The free CRM is a great starting point, honestly, and it makes managing contacts and deals super easy. What I really like is how they've got everything connected; you can see how your marketing efforts are directly impacting sales, which is super helpful. Plus, their automation features are a lifesaver for repetitive tasks. But, and this is a big but, it can get pricey. Like, really pricey, especially as you need more advanced stuff. And sometimes, it feels like it's a bit too much if you're not using all the tools they offer. Also, some of the more complex workflows can get confusing if you're not super tech-savvy. Overall, it's powerful, but you've gotta make sure it fits your needs and budget.

Pros

its user-friendly interface, the availability of a free CRM, and its powerful automation capabilities that streamline various business processes. It's an all-in-one platform that allows for seamless integration of marketing, sales, and service efforts, providing a holistic view of customer interaction

Cons

certain advanced functionalities are limited, and if a company does not utilize the full suite of Hubspot tools, the cost of the system may out weigh the benefits. Also, there have been complaints about the complexity of some of the higher end work flows.

It’s made us more organized and more consistent when we follow up on leads. I don’t have to look at spreadsheets anymore, and our response times are faster and our close rate is higher because of it. It has also made working with sales a lot more seamless.

Pros

has helped us to better track where our leads are in the pipeline. I appreciate that emails, calls and notes all stick with each prospect it’s a time saver when I am returning to a lead weeks after first contact. The ability to integrate with our email campaigns is definitely a bonus, as I can see who is opening what and following up accordingly.

Cons

Reporting can feel limited unless you’re on a more premium plan. Plus the automation tools, although robust, will take a bit of time learning especially when creating multi-step campaigns that spit users from their behavior.

has been providing impeccable services that has helped streamline our admissions. It makes it easy easy to communicate with our prospect students. HubSpot CRM also provide very important insights that allows us to improve our relationship with our prospect students.

Pros

has excellent communication tools like live chats and video calls that makes our communications with prospect students very smooth. Its analytics and reporting tools provide us with meaningful insights that help us improve our interactions with students to build strong relationships. It has personalized interactions tracking features that makes it easy to follow up on our engagements with prospect students. HubSpot CRM is very flexible and we had easy time customizing it to fit our needs.

Cons

We have not encountered anything less useful in . It has never given us any challenges and there has been no complaints.

Pros

All the features. I like that we can see all correspondence that our sales people have with all of our customers

Cons

Trying to figure out how to sort, filter and running reports I didnt feel to be easy for me. and when looking at emails, having it show up multiple times in the feeds.

Trés frustrante. L'utilisation est trop compexe car l'utilisation n'est pas intuitive. Coûte trés cher si vous décidez d'arreter.

Pros

Trop complexe. Demande nombreuses heures d'utilisation. La non possibilité de résilier le contrat souscrit automatiquement pour 1 an à 120€/mois est trés frustrante.

Cons

Attention, lors de l'abonnement vous êtes engagé sur 1 an sans possibilité de résilier avant la fin du contrat soit 120€/mois x 12 mois = 1440€. Mes appels chez Hubspot n'ont rien donné : ils campent sur leur position. Comme cela est débité via une cart de crédit, il est impossible d'annuler sauf à résilier la crte de crédit

It's the easiest CRM for quick and somewhat effective implementation. I like it, but it should be more customizable in many of its features.

Pros

What first comes to mind is its visually appealing interface, as opposed to Salesforce, for instance. On a high-level overview, it's one of the most popular CRMs out there for a reason: It's user-friendly and intuitive. That makes its implementation easy and fast.

Cons

It does not provide any extra functionalities that would allow one to make the most out of the data and records about prospects. Also, it is not the best for Email Marketing Campaigns for some reason that is beyond my understanding. If you compare that functionality, in my experience, Outreach (again, for some reason beyond my understanding) can send massive amounts of emails, without compromising the company's email domain.

I found I simply had to click in too many places to get where I was going. I need simplicity and this is not a simple tool to use for a small business.

Pros

I used this product as part of a collaboration with a JV partner and found it very comprehensive but useful for a much larger company than my own.

Cons

Overwhelming. Too many options for a solo or small, less than 10 employee, biz like mine. I know it was customizable for use, but even that made my head spin.

Solid CRM for SMBs. Ive used Salesforce as well and HubSpot is by far easier to implement and use for a lower cost

Pros

It does what you need it to do and is less expensive than SalesForce. I use it as a dialer as well and outbound works well

Cons

Taking inbound calls via HubSpot doesn't work great. Experienced some bugs that disrupted work a bit but every software goes through it's fair share of disruptions

Pros

All companies and contacts in one place that is easily searchable! Use data fields that make emails personable and unique to each contact. Easy to use as a team to make sure people are not double booking/answering inquiries.

Cons

The cost of HubSpot is high, but you get what you pay for. You can limit each managers access to help with costs.

Pros

I liked the fact that bugs were a rarity. Updates to the contacts and emails are quickly made owing to the quality of the product.

Cons

Recently, I could not find out how to navigate to the meetings scheduler on the desktop. I could on the mobile application though.

HubSpot est d'après moi le meilleur crm du marché. Il est ultra personnalisable et facile à prendre en main pour les équipes. Je l'utilise depuis bientôt 10 ans et je serais incapable de passer sur un autre CRM. En plus de cela, leur FAQ et très bien construite et l'hubspot academie permet de maitriser l'outil de façon autonome et très claire. Il y a des nouveautés régulièrement et des versions beta que l'on peut rejoindre directement depuis la plateforme.

Pros

Personnalisation ++, création de workflows, facilité d'utilisation et de prise en main, nouveautés régulières

Cons

Aucun, je pense qu'il s'agit du meilleur crm du marché.

Overall, it was frustrating, but again, I think we had incomplete information. We've worked with other clients who had a designated hubspot team member and their organization/setups seemed to be much cleaner than what we experienced.

Pros

Hubspot does a lot, and it has a lot of options for weaving all of that information together into actionable data, but it's really easy to get things mixed up and create messy situations. I was not impressed with their support team when we spoke with them either. Value for money was solid overall though.

Cons

Duplicate leads, and lead buckets, we had a lot of issues with lead routing and lead attribution for a system that had been inhereted. Ultimately I think it would have been better start with a fresh account than modify an existing one.

It really helped my business. I was able to efficiently connect my SaaS application to a CRM and from there engage my customers and prospects with ease.

Pros

It really helped me keep my customers organized and made it easy to contact them. I also integrated the APIs into my product workflow which made it incredibly easy to sync my SaaS product with my CRM.

Cons

There was a lot of functionality and sometimes navigating everything was challenging. I found a lot of the schema to be overwhelming and wish there was a more bare bones version with just a handful of properties per object.

The experience has been good;. It's easy to use, but setting it up took a while. Once you have it set up how you want, it's fantastic.

Pros

Prospecting hub and deals. It easily syncs with prospecting tools, allows you to keep up with leads, and allows you to track deals, providing a single source of truth.

Cons

It takes some time to learn to use it, and it's not as intuitive as other, more modern CRMs, such as Attio.

Efficient, ease of use were very straight forward. The input links were handy and saved time while inputting.

Horrible thus far. Pros: Not yet experienced due to poor onboarding. Dealing with customer service has currently gotten nowhere. Cons: Onboarding experience has been horrible. Signed up early December and have not had appropriate onboarding advice. Was assigned Lupo Digital onboarding and not able to be reassigned due to their own internal processes.

The call from Hubspot features as well as the ability to sequence emails, integrations with other software.

Cons

The reminders to do University or Helpful hints, they are distracting and annoying. I am relatively new on HS so sorry.
