### "AMAZING for Marketing but consider sales force for sales crm"

Good way to get started

Pros

Software is really easy to use. Setting it up is easy and in general the service is intuitable. Also they have great customer service.

Cons

Platform is EXTREAMLY limited in terms of analytics for sales. They have one field that you can track adequately which is Lifecycle Stage yet you CANNOT modify this field. I spent ages programming everything until I decided to move to Sales Force because it simply didn't cut it. As a reference, the Hubspot team doesn't even use the CRM they use Sales Force. Over all, easy to get started but you will out grow it in VERY little time.

Easy to integrate. Segmentation is good and standard. You can schedule the meeting.

Cons

Can be better but the CRM is okay for the money range and for more features need to pay extra money.

I'm a very small business and can't afford fancy programs. Still, I need to be organized. Hubspot CRM is a great help. I love how I can tell when emails sent through the system have been read and how often they're opened and links are clicked. It also keeps a correspondence record of emails. Nice!

Pros

\-The price (it's free) -Ease of use. Pretty much anyone could sit down and start using it who has any computer experience at all. -Additional more advanced features are available for purchase -Free version includes lots of great features.

Cons

\- The plugin for Outlook works with every email you are using with Outlook, not just your business email. That's a bit annoying.

HubSpot was as close to a turnkey CRM solution that I've worked with, and the multitude of integrations supported allowed us to easily bring in data from multiple external advertising platforms and sales tools.

Pros

HubSpot is very easy to use, even with limited technical resources and/or previous experience with CRM's. It supports a wide array of pre-built integrations with other CRM's, marketing/advertising platforms and sales/customer retention tools, so it's relatively effortless to link multiple applications and datasources. It's quite easy to create and manage workflows, and there is also a set of predefined workflows that you can use as well.

Cons

Many of the integrations are at a very high level, therefore getting more detailed information and analysis requires leaving HubSpot and going directly to the native application/platform. The workflow logic is quite basic and only support boolean yes/no logic. The plan pricing is pretty expensive compared to other CRM solutions, especially when considering the value provided.

Integrated marketing and driving suspects to conversions.

Pros

Love its simplicity of use: - Helps you think logically and implement the new process of modern marketing - Run and measure Ads / Drive visitors to site / Remarket to visitors when they're using the web / Content Market to visitors via Newsletters and feeds / Social Market using paid social / Use promotions and offers to drive prospects to conversion! - Hubspot helps you manage it all! Incredible product.

Cons

The free version is limited in functionality, and this can be frustrating (if you've invested time to use Hubspot, and all your 'assets' are there) - but you've reached your MAX limit of Templates, or Report Views, or chats, etc. So the only negative is price. It's not cheap.

Pros

HubSpot CRM and Sales Hub make it very easy to stay organized. I work with businesses across the US and the world, so having the organization build in with HubSpot like the tasks, reminders, website views, and other features helps me to manage such a large territory. The integration of LinkedIn Sales Navigator also helps to save time from switching to different platforms. I also follow the HubSpot Sales Blog, which provides me with new ideas for my efforts.

Cons

Sometimes, there are features that don't work correctly, but HubSpot is always quick to notify users of those outages and gets a solution together quickly.

It's been the easiest CRM to learn as a new user. Which in my opinion - from an onboarding perspective, is huge.

Cons

The hold up and drawback is that you are limited to ONLY 5 steps per "campaign".. for unlisted resons, this obviously causes more work.

I like enough that I couldn't imagine looking for a replacement for a long while.

Pros

Very easy to teach, train and setup compared to a Salesforce type product.

Cons

Some capabilities don't match up against some of the more robust platforms like Salesforce. I don't like that you can't get rid of default fields Hubspot sets up.

Reason for choosing HubSpot CRM

Simplicity, integrated partners, and bang for you buck.

Pros

HubSpot is multifunctional software. It simplifies communications with sales team. I can make notes, tag anyone within the organization to inform about news.

Cons

I think HubSpot isn't quite easy to use. Perhaps HubSpot CRM requires powerful features of computer. It was hard for my pc to open HubSpot links.

Hubspot makes life a breeze and allows you to set and forget marketing . You can tract the results of campaigns, and website views and even track blogs. The CRM ties into the website so you can see valuable information about guest visiting your site.

Pros

Hubspot is the BEST CRM and website platform. It makes tracking leads and marketing a breeze. The support staff is wonderful and always there to answer questions. The entire platform is exciting. The training is one of a kind and overall you cant go wrong with hubspot.

