It has been great. My company has used it since 2010 and it is a great marketing automation tool.

Pros

Hubspot has so many tools. Our website is built and hosted on Hubspot and we keep all of our content there. We can see all contacts that come to our site and their info is stored right in Hubspot's CRM. We can see analytics and actions each contact took on the site. Tons of info and also convenient to create marketing emails to send to the contacts in the database.

Cons

It changes a lot and has a lot of updates, which is not really a bad thing, but just takes getting used to. Need to stay up-to-date with the latest tools.

The chrome extension helps me to find all the peoples email id via my Gmail. It also helps me to know about my site subscribers. Whenever I got mail from no reply mail, extension helps me to find other mail where I can write them It is very awesome.

Pros

Track prospects through all stages of the sales funnel with intuitive and simple to use dashboards. The email service is better than SalesForce and others. An inbound marketing software that's super helpful on tracking prospects in the sales funnel.

Cons

I don't like that each user only can use just one email to be tracked. So, if a person has more than one email, it doesn't track the other email.

Using Zoom Info to import important contacts, create templates, set up workflows, conduct calls, send emails, and track everything as a CRM and marketing tool.Suitable for companies both building and using a database. Additionally, HubSpot CRM is excellent for integrating other programs that the company may already be using. Sorting through large databases could be tough.

Pros

Simplicity in automations, sales pipeline management, task management, lead management and service flow funnel. In addition to serving very well as a relational CRM and not just sales. We managed to put all the metrics for our NPS in front of our customers and do a good job of customer success

I have been using HubSpot (free app) for 2 years and like it a lot. I have tried other CRMs and found them to always be very hard to use. Hubspot is not. It is very intuitive, well designed and easy to use. I found the reports to be a little convoluted. I would love to be able to select how I want to see my dashboard without having to refresh it every time. If I want to change one section, the whole report has to refresh. Whenever I input a contact, the app looks at the email address and finds the company where that contact belongs and pre-fills it up, which it great. You could track your emails and all your correspondence with Hubspot but I believe you need to pay for the subscription. For what I use it, it is great and more than enough.

Pros

Surprisingly easy to use. Powerful (even the free version).

Cons

You cannot download your data unless you pay. Reports on the free app are quite limited and awkward to use.

We are satisfied, therefore we renewed the contract and expand it with the sales module. We got actual x7 ROI in the first 8 months of use.

Pros

This software allowed us to have much more information on our marketing activities and to integrate all the channel in a single platform. It is really good to save time on campaign setting, alignment and reporting. I love how it aggregates a powerful CMS (blog), and several CTAs, Forms and lead capture tools in our website.

Cons

It is not really easy to set at the beginning, you need internal development skills in order to implement it properly. Furthermore is not really flexible for building CTAs.

Reason for choosing HubSpot CRM

It is the most cost effective and flexible solution we could get.

I am able to accurately track my sales activities and manage tasks and opportunities. I am also able to integrate this via Zapier to my other email marketing, e-signature, and communication tools.

Pros

The bi-directional email integration with G-Suite is the biggest time saver for me. You can send emails from within HubSpot CRM and it goes out directly from your company email and when the email is replied to, it is automatically captured and stored in the contact record. Other great areas include the Deals and Tasks sections.

Cons

The API needs to be enhanced to allow creating and modifying tasks and adding noted to the contact records.

We were quite pleased to see how easy it was to setup and get our data into the tool. Questions from team members were kept to a minimum (due to simplicity) which made the rollout process almost seamless.

Pros

\- The fact that it's free is a great bonus for start up companies - You can build up your client base/revenue before opting to move to paid plan - It has all the functionality of typical CRMs - User interface is simple to understand

Cons

\- Once you've outgrown the free functionality and are ready to move to a paid plan the jump in price is quite jarring. - Seems to be for larger enterprises once you get into the paid plans

Having tested a dozen CRM's over the years, HubSpot CRM makes sense for us. The UI was confusing at first and it takes a while to onboard users, but overall the featureset is industry-leading, despite the free edition being quite restrictive.

Pros

There are ways to connect HubSpot CRM with just about every other online business tool. This makes it extremely versatile. Even with the free tier, you can connect your WordPress website with HubSpot CRM and Invoicing/Accounting SaaS to automate and streamline the sales process.

Cons

As your organization grows, keep in mind HubSpot CRM's pricing tiers. Ensure you don't get dependent on this tool without first factoring in the subscription tier you'll eventually need. Other CRM's are quite competitive options in the hundreds of dollars per month category.

