead managers, ad managers, and everyone working in the online world, it has almost all the features you need like a one-stop-shop. Learn skills faster than just watching a youtube video and reading blogs and books by hands-on experience.

Pros

This software is the most helpful software for me when I started freelancing, for sourcing applicants. It has thought me a lot of key skills which I did not know I actually needed. Skills like lead management, ads, email management, and many more. You can learn skills here for free, just maximize the free features.

Cons

So far, none. I am still exploring the software and learning a lot more every time I use it. Will recommend even for beginners.

HubSpot CRM is the absolute best sales tool on the market....and it's not particularly close. I've, unfortunately, worked for companies that use other, clunky CRMs, making it so much harder to do my job. Whether it's reporting, pipeline management, or simply contacting a client or prospect, HubSpot gives you all the tools, and then some, to crush your sales goals.

Pros

The ease of use is fantastic, making for a simple, hit-the-ground-running kind of user experience. I also really enjoy the use of reporting dashboards and report builder. This helps me evaluate deal activity on a detailed, property based level that helps improve our sales abilities.

Cons

No cons really. In my 3.5 years of using HubSpot, I've yet to hit a speed bump or find something that impedes my ability to manage and sell.

Hub Spot helps my business keep track of progress on accounts that have sold, or that I am trying to sell. It allows me to have upcoming task on important items to do to further the sales process and to compete items on existing accounts too.

Pros

The key with using Hub Spot for a small business, is that it operates like an expensive CRM, with all the features and tools you need and can use but without the high cost.

Cons

My only suggestion would be to make the reporting function, easier to use, figure out and to create

En tout, je dirais que ce logiciel est un bijou. Je n'ai pas mal utilisé des alternatives mais je me sens mieux avec celui ci. J'ai du abandonné les autres logiciels et me concentrer et HUBSPOT. Le service d'assistance est aussi toujours disponible pour nous.

Pros

J'utilise Hubspot depuis un bon moment et je dirais que dans l'ensemble c'est un bon logiciel. Je l'utilisais pour créer des landing pages pour mes e-books et bien d'autres services. La création de blog aussi est au top, tu n'as pas besoin de maîtriser les codes pour t'y mettre. Il me permettait aussi de créer des formulaires pour mes publications facebook. Franchement dit, je recommanderai ce logiciel à un proche vue la qualité des services qu'il offre.

Cons

Après toutes ces années d'utilisation j'ai eu à faire face à certaines difficultés sur le logiciel. Si je l'utilise sur mon ordinateur je n'ai pas de soucis, mais souvent je me retrouve sans mon pc auprès de moi et j'essaie d'utiliser mon téléphone, franchement dit ce n'est pas du tout agréable sur mobile surtout si c'est pour créer ou modifier ton blog. J'ai vraiment du mal à editer mon blog sur mobile.

My overall experience is that it does what it promises and the look and feel of the product are well-designed. I bet someone at Hubspot is putting in the hard work to make the interface easy for their users - and I highly appreciate that! That being said, as it is a 'tailored to the majority' CRM, I believe some functionalities you wish you'd have won't be in there and you just have to work your way around it. But I believe this is the case for many CRMs out there.

Pros

HubSpot is easy to use. I mainly use Hubspot for their e-mail management, A/B testing functions for CTAs, social calendar, and some of their analytics. It does what it promises and everything looks neat and intuitive for any new user. Compared to some other CRM tools I have used, I would say the overall look, diverse functionalities, and ease of use are the main reasons I find Hubspot a good tool. In case you don't understand how Hubspot works or if you have new users who need to familiarize themselves with Hubspot, I quite do like their 'lectures' they provide to help you get on your way.

Cons

Hubspot is tailored to a majority, and that can obviously lead to some limited capabilities here and there. For example, their social calendar is great but some functionality is missing, such as not being able to post reels and track them on Instagram. Furthermore, I made the point that I like the ease of use and which is definitely a big point, but in some areas that may perhaps be a bit more new or beta, I don't understand the way of working. A big example of this is their SEO tool. I believe SEO is something all companies should want to dabble in, but I find the interface very confusing.

really like the product, intuitive and easy to use, just does all the things that I want and it does them well - but expect to pay for those features as it is certainly at the top end of pricing!