Cons

The cost. It's a phenomenal program and I loved using it when I worked in Corporate American, but now that I am a small business of 1, I can't afford to use the programs to grow my business at the moment.

compared to previous CRM, the tracking of the customers has been made easy .Template has been a biggest advantage since we have the option to create our own template and it can be sent in a single click. The email sequence is the best one where we can reach our customers in our absence too.

Pros

The best part is the hubspot has been the best tool to track the mail and the day today activities of work. the certification program has provided a weightage to my profile .It has been a fantastic learning and the videos of explanation has been the best part.The templates has been really reduced my work burden.Overall it is the best tool.

Cons

The one which i feel confused is the searching of the African students in the search panel .They have more than 4 names , if we search the whole name in a single row, it gets confused . so it would be helpful if the Hubspot team can do something about it.

The overall experience of using hubspot was really good.The best thing is the notification part, as I am in sales the call back to each customer is very important. So the task creation helps me in reminding the call back with the notification through Email. So that at the right time I am able to give a call back. So that the sales is done in more easier way. it is very easy to keep track of customer and deals.

Pros

I actually love all the features in Hubspot, but the most liked one is, it is able to manage a large number of contacts. I am in sales department where a large number of contacts has to be stored. Hubspot makes it perfectly easy for me to do it. The call notes are just so useful to remember the last conversation between me and the customer so that there is a flow in the conversation also. Not only calls even Emails are managed so perfectly in the templates. so that each time we don't want to type the content again and again.

Cons

As I already mentioned I just like all the features in the hubspot, the only thing which can be improved is the call clarity.

Most of the brands I manage are Startups with a limited marketing budget, more often than not, I start marketing their brand using free services such as MailChimp, HootSuite etc. We needed a CRM and our options were AgileCRM, ZohoCRM, Bitrix24, and Hubspot. The requirements were simple, it had to be free, it had to play well with other integrations or at the very least have several Zap options on Zapier, it needed to allow multiple users, at least five people including myself, it needed to support tasks planning and scheduling. Another major need was that it needed to have an option for us to see all our interaction with each lead and track their lifecycle. Other features which we wanted but could live without were; email tracking, inbuilt email function, email campaigns and the ability to create and share documents within the software. Bitrix24 was a close second but Hubspot email tracking feature using Sidekick, and it's Clearbit integration through Zapier was a win. Another reason while I consider Hubspot CRM an investment to startups and small businesses are the inbuilt sales tools such as: Template, Sequences, Documents, Prospects, Meetings and Call Queue. Hubspot makes it easy for new users to acquaint themselves with the software through the inbuilt mini-tutorial. The simple and clean dashboard and organized tabs/dropdown options makes it easy to navigate the CRM. For features such as live messages and Reports, you'd need to upgrade to sales PRO at $50 monthly, but they offer a 30-day trial.

FANTASTIC! What ever makes my life easier is good in my book! It was scary to start with, but now Im a pro! I took advantage of the tutorials and short courses on here to train myself! Love it!

Pros

Im 52 years old and have never been good at using software. I was dubious at first thinking, I dont need this, I would rather to things the old fashioned way. How wrong I was! Hubspot has made my life so much easier and I dont have to worry about forgetting to make a call or send an email. Im reminded every day of exactly what i need to do. I create my own templates that can easily be automated. I can see exactly how many emails, calls, deals etc that I have made each month. My manager said to me about 9 months ago, "Sharon, if you use Hubspot it will become your best friend" Well, Fatima, YOU WERE RIGHT! Keep up the good work Hubspot!

Cons

I dont have many gripes to be honest, but maybe the call recording could be a little better. Its hard to hear clients at times and I often lose connections.

Pros

Inbound marketing is king! Hubspot makes it so easy to attract and retrieve leads from our website and manage our customers. Closing deals, live chat, the Hubspot app, customer tracking are huge help for us in understanding our customer behavior.

Cons

Not much to say but since I have to write something here, perhaps if-else statements in the sequences would be helpful.

HubSpot is my main software for the account management postion in my company. Overall, it works great for my needs.

Pros

I have many contacts/companies that I reach out to on a monthly basis, and the template and secquence features are quite useful for managing my accounts.

Cons

I would have HubSpot improve the number of countries that we can call to through the CRM. As a lot of my contacts are international, it would be usueful to call through the CRM versus Skype.
