Pros

With all the proper advertising and product management, the growth of a business still cannot be ensured unless the visiting audience is being converted into customers. HubSpot CRM takes care of the relationship of the brand with the customers. It involves contact management, company records, calls, meetings and deals to cater to the growing needs of the customers. It also creates an opportunity for discussions and chats with the targeted audience which can be extremely instrumental for the growth of the business. It is available as a free product which is the greatest advantage over all other features. It has collaboration and integration with relevant software like Gmail and other Windows-based applications.

Cons

Other CRMs like Pipedrive displays the contact details even on the deals page but in HubSpot CRM, I have to go back to the contacts page to see the contact details. The customer service doesn't always send a response in a timely manner.

If you don't have 50k to build a customer Salesforce CRM and have a Salesforce admin on staff, then Hubspot is probably your next best option and is great.

Pros

I love the automation and ease of use! The tasks, reminders, funnel, and reporting features are great and easy.

Cons

It is clearly still in the startup phase. There are often bugs, downtimes, or features that are simple and basic that should exist that just don't.

My overall experience with Hubspot CRM has been great, if you are looking for a free software to begin with, I would highly recommend hubspot.

Pros

Hubspot is the perfect CRM for startup. We have been looking for a CRM which enable us to quickly have a tons on informations about each of our lead. At the begining each of us have been using their own tool and sometimes we talked to the same client without knowing what have been said by the others. Thanks to hubspot we have all the emails, the notes and informations about each leads and can have a good follow up call etc

Cons

Hubspot have a good free version, however, when you start to grow you might want to add more tools and it can become expensive if you have to buy for each of your hubspot users a license.

We are able to remember all the contacts we make and we needed one spot to do this. And we share it. My sales manager uses it too.

Pros

We like entering all the leads we meet at trade shows. Gives us one place where we store all the info and allows us to see our communications with them.

Cons

Sadly I think I may be missing out on some of the features, I need to take a deeper look at this.

My overall experience with HubSpot CRM has been good. It simplified our customer management processes and improved team collaboration. The user-friendly interface and excellent customer support service made the transition convenient and hassle-free

Pros

1) CRM's user-friendly interface made it incredibly easy to navigate. I could easily find all the tools and features without any hassle 2) Contact management became a breeze with Hubspot CRM, allowing me to organize all the contacts on one platform, saving my time and energy 3) Whenever I face any challenge in the CRM, their supportive customer service team always shows up and solve my all queries.

Cons

1) It has limited reporting features as in-depth analytical tools would have been beneficial for my business. 2) Sometimes the system slows down when there is high traffic on it. It happens very rarely though.

Pros

I was tasked with kicking off our sales process and investigate various sales intelligence tools including a CRM. Being a prior SF user and familiar with their platform, I figured we would settle on their product. After mulling the idea, I began looking for a more "comprehensive" system that would provide more features without the need for additional add-ons. Being familiar with Hubspot and their marketing suite I was pleasantly surprised to learn they offered a free CRM as well. Because it was free I almost wrote it off thinking there was a catch but after seeing all it provided I couldn't resist giving it a try. In short, AMAZING! Not only was the UI easy to learn, we able to sync our outbound emails to automatically create new contacts based on the recipients domain. The included email tracking feature (sidekick) and customized follow up alerts have helped boost our productive 10x. It has been a while since we started using Hubspots CRM and I see no reason to go anywhere else.

Cons

Aside from the limited "opened" notifications from the tracked emails, this CRM is pretty versatile. The inability to integrate with our PBX phone system was a bummer but not deal breaker. All-in-all, this is perfect starter CRM or even one for the long haul.

Pros

One stop shop with all the keys bit we need. Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hub allows our business to manage and protect our customers.

Cons

It does give us everything we need, but some features that would make our lives even easier are a bit more expensive and out of our reach.

Reason for choosing HubSpot CRM

They gave us a really good introductory price

Overall for the money, we've found Hubspot to be a highly satisfactory solution for both our marketing and sales teams -- while there are features we miss from more expensive solutions, we've found the value to price ratio to be the best among the solutions we've considered to date.

Pros

Hubspot is intuitive and easy to use, from entering data to tracking important metrics. The ease of integration with Gmail is particularly helpful in setting up and using templates.

Cons

Integrating with ZoomInfo has not been easy, but this may be more of a function of our customer level than the available integration between the two solutions.