Pros

it's very simple (ish) to setup and use on a daily basis, and as long as your subscription covers the features you are looking for it does everything you might want

Cons

but you will have to pay for those features, and obviously there is functionality that is going to cost more

Horrible. They just didnt care at all and simply told me I signed and agreement so Ill have to pay for all 12 months. I chaged to Go High Level and it is $1,000 cheaper every month.

Pros

The CRM is good but it is incredibly expensive compared to other CMRs such as GHL. The problem is I got locked into a 12 month subscriptioon and they refused to even let us out of the last month. Once they had me they drained me for every dollar they could.

Cons

It is TOO expensive and I found I can get all the same features and more for 20% of the cost.

Pros

It's easy to set up, we don't need an external agency to manage it for us. It's cheaper, offers great plans for startups, plenty of ready integrations, mobile app and everyone just gets it right from the start. Million times easier to use than Salesforce.

Cons

The price of Marketing Contacts is ridiculously high and it's impossible to downgrade once you go over limit. This is definitely the most depressing thing about HubSpot and a beautiful money pit for them. Very anti-customer as it forces us to silo our data across other email tools just because of it being prohibitively expensive :(

Hubspot has flexible pricing and an array of customizable templates to pick from. Their features have short learning curve. It has excellent contact import functionality

Pros

Hubspot is an all in one marketing platform needed by any marketer to be focus and get instant results with their marketing effort. It integrated CRM and analytics are off-limit. It uplifts leads tracking in real time.

Cons

There is a lack of AB testing on their small packages.

Ties all of our sales and marketing efforts together. Great for remote teams like WebPunch. We like it but wish it had some small features/improvements.

Pros

The ease of use, the ability to customize my view, snippets and templates under the sales upgrade are helpful too. Decent reporting

Cons

Don't like that you can't assign a task to more than one person, the formatting of the email doesn't work & don't like that you can create customized tags which would allow us to filter results based off the tag

The experience has been mostly positive and better then our previous CRM

Pros

I found it super easy to get started, import in all of our existing contacts and get back to emailing and cold calling them

Cons

I find the reporting is awkward to use and that it is one of the prime limitations for the lower end offerings. We started at the lowest paid service and after year 1 upgraded for better reporting and some addtional key offerings.

Smooth. It was a huge upgrade from our previous (legacy) CRM which was siloed and clunky. It's great how you don't have to pay for more users to access the CRM. So anyone at our company can view contact records and activity without us having to pay for an extra seat (unless we want to give them Pro tools).

Pros

Most? Probably how it has transformed our business, starting with marketing and extending subsequently to sales and service. By adopting the inbound methodology and using the tools and instructions made available to us, we've been able to triple our website traffic, double our email newsletter subscriber list and bring in more leads (and customers) than ever before - in 2 years. I also like how intuitive, easy to use and well-supported the software is. At the same time, it's constantly being updated and becoming a more robust platform. So it could work for both novice and experienced marketers.

Cons

Hard to say, but if I had to pick something I would like to see more functionality with the automated workflows tool. Perhaps a better way to organize contacts who you want to enroll in multiple workflows.

Outstanding. Gladly serve as a customer reference.

Pros

Hubspot offers an all-in-one solution from Marketing, Sales, Success and Support automation. After 20 years of working with Salesforce (at 4 different companies), I would NEVER go back. HubSpot outshines Salesforce by miles by integrating all the data from contacts and companies across every touchpoint in an organization. The ability to make real-time changes on lead scoring and lifecycle scoring is unmatched.

Cons

There is always room to improve. But, just comes down to focus for HubSpot. The biggest miss today - is native SMS automation. However that can be solved with an integration to a 3d party solution. I'd encourage HubSpot to acquire Aircall, Seventh Sense, and Vidyard.

