### "Best CRM Out There!"

As a HubSpot Partnered Agency we were already using HubSpots marketing suite. However our sales team were not quite aligned with marketing and were not given insights on the leads that our marketing team had. There was a lot of manual work needed to ensure our database remained accurate and this was sometimes frustrating. With the release of the Hubspot CRM it meant our sales team could work more closely with marketing. Our marketing team could nurture leads to be sales ready, assist a sales team member to a lead allowing sales to be notifed straight away and jump into the CRM with all its tools and insights to help progress the sale. It has been the perfect solution for us.

Pros

With its gmail integration, our sales team have been able to continue to contact leads as they normally would. When tracked, our emails are recorded within a contacts record in the CRM along with this leads interactions with us, from page views, to form submission as well as surveys completed and events attended, just to name just a few of the available interactions. We can then associate these contacts with any given deal within the CRM. The deals app within the CRM allows us to visually move our deals along a workflow until closed. The beauty of having contacts associated with these deals is that once the deal is closed, the lead then automatically becomes a customers which then allows us to report with a greater level of accuracy.

Cons

Sometimes the main contact database can take a lot of getting used to. It is as if my screen is sometimes too small for the CRM itself which means I need to scroll a lot of the time.

Hubspot really helped thw company I was working for take off in terms of client engagement. However, I was the one that was using it, so maybe my bosses, which paid for it, were a little oblivious of how good it was exactly. My experience as an individual worker in content and marketing is that Hubspot can work well as both an entry-level solution and sometimes after the company grows as well, but maybe noy that much for extremely large companies.

Pros

I enjoyed the fact the this software seems to be all about connection to the lead. I enjoyed working with it mroe than I enjoyed working with other CRMs, mainly because it seemed to me like it offered a no nonsense approach to getting sales. Hubspot is for people to know what they're doing sales-wise, and trust me when I tell you that if you master Hubspot, you'll have lots of job opportunities. I enjoyed Hubspot through and through, and I liked how it organized and sorted clients, I would definitely use it again in my own company.

Cons

Some things about Hubspot, however, I didn't quite enjoy. I felt like when compared to other CRMs Hubspot could be very limited in its scope. Especially because other CRMs today even offer the chance to help you actually get the client's information in a secure way, things like that. However, I am still happy with the product as a whole.

Pros

I like that it is expensive and you can have up to 5 email templates on the starter plan

Cons

I feel like sometimes I move too fast for the software. For instance, I have a filtered list of leads and I update a property that is supposed to filter out a particular lead, it takes too long to update and I will see the contact still on my list I'm working through. Also, if I go into a specific contact record and delete them, HubSpot will unfilter my list and I have to go back and select up to sometimes 4 filters again. Very annoying.

### "Comprehensive Tool for Marketing and Tracking"

HubSpot CRM has allowed us to reach a larger audience, and then better understand that audience through analytics. The software has made it faster and easier to tailor messaging and focus our attention on activities that drive the most results.

Pros

It allows me and my small team to accomplish a lot of tasks all in one place, and then track the results of our efforts. Prior to having this software, we needed at least 4 other platforms - none of which talked to eachother - to get the same things done without the ability to track them all together. This is a huge time saver, and money saver, since we can evaluate results easier and faster.

Cons

I wish I had the time to really understand all of the benefits the software offers. The company provides amazing educational resources, but I feel that I'm only using 75% of what I could be because I can't seem to make the time to dive deeper into the material. With that said, it's more of a problem with me than the software!

Great so far! Has increased collaboration and touch points of leads and accounts due to ease of use and accessibility to all users.

Pros

I love that the CRM comes free with any of the other resources. I originally purchases the sales engagement package and storing and sending emails and templates from outlook is so easy, and makes it easy to collaborate and get feedback from others. The CRM is easy to use and I love that it has a Persona section, this is the new way marketing and sales are headed.

Cons

Sometimes the add-in causes my outlook to crash. This may be an issue with my computer or the program. The customer care also is not good for my subscription, only chat no phone.

I love this CRM and I have now started using it more then my previous favorite which was Zoho CRM. Anytime I onboard someone now, they are setup on this CRM because its easy to do.

Pros

I like the integration with Gmail the best. Besides the regular CRM functions, this saves so much time and is so convenient I love it. It allows you to easily setup new contacts and tracks correspondence all from initiating a gmail email.

Cons

Its so robust that you can get lost in its many features and so sometimes finding like the basic things can be a but daunting sometimes. Like adding new team members, I have to use the search bar to find this feature because it isn't out in the open area

I absolutely love HubSpots's CRM, it's many integrations, and it's ability to make marketing fun. The HubSpot Academy is also incredible and constantly updated. Makes learning the tools fun.

Cons

It gets expensive the more contacts you add, but business should technically be growing then too, right?

Pros

Simple user-interface makes this software easy to operate our client information and task list in our team.

Cons

Actually, sometimes it takes a long time to open the client page from the main client list. But not bothered a lot.

It's been great so far.

