It's very positive - it really is a wrap-around tool for someone who is in a sales and service role in a small business

Pros

There are new features being added all the time, the training is generally good!

Cons

It doesn't always interact well with other pieces of software (i.e., its plug ins can be buggy sometimes.)

The HubSpot team is friendly and easy to work with. They were excellent at providing a meticulous, efficient HubSpot data migration and integration experience for us! We feel very confident in the health of our data and automation architecture moving forward.

Pros

We really enjoy having all of our contacts all in one place. Everything from sales to marketing to customer support, we can access it all through HubSpot.

Cons

It was a little challenging to set up initially, but this could have been due to our migration from our previous software. The data was laid out a bit differently so it didn't migrate everything in the right spot on the first try.

I have used HubSpot in a couple different companies and I have been happy with what I have seen. I was able to easly adapt to a new platform and use it right away.

Pros

HunSpot has the ability to modify the page to see what I would like it to see. They make the work flow easy and the milestones help me move through the leads easy.

Cons

I wish I had the ability to make more changes on my own. Then again that might be a restriction is permissions.

Pros

There are chatting and meeting features available in HubSpot CRM which makes our conversations with clients so efficient. HubSpot CRM reporting tool gives us access to metrics reports with accurate performance insights to help us measure and improve our clients relationships. It also has clear visual boards that gives us clear eyesight onto all our clients engagement activities.

Cons

HubSpot CRM has reigned so well and has met all our needs without a problem. No dislikes towards it.

Insgesamt sind wir mit Hubspot zufrieden, insbesondere mit Blick auf die zahlreichen Integrationsmöglichkeiten. Auch Funktionen wie das Outlook Plugin können den Alltag deutlich erleichtern.

Pros

Hubspot bietet einen hohen Funktionsumfang und lässt sich an zahlreiche weitere Services anbinden – das umfangreiche Ökosystem ist ein klarer Pluspunkt. Man sollte etwas Zeit mitbringen, um sich in das System einzuarbeiten, danach lässt es sich aber überwiegend intuitiv bedienen. Auch lässt sich Hubspot recht umfassend an den eigenen Bedarf anpassen.

Cons

Die Oberfläche ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß und das Bedienkonzept teilweise nicht stringent. Das Preismodell ist für Einsteiger unübersichtlich. Die Preise von Hubspot dürften für viele Unternehmen zu hoch sein.

It was mind blowing when I first started using HubSpot. In the beginning, I felt overwhelmed because there are many buttons I have to explore but with the time, I am so grateful for getting benefits it provides.

Pros

Integration with Google email helps me keep emails with customers logged in the system and I don't have to manually drag and drop. I also like its tasks to keep me organized my day-to-day work & follow-ups

Cons

Hubspot does not allow to have several phone numbers for one customer and only allow to have up to two email addresses for each customer. Some customers have multiple contact information and I wish there is a way integrate rather than multiple contact info for one customer.

Super easy to create an account even if you’re new, adding old databases is just as simple. Like if someone was using Excel before, you can just import the contacts, map the columns and even make new ones later on.

Cons

Still can’t find anything I don’t like with this CRM, it’s free and open to use. You can import as many contacts as you want.

Overall it's a great CRM compared to many that I've used in the past. It's very intuitive and has many research and knowledge base articles for suggestions and their team has been great to work with. The integrations are simple to set up and we've created streamlined lead gen from our other systems.

Pros

Hubspot is much more streamlined and easier to navigate after some of the recent dashboard updates than it was in it's previous legacy view. Some of the best things about hubspot are it's tiled deal summary, it's customizable reports and dashboards, and the ability to easily assign tasks and tag other users in the interface and on contacts, tasks, deals, and leads.

Cons

The outbound prospecting sequences are not optimized for true sales professionals. You do not have a way to sort by opens, clicks, or emails on the sequences, and have no export feature to reenroll or tag these leads to dive down deeper. If I'm targeting 100+ contacts per sequence, I do not have the time to manually review who opened the email to call, or reenroll into a new campaign based on the success or failure of the last one. This would be an amazing feature once added to really make prospecting better integrated with Hubspot.

Setting up contacts and pipelines took longer than expected. Didn’t always make sense right away, but after a few tries, started clicking.

Now using it mostly to keep notes and see last interactions. Still ignoring half the features but it’s already making things less chaotic.