In general it is a good CRM with few things to change but that can be really usefull.

Pros

Hubspot is a tool that is really helpful, it helps a lot to have an order and to work fast when is working 100% since is a software that is on the cloud, sometimes is hard for it to work fast, I would love if this could change but there are some of those cant be changed by the software itself ( like Internet speed). I use every day their filters and queues, to look for the leads I will work on during my day. I like the charts because its easy to see the team results and my personal goals. Templates and signature for the emails are a real time-saving. But also I like the fact that chat can be sync with the one from our official page.

Cons

I would like to be able to see completely the down corner with filters since it has an option to press: Express the new table and board, is almost impossible to see or create a new filter. I don't like the fact that I cant chose some of the leads randomly to create a queue without naming it. Also, I would like to be able to see the tasks for other days and not only the " open task , due today or due this week".

Great tool, I really recommend this to start-ups and small organizations with Budget constrain. Easy to set-up and understand, the adoption curve is fast.

Pros

It's just like Hubpost promises, very easy to use it, configuration is easy, usability is very intuitive. A couple of on-line trainings and you can manage it pretty well.Technical set-up takes more business knowledge tan technical skills but putting this CRM to work is great for SMBs with up to 5-10 sales reps. Integration with Gmail or Outlook are also fantastic.

Cons

There are some features that today, are standard in most of the free CRMs, not to mention the paid ones, like weighted forecast, more tan 1 currency and the possibility to get a forecast in both currencies. Drill down menus are not that easy always.

I joined as a freemium user and thought it was a vast improvement on my previous CRM. I quickly upgraded to a paid version and the features it gives us are great, really give my sales team great insights to clients and very easy for me to overview and manage performance. It has also optimised our sales operations massively, helping us to improve customer experience.

Pros

The flexibility to interrogate data and the ease of setting up automations. It feels like software that is designed by people who have done my job. The academy is great for acquiring wider skills.

Cons

The mobile app offers a small fraction of the browser version, and the software doesn't run very well on mobile browsers.

What I like the most about HubSpot is the capacity to create workflows and the possibility to integrate HubSpot with other tools which makes HubSpot a very powerful software.

Cons

It has a few cons though: - It's quite expensive - Importing/exporting contacts takes a while and sometimes not all the contacts are imported and you have to import the file again - Whenever an agent leaves, there is no way to automatically assign the conversations to another user, it has to be done manually - Reporting and analysis

Pros

The product is easy to use, I love the feature for adding companies where it will pre populate information making it easier to add. If there are any bugs within the product or issues (which is hardly ever) they inform you quickly and keep you updated on the status. The integrations are also a winner, integrating with Apollo, slack etc. Onboarding people who have never used CRMs before is also simple.

Cons

The only feature which I believe could be improved is the import feature, it can feel clunky and hard to understand knowing what fields to import.

Our Sales team of 4 people use is as CRM and spend most of our day on it. I have loved using it from day one. The visual representation, accessibility and interoperability of DATA is among the best I have seen on any CRM. Would definitely recommend it to any startup or scaleup org.

Pros

What I like the most is how EVERYTHING I need is on the same page, or MAXIMUM single click away.

Cons

The UI could be a little more colourful. It looks dull right now.

Overall I like it but it could be better. I would consider paying for Salesforce if your organization can afford it.

Pros

This CRM is easier to sue than Salesforce. It is easy to forecast and create quick charts for easy analysis. Anyone can do this in just a few minutes.

Cons

I don't like that there are a ton of bugs. I would say one to two times per month there will be an hour where the CRM stops working entirelyt. There is also no way to tie together deals unless they have the same associate brand id or you create an artificial property that ties them together. This is frustrating and time consuming.

Having used multiple CRM systems, HubSpot is hands down the most suitable for SME. It is easy to use, intuitive and provides amazing reporting that is fully customisable.

Cons

There are a number of features that are only in Beta testing at the moment. To offer reporting tools without the ability to set team monthly targets for the entire year rather then individual targets is very strange.

We're a small start-up and this is our first CRM software, having only used a homegrown solution. It is wildly more efficient and easy to use across our team members. It also makes marketing tasks much easier to do them right out of the same platform.

Pros

Hubspot is intuitive to use. The interface is really pleasant and for the most part, you can find what you need within a few clicks. The presentation of each contact and the ability to customize the information has been really helpful for our team that needs that information at a quick glance.

Cons

I found the onboarding to be somewhat confusing; there are features of Hubspot that didn't make sense for us to start using yet, so there were some gaps in fully understanding its capabilities and what we needed to do to get started
