HubSpot CRM is like a walk in the park for me. It supports me in managing my customer interactions.is a real time-saver through automation, and it's perfefctly for my daily flow.

Pros

HubSpot CRM is very user-friendly: I liked this a lot - the layout is tidy, and managing contacts or deals is straightforward. Most of all, the automation features are excellent because they save a lot of time.

Cons

Some of the sophisticated features appear to be limited if you don't choose a higher plan, and the analytics tools could offer further customization for obtaining detailed insights.

Pros

I love HubSpot CRM for two main reasons: first, it’s free and allows infinity contact list for a small business and secondly, it can be integrated with almost any third-party platform. Each time we use a new tool, this allows us to import our contact list from HubSpot.

Cons

It’s complicated or I don’t know how to do it properly. This hasn't happened to me just a few times, but every time I export a contact from Excel, HubSpot creates new properties if I don’t set everything correctly.

To date, the Hubspot team has been a great partner in review to implementation. They are supportive and willing to go the extra mile to help you get what you need to achieve your end goals.

Pros

Hubspot offered us a ton of options for customization/personalization that was already built in. Also we were not nickel and dimed like other CRM packages. While you do have to pick add-on modules for your needs past the free trial, that is to be expected. I see many reviews complaining about that. All of them do that.

Cons

I wish that Hubspot had their own onboarding team instead of having to look for a specialty company. It would feel more streamlined.

Pros

My favorite feature is its direct integration with paid platforms. Using CRM data on paid platforms is critical for ROAS. Automatic transfer of leads to Hubspot is also a good feature that is of great importance. Ease of use and simplicity of interface.

Cons

Prices increase depending on scaling and can be expensive compared to its competitors, which is the only feature I don't like.

### "Terrible Customer Experience - Don't Bother if You're a New Customer"

As a business owner exploring a switch from another platform, I was hoping to get some basic guidance from HubSpot. My first impression was incredibly disappointing. First, their calendar booking service was completely non-functional; it just showed a blank screen. When I tried to find an alternative way to connect, I was given only two options: get a demo for a $300 product or use their generic chat/telephone support. All I needed was a simple 15-minute conversation with a human to understand if HubSpot was even the right fit for my business needs before committing time to a full demo. The fact that this isn't an option shows a complete disregard for the customer journey. It's clear that their process is designed to push expensive products, not to help business owners make informed decisions. If you are looking for a company that values building a relationship and understanding your needs, this is not the place. The focus is clearly on the dollars, not the customer. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

A powerful and comprehensive platform. All the marketing and sales tools you need in one place. Beneficial for a small business.

Cons

Customer Service Broken booking system and pushy sales tactics. They clearly don't care about new customers.

HubSpot CRM allows us to keep our clients contacts and details well organized making it possible to give every one of them a personalized experience. It has excellent information sharing and conversation tools that help us communicate effectively with our clients during the entire period of doing business. HubSpot CRM reporting functions provide very resourceful reports that allows us to monitor the performance of our interactions with clients and the services we are offering them.

Cons

We needed access to the premium features but had some financial constraints. They should improve the features available to the low cost plans.

Excellent overall. I feel like they have taken care and pride in building the software to appeal to multiple skills.

Pros

Hubspot had great features even on a free plan. The more I upgraded, the more automated the software became. The ease of use with the CRM was great and I loved how HubSpot was able to integrate seamlessly with other software.

Cons

I was not a fan of the email marketing as it was extremely expensive for what it did.

I've been using HubSpot for over a year now, and honestly, it's been really easy to get the hang of it. I'm not a super technical person so the layout to me is really nice and easy to navigate.

Cons

The advanced features are a little more harder for me to navigate, but the basics are super easy. You may just have to dive deeper to get to some features you may needs for you company.

It is one of the best tools we use. its simple effective and never seems to crash, if there are ever issues they are very short and you are kept updated on the progress.

Pros

Its very intuative and reliable. the reminders for tasks are very usefull and we are constantly loading our crm with information and it continues to allow us to with no backlash.

Cons

the filter function on the search is a bit clunky. if you try to search using a different filter the intuative vibe bottoms out a little and the searches are not easy to operate.

Absolutely essential tool to our business, manages customer relations and overall sales and marketing performance.

Pros

Simple to use, but can build complexity in to support the business requirements - we've ultimately started quite basic but are now expanding our use of the tool from sales and marketing into finance and customer service/experience.

Cons

Can hit paywalls quite quickly and regularly the more features you use - cost of using the tool and therefore exponentially grow. Also sometime come across simple functionality the system doesn't support (but very much feels like it should!)

My overall experience has been great. While I have been on the receiving end of some service disruptions, Hubspot makes sure to communicate that an issue is actively occurring.

Pros

I have like workflows the most within HubSpot. They have been lifesavers for our current customer support/success operations. Allowing us to easily have contacts enrolled into a workflow that does an action. It has allowed so much flexibility and Hubspot is constantly refining workflows, adding additional features. Apart from the generic contact and company management and tracker side of Hubspot. Workflows has the been the most impactful. They do also have a great amount of integrations!

Cons

Despite the overall good communication of service disruptions mentioned in my overall experience, they do always end up causing road blocks in proceeding with work. I do believe that the reports could grow more. Unless I am missing something, it would be very nice to be able to factor office hours within the reports and myself and my colleagues have been unable to find out how to make that happen. Doing so would give us accurate reports across the board.

There are minimal delays in communication now and customer data stays clean, much-needed when managing residential and commercial accounts at the same time.

Pros

HubSpot CRM, it helps me to easily log all customer interactions, and to know where each lead is in the pipeline. It comes in handy while tracking the clients after the service has been delivered to them.

Cons

Few of the key features such as lead scoring or advanced reporting are behind a paywall. I just wish broader access to that, without an upgrade.

Overall experience has been pretty good. I like that it has an app that I can look at on the go and the ability to add another member without having to pay.

Pros

It is free with the option to upgrade for more perks. No free trial and having to pay with the free trial is up. The free option has a lot of options to use and has the ability to edit and tweak certain functions to meet your company needs.

Cons

It's some what slow. Sometimes it freezes or glitches. When I put the customers phone number, email, and address on the create a contact function it doesn't transfer over when your in the contacts account. I have to retype that information in. Hubspot does not have calendar or schedule that you can pull up at a glance. It will sync over to Google or Microsoft. But I'd like a CRM that has it's own calendar. When I signed up for the account it wouldn't let me proceed without my companies website. My company is small and doesn't have a website and right now doesn't have a need for one. If I decide to get a website I will link it to my HubSpot CRM.

La proposition marketing notamment la création et envoi de newsletters m'a beaucoup aidé à gagner du temps et fait monter en compétence. Hubspot peut être puissant sur le suivi clients et permet de collaborer avec ses pairs mais également avec des sociétés tierces

Cons

Lorsque l'on atteint un niveau plus professionnel, des solutions comme Salesforce constituent probablement un meilleur choix. Les flux de travail peuvent parfois être déroutants et difficiles à comprendre