Pros

1\. The number one thing I love most about Hubspot CRM is the ease of use. The interface is so clean and intuitive that it's very easy to grasp even as an absolute beginner. You have the features laid out at the top of the page where you can easily access all the features it has to offer without too much clutter that destroys the user experience. 2. The process of creating forms to capture leads from your websites is pretty straightforward and the templates are nice too. You can just select the kind of form you want, either pop up or regular type and you design what you want. 3. The convenience with which you can integrate all your communication channels into one inbox, we are talking about emails, responses to forms, Facebook messenger chats, and you can even create bots to qualify leads, all in one place. 4. Your funnel processes become more efficient because you can do almost everything from acquiring leads to finally making a sale, all on one platform. For example, you can create landing pages and get leads, import the contacts of your leads, send marketing emails to your leads, schedule meetings with your leads, all on the same platform. 5. I like the fact that you can manage all your ad campaigns for Facebook, Google, Instagram, and Linkedin. 6. Easy integration with WordPress, Zapier, Crisp, and Gmail.

Cons

There isn't much to complain about, I would just expect more integrations with more popular software, apps, and CMS's other than just WordPress, for example, Processwire and MODX, that you can just use as plugins instead of manually adding codes.

HubSpot is great for any financial sector. Its Sales Hub solves problems by reducing errors and mistakes. I spent less time involved in making reports and updating excel sheets. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to run an organization efficiently.

Pros

Hubspot helps with keeping track of all your sales. It's a complete CRM software that caters to marketing, data management, and the overall running of the organization. It helps increase the whole sales approach with filtering features that make analysis easier. It helps with management, which results in fewer errors and wasted time. The interface is user-friendly and very easy to learn. Unlike other software companies, HubSpot has an excellent customer support team to help with queries. It's a great tool for any sales development rep, and I've found it most helpful to customize my tasks by queue and set notifications to alert me to tasks as they arise.

Cons

There is not much to hate. Although I must mention the price can be slightly lower. So the software is accessible to everyone who needs it. Using third parties is time-consuming and exhausting. Improvements to the quotation feature would also be helpful.

The overall experience using Hubspot is alright, once you get past the (painful) learning period. It's really comfortable how smooth it is to collaborate with our marketing department, and I think the whole lead generation team in our company is quite happy with the platform. I personally, from the point of view of a salesperson, would prefer a salesforce type of solution over this, but I manage with it.

Pros

Email tracking is fluent, the collaboration between our marketing and sales departments work really smoothly on Hubspot.

Cons

I find Hubspot lacking a lot of key features for a sales department, the whole structure of contacts and companies is obviously directed to marketing departments instead of sales departments. I'm used to salesforce, and without a doubt would always pick salesforce over Hubspot due to the whole structure of information, accounts, contacts, lead funnels, pipes.. everything regarding the use of the tool strictly from a sales rep's or sales exec's point of view.

Cuando te adaptas a su UX, es una herramienta ágil, un buen aliado en el 1to1, una plataforma que permite mucha conectividad con otras y un buen monitor de KPIs.

Cons

Tiene algunas features que están más pensadas para B2B que para B2C. Hay funcionalidades que esperas que no dependan de código, pero, finalmente, tienes que construírtelas tú mismo.

Pros

HubSpot CRM is a free CRM tool that is a little different from a lot of the CRM tools out there. It is really easy to get started with and is a great way to manage your clients, contacts and leads. It is a very smart CRM that has a lot of features that make it easy to manage your contacts and tasks. It is a great CRM that is easy to use. I highly recommend it.

Cons

If you require some extra advanced features, you will need to pay the pro plan, but for startups it is a great option.

Pros

HubSpot offers a variety of tool for everyone. Even if you've never ventured outside of email marketing, HubSpot can guide you through the process of learning other inbound marketing techniques to truly help grow your business. There support team is the best I've seen in years of CRM software. Our organization used salesforce as a tool for engaging with leads, and there was nothing worse than having to get in touch with their support team. HubSpot is just the opposite. There are friendly people that pick up the phone in just seconds, and can point you in he right direction. Their guidance is clear and they are easy to understand. Best software ever! We are never going back!

Cons

It takes some time to get to know the ins and outs of the software. But no need to worry because HubSpot offers training sessions for its members to learn the skills they need in order to succeed.

We purchased the tool to keep all of the contacts in one place and to help the sales team members be able to track all of their deals.

Pros

HubSpot CRM was acquired by our company about 2 years ago in order to keep an ever-growing list of our clients and leads in one place. We're able to assign contacts to various members of our sales team, create custom properties, integrate the tool with other important software and apps but most importantly be able to track all of the progress right within the tool. We love the dashboards and reports feature, the integration with the Google calendar (direct scheduling options) as well as the file manager where you can store all of your files and pictures.

Cons

HubSpot does get expensive. The CRM itself is free to begin with, but once you need access to more templates, contacts and other premium features the price can go up exponentially. Also, you have to pay for each user.

Nous utilisons Hubspot pour plusieurs domaines : le support client, l'onboarding de nos clients, le suivi de leur cycle de vie, et le blog. Sur le blog nous conservons et écrivons de nombreux articles permettant de guider facilement nos clients et les reconduire en quelques clics vers une réponse adaptée.

Cons

HS tend à bcp se développer au détriment d'une simplicité d'utilisation. L'outil reste donc adapté uniquement pour les sociétés comptant une dizaine de collaborateurs à minima.

For the CRM part of hubspot it offers a good platform that allows to keep track of our leads and where they are in the funnel

It hasn't been too much improvement on the UI which it makes to have a rustic feeling when using for the first time
