### "The CRM for the big agencies"

HubSpot is a great tool that we may revisit when we are a larger agency. The features are robust and will make any agency prime for growth. If they would be willing to have some more affordable features for the small guys it would be great.

Pros

HubSpot has a wealth of information that it pulls on contacts that are added to the CRM. You can gather key insights for big fish clients. The ability to keep to track of when the last contact was made is always very good.

Cons

The free features are good but most of the premium items are pricy for any small agency. The paid plans feel excessive and mean to keep small fish from competing.

In general, it is a really easy system to use, the support is awesome and tons of helpful resources.

Pros

It has just about everything you need and as free software that is pretty awesome. We have since switched to a paid version that has call logging/tracking which is a pretty awesome feature for reviewing calls (but only available in the USA, not Canada).

Cons

No call recording for Canadian leads which is a bummer, sometimes the logging of interactions can be a little buggy and I find dealing with duplicate leads a bit of a pain.

Pros

the ability to create segments and funnels for every aspect of your online marketing and develop targeted campaigns specific to your audience.

Cons

unless your are well versed in using this system it can be a little difficult to get this off the ground, but Hubspot's support is very responsive to their client's needs

We have been using this for over 2 years now and as a team of 30 people, we are fairly satisfied. We have been a part of the Hubspot for Startups program and enjoy a flat 80% discount on the list pricing. This clearly helps in the early days. Highly recommended for small and lean teams.

Pros

The fact that it is truly exhaustive and truly covers all the possible use cases that small growing teams counter. The tool ensures that marketing and sales are on the same page. We see more collaboration rather than collission between our marketing and sales teams.

Cons

The pricing of the sales pro. Stand along CRM tools have been free for a while. What really matters is the integration with your sales tools or your marketing automation platform. Both of which are crazy expensive with Hubspot.

I like the automated email capabilities of this tool that enable us to stick to our communication schedules. This helps us to effectively plan and deliver valuable targeted emails. Thanks to its comprehensive reports we are able to easily monitor sales trends and analyze performance.

Cons

We encountered a few issues synchronising this tool with some of the tools that we use which led to some inaccuracies in our data.

\- Overall experience is better than any other CRM available in the market. if you are a small scale company than the works better than Salesforce.

Pros

\- Easy to implement - Automated our sales process - You can customize the fields as per your requirements - The system is not that buggy except for last month couple of issues for the software

Cons

\- Marketing automation is a little faulty as you can not get accurate data from Hubspot. Hubspot data and google analytics data shows the difference. - Customer Services is not that trained, most of the time I ended up with finding a solution with my self

CRM software is generally cumbersome for sales reps. HubSpot software focused on UX and adoption over being able to be customized to handle every possible use case. Mobile app is also solid. Workflows are easy to use and powerful.

Cons

\-Reporting capabilities are very limited (easy to get data in, difficult to summarize well to drive process adherence) -Company to customer relationship hierarchy lacks ability to support more complex business models - and B2B companies.

Unified one stop solution for everything. All the non tech teams in the organisation can use hubspot for all of their activities

Cons

Some additional features like: 1. Ability to cc/ bcc emails on sequences 2. Mobile compatibility and logging of emails for tracking 3. Additional customisations in meetings scheduling page Would be great to have

Once we set up Hubspot for our organization it has been a complete turnaround for growing our business. The ability to manage and share leads has increased our productivity by matching the client with the right team member.

Pros

Inbound leads and prospects are very easy to manage and separate for our sales team. The ability to take notes for calls and emails makes tracking and teaching manageable.

Cons

Being able to customize fields for the client is a little challenging but doable. Also, the system for setting up templates could be smoother.

I really enjoy using the HubSpot CRM. It is easy to use. It can be used by all departments. It makes my everyday work as a Marketer much easier. I don't' know what would I do without it.

Pros

I really like how I can easily integrate HubSpot CRM to our other tools, especially Salesforce. I like that I can easily fix double properties (fields). We often need to add custom fields and then use them in workflows. It is very easy to maintain the Database healthy. The max number of properties is 1000.

Cons

I really don't know what to say here. I don't have any issues and I use HubSpot CRM every single day.

Reason for choosing HubSpot CRM

Now, there are others, but at that time HubSpot was the best, and I think it still is. We also have Salesforce. We love Salesforce too.

### "If you are a B2B or SaaS business FORGET it "

terrible reporting, dont waste your time with their expensive addon reporting toolo, you are better to export all your data to a data warehouse and then use an alternative reporting tool, the Hubspot tool is virtually worthless to a SaaS business bad support, they really do not care about their customers bad account managers, we know more about the platform than their account managers Someone told me that these guys want to seriously move into the CRM space and compete with the likes of salesforce and so on. Having used salesforce for many years, I can say they have a VERY long way to go

Pros

easy to use and customisable to some extent

Cons

no MRR reporting functionality, not even basic MRR let alone churn and renewal rates, even if you purchase a pricey reporting addon everything is centred around the contact and if your reps link their email to the tool, which they need to do in order to add their email correspondence to an account, Hubspot will create a tonne of irrelevant contacts that are not connected to a company. Not surprisingly Hubspot charges per contact so of course its in their best interest to suck as many contacts into the CRM

I love it. I mean, come on, its free, you have so many integrations, free courses, free materials and such an easy and nice platform overall with nice UX and advice.

Pros

It's free!!!!! and not only that you have an academy where you learn about marketing and sales! you have so much to gain just being on their site.

Cons

Well, the nice features are paid and the problem is that if you are one user you cannot buy just some features that only interest you. You have to buy the entire package and it is expensive!!!

My overall experience with HubSpot was definitely good and I highly recommend the software, as long as someone else is paying for it and not me. The practical ability of HubSpot is awesome and really did help our business move forward.

Pros

The ease of use was definitely my favorite aspect of HubSpot, from the pipeline to workflows and reporting it was overall just a really easy system to use. The ability to customise the interface was also awesome, I was able to make the software almost unique to us just from my computer.

Cons

A lot of addon's, I guess its to be expected but to get the full experience of HubSpot (ie. product lists, the accounting side, marketing) you need to pay a little bit more each time until you ended up paying quite a large amount (more then a lot of other CRM's) for a product that makes it self appealing by saying its free to start.