We had a problem whereas our sales staff would call prospects that have already been contacted. Management did not know what was forecast and our data was difficult to analyse. Hubspot helped us keep track of prospects, deals, helped us to prospect more accurately so we made better decisions and all our data is readily available

Pros

Hubspot is so awesome. I am able to track exactly what I am busy with, how far I am and with whom I am dealing with. I deal with so many on a daily basis that it is difficult to keep track of who must be contacted when, how far I am at a deal stage. The best is I can go back at the end of each day and check my productivity

### "Sales Team Lies About Functionality, Then Lock You Into $17,000 Contract"

This company is absolutely corrupt. The sales team (Kathleen Rush) lied through her teeth to get the sale. HubSpot isn't even a good CRM, there are many standard features that it does not have. I now know that what I needed to relate the parent and student records is a "lookup field". HubSpot doesn't have this feature.

Pros

It seemed intuitive, and I thought that given the price it would do anything.

Cons

I was incredibly specific on the discovery sales call about what I needed the software to do and why I was switching CRM's. I run a tutoring business, and I need to intelligently track parent and student relationships. I need to use templates and mail merges that can address both the parent and the student which are different contacts within the CRM. Kathleen Rush, my sales associate assured me that Enterprise could easily do this. Of course, Enterprise is $1400 a month, but I was willing to invest big for what I thought was the best CRM out there. After hundreds of hours setting up HubSpot, on our second onboarding call, it was time to set up the smart parent/student contact relationships. My onboarding specialist says HS doesn't do that at all. This was the entire reason I purchased the CRM. I politely went back to Kathleen Rush, the sales associate who said it could do these things and said I couldn't move forward with HS. She says it's a 1-year contract so too bad. We're talking $17,000 dollars for a CRM that can't do the thing Kathleen said it can do. HubSpot proceeded to fight me tooth and nail to keep me in the contract and pocket the $2500 in onboarding fees. I've never seen a company treat its customers so poorly. The sales team will lie to the moon and back to close the sale. Products like Zoho have infinitely more features than HS and are 1/15 the price. Avoid this company at all costs.

HubSpot CRM gives me the ability to closely monitor my customers' behaviour. Once all the data is entered into the system, I start receiving notifications every time my prospects open their emails or click on a link or attachment. This makes it very easy for me to keep track of my prospects.

Pros

Hubspot is a great tool for startups, free and powerful and very rich in complex features.

Cons

It is the training time that is too long to be able to use certain features.

Pretty satisfied with it. I had tried to use other CRMs, but didn't follow thru with them. Not the case with Hubspot.

Pros

Very easy to install and deploy. If you have used a CRM before, it will help you with this. Practically, we had it running in less than 10 minutes.The Free version is pretty useful as is. The paid one, more so.

Cons

Some of the names of functions are not that clear. For instance, "Conversations" is where you have to go to open your emails. Not that difficult after you get used to it, but a little non-friendly for first time beginners.

Pros

After some time using Salesforce, I was asked to test HubSpot as our new CRM. It only took me some minutes to navigate through the software and some of the features and get a real feel for the product. After less than an hour of training I was shocked with all the features and how easy it was to navigate thru the CRM, incorporate some custom properties. Very easy to upload contacts and modify and add customs fields, not like SF...

The option to only add 10 custom fields to the contacts

Overall a great option for new businesses especially since there are a tons of great features available and is a pretty helpful tool for keeping up with the flow of clients and potential clients.

Pros

I like that there are a ton of really great features on the free option so when I recommend it to clients they get tor try out the basic functions for free. It also integrates well and easily with Outlook and Gmail which are the main email providers my clients use. The training is amazing and there is so much of it which makes it a great platform for newbies.

Cons

The platform has a lot of features that are not always easy to find or figure out if you are not too familiar with tech or CRM's easy to get lost in the details.

Reason for choosing HubSpot CRM

Being able to test the free features and to be able to recommend an inexpensive option for client management for my clients that are just starting out and may not have a large budget yet for systems and tools.