Best tool to let our sales team know when to follow up with the hot leads. Though we used streak for sometime but hubspot is defined best with lot of customisable option and analytic data.

Pros

The ability to manage pipeline, accelerate sales through rewards, and the quick integration is absolute best. The phone app is also very easy to use and easy to setup.

Cons

I honestly do not feel hubspot crm needs any changes. It has been a game changer for our organisation and i do not find any cons.

I use HubSpot to manage my clients and potential clients, as well as tracking my marketing attempts. The CRM tool is amazing and my favorite piece is the integration with Gmail. Using notifications, HubSpot tells me when my messages have been opened by the recipient. It helps me keep track of the effectiveness of my messages at all times.

Pros

HubSpot's biggest pro here is the fact that their CRM product is free... always! But it gets better because HubSpot can integrate this free product with their other products such as Sales and Marketing. It's integration with Gmail gives you real-time status on what is happening with your emails. This feature is also available for Outlook users. HubSpot also provides company insights to your newly added contacts. Using some of the data you enter for your contact, HubSpot is able to mine for additional details on that contact from public records, allowing you to have a more complete view of your contact.

Cons

There is a slight learning curve to how the program works. Not that it is difficult, but that it is not as intuitive. But fear not, their support and resources are great in assisting with that, should you encounter any issues.

Overall, I've been very happy with Hubspot and the results we've been able to achieve by using the platform.

Pros

I like that all of the information about a customer is contained right there in the CRM. It's really helpful to be able to see what pages the customer has visited, what forms they've filled out, and what emails they've been sent/opened, to name a few. By having this 360 degree view of the customer, it enables us to create better customer experiences. It is really easy to use. Whether you add contacts manually, or use forms/integrations to bring your leads into Hubspot, it is simple to understand. If you do get stuck, their customer service is top-notch and will get you unstuck as quickly as possible.

Cons

I wish that Hubspot could do a better job of merging customers in the CRM. For example, if someone first visits your site and fills out a form using a personal email address, and later comes back and uses a business address, this counts as two separate customers. I would like the ability to better merge (through some sort of smart merge option) duplicate contacts.

HubSpot is easy to setup and has the ability to be picked up easily by anyone in the organization - whether it be sales, marketing, or key stakeholders. The reporting & dashboard functions make it so easy to track KPIs. You can integrate with so many different sales, marketing, & crm tools.

Cons

My only complaint is that it's not really setup well for entrepreneurs and sole proprietors since the very basic package has limited options

HubSpot is excellent for process automation. The sales and marketing departments benefit greatly from the workflows functionality in particular. Additionally, HubSpot's capability to gather data from many sources, such as the website in terms of visitors and customer data, which may aid the sales force, has had a significant influence.HubSpot can be used by the entire team as a single tool for calling and data points, which greatly improves the operational efficiency of teams.

Pros

I use it to manage consumers and deals. Tasks and pipeline functions are also used by me. I use it to keep track of the progress of transactions and link them to clients and accounts. Organize marketing efforts and communications with potential clients. The application works well for connecting and establishing ties between businesses and deals.

Cons

Although I can record LinkedIn communications, they vanish. Although I can look for them, they are difficult to locate. Not just marketing or sequence emails, but all emails would benefit from more analytics, in my opinion. The app could use a better interface.

The ability to track our leads from an earlier stage than we previously did is allowing us to analyse our earliest interactions with the customer and to devise new strategies to enhance that customer experience and identify which of our staff are really excelling. We still need to take advantage of all the features available to us, but those that we have embraced have made our work a lot more simple and focussed on our core objectives.

Pros

It covers everything we want to do from Forms, Email Templates, and Landing Pages to Customer Surveys, Ticketing and Chatbots. The free version offers a lot more functionality than I would expect and you can get quite far with it. The paid features are competitively priced and are easy to pick up and use. The support team is amazing, on chat, email or phone support, they always reply swiftly and their team all seem to be well versed with the product and able to assist with a wide range of issues. New features are developed and rolled out regularly, and are not always at an additional cost.

Cons

The one gripe I currently have is the inability to separate viewing permissions for Contacts and Deals associated with those Contacts. In our specific context thats quite important. However since we encountered this issue the separation of ownership of Contacts and Deals was implemented, so I am hopeful this will be amended in the near future.

The gmail app is not great, it gets logged out and it's hard to go back and track longs chains one by one.
