It's been a good experience. The few times I've had questions that were not answered in the FAQs, the support was able to get an answer in a reasonable amount of time.

Pros

It was easy and straightforward to import my contacts from another system. The integration of my calendar with the appointment setting and note tracing is great.

Cons

It does WAY more than I need it to and that can be confusing at times.

I like the software. It takes time to learn the movement and the system but once you have it created, it works well.

Pros

It has all of the features you're looking for in a CRM. It can be advantageous to use this program for your client base.

Cons

It wasn't the easiest to work with this software from the get-go. It's possible that my patience is low, and that I wasn't able to understand the system.

Over I love using hubspot as it makes everything easier since it can integrate with a wide variety of different software. So if you are using a different system for another purpose, you can integrate them with Hubspot and everything will be in one place.

Pros

I like how we can organize things by creating different pipelines depending on the type of leads we get. This helps me and my team prioritize what needs to be done first. How you can filter them based on create date / owner makes it very helpful as well.

Cons

Some workflows do not work one day then will get resolved then do not work again. There are bugs that need to be resolved to keep this from happening.

Pros

The website builder is phenomenal. As a designer, I feel zero limitations. Hubspot allows me to create user-friendly web pages without sacrificing creative control. I've worked with plenty of CMSs and website builders in the past like WordPress, Drupal, SquareSpace, and Wix, and I'd heavily prefer Hubspot to all of them. The email builder is also the best thing I've used in that area. I HATE building emails because you have to code them like it's 1994. But Hubspot does so much of the heavy lifting that I can quickly build templates without having to spend days coding and testing.

Cons

HubDB is great, but I wish it was a little easier to create filters and searches. It requires more back-end development knowledge than I'd like. I also wish you could reorder rows. The page builder is so good, that it sometimes makes the email builder feel a little clunky... especially with regards to flexible content. That being said, the email builder is still the best thing I've used out there. Finally, as of writing this, a lot of the documentation is a little outdated since Hubspot launched a major update to it's Design Editor this year.

If you're starting off and need a lot of guidance, it's great. If you're a seasoned marketer, you'll need to put down some money to get real results out of it. But frankly, it's one of the best in the market.

Pros

Easy, user friendly, and really practical to start with because videos, knowledge center and tutorials abound. They also have courses to train users on marketing, social media... while using their platforme so it was great for interns onboarding etc.

Cons

It get really costly, really fast. The return on investment is definitely worth the investment but you need to a certain level of growth for the update to be worth it.

I was able to organize all my contacts and accounts. We were utilizing Google Sheets prior and as you can imagine it was not the most efficient or effective.

Pros

I used the free version of their CRM and it was fantastic! Most CRMs cost a fortune and this satisfied all my needs and didn't cost a penny. I was surprised with all the features and functionality given it was a free product. Not only did it store all my leads along with titles, companies and my notes, but I was able to create custom breakdowns and create different views to sort those lists. I highly recommend this product for anyone with a smaller team but still need to keep track of conversations and pipeline.

Cons

I could imagine in a larger more complex organization you would have needs this version could be too basic for (plus you would likely need additional seats) but for what I've been using it for, it has been perfect! There was a bit of a learning curve in the beginning while I was setting the system up that required me to go back a fix things multiple times, but that was all user error. I am sure there are great tutorials on their website that could have saved me some time had I utilized them.

It is good for what it is, however our company did not benefit from their services.

Pros

The only feature I enjoyed about HubSpot is that it had decent training materials for its features. As other CRM tools, these kinds of programs need robust training and a deep knowledge of the tool before the business can utilize it properly. Hubspot is also great for start-up companies or small businesses, as the pricing is more fair and other CRM tools can be overkill for a small company.

Cons

Hubspot does not have the right customization features that we need, and we outgrew its features relatively quickly. It did not have the right integration tools for our extensions that we needed, so there was no use for our company to use it anymore. Another issue is that it does get relatively pricey if you need to add a lot more contacts.

Very easy to track leads, workflow of emails, prospects, scheduling social media posts, campaigns, contacts, calls and much more at one place. I love t create customize reports as per different channels and share to client as per required KPI's.

Need to import contacts very carefully to track each and everything on place else the dashboards, reporting and all is awesome.

We've used HubSpot for over 3 years now and use it daily to follow up on deals, track client contact, and look at our sales reporting.

Pros

You can input a lot of information in your database. On top of that you can create your own additional custom fields. Reporting is also very expansive and gives a clear view of your sales pipelines.

Cons

HubSpot is not the easiest tool to use. It can do a lot, but has a learning curve for some more advanced functionalities.

One of my favorite features of Hubspot CRM is the revisit email notification. When a prospective student requests information on our website, Hubspot tracks their IP address. In the future, if they come back to our website, our team is notified with an email alert. The email lets us know exactly when they came back to the website and which web pages they viewed. It allows us to tailor our outreach calls accordingly.

Cons

Our team has come into issues with templated emails sending through the CRM to gmail or yahoo email addresses. Unfortunately, our emails are sent directly to the promotions folder instead of the regular inbox, so our emails are mixed in with retail emails. When we make our calls to prospective students who requested information, many times if they have a gmail or a yahoo account, they will let us know that they never received the email. It was sent and delivered, they just never saw it because it was lost in the mix of retail promotional emails.

System comes with many built-in defaults that are not customizable, such as field names that are used in reports - this requires creativity in creating new fields simply to bypass the hard coded ones

Keep track of leads/customers, track emails to see what is getting the most opens/clicks, completely automate email drip campaigns to drive inbound traffic, etc.

Pros

Very easy way to keep track of all leads no matter what business you are involved in. We use HubSpot to completely automate our marketing drip process. Simply put together a couple email templates (the software provides recommendations based on what you type) and build a sequence to put all those templates together into a scheduled drip process. From there you can select any prospect by email and start them in the sequence. They will continue to receive the emails you have built out along the timeline you set, allowing you to focus on other areas of your business rather than typing out multiple emails!

Cons

I wish there was a way for a user to send out a mass email easily to a group of my prospects instead of having to do it one by one. Not a big deal, but just something that would be nice to have for the purposes of prospecting.

I have been used this Hubspot software more than 2+yrs and I have liked the most is Email Marketing and we can track the mail and Lead stage, life cycle stage is good and Once we communicated to our customer we can record the call so it will be easy for us to followup the client, We can create task based on that we can follow the clients, notes are preferred etc... We can send the mail automatically and we can save the mail content too. The cost of the hubspot is medium and features are really good

There is no least in this software but one thing is while we are making calls towards hubspot there is certain issue
